Hybrids Massive necks....I need a head to fit

Luts Grand Senior Delf 75 has a 13cm neck, I believe. The 78 version is slightly bigger than that, something like 14cm. So the 75 version heads would fit in theory!

 

I believe Iplehouse EiD boys have 13cm necks, though they don't sell the heads separately.

Same for the Angel of Dream 90cm boys. Though AoD might sell heads separately if asked.

Telesthesia & Dragon has some big boys with 13cm necks as well.

And finally I believe DikaDoll has some 13cm neck big guys that they'll sell as heads only.

 

Which company is the body from? I think Soom Idealian 75 is a 13 cm. Dollshe Arsene is 12.5. (just make sure you check up on the posting rules for these guys first if you plan to post photos). Meeksdoll Labellas is a 13 cm neck. I checked into Ringdoll and their 75 body has a 12.2 neck. The EID from Iple is 12. 8. The new Impldoll 75 has a 13 cm neck and I assume Impl will still color match. Hope this helps you a little!

 

Impl has actually suspended colour matching for the next little while while they catch up on their order volume!

I’ll also add, I think 13cm is around the neck circumference for fifth motif’s Venitu and Goohwa, and fifth motif is starting to do head-only sales.

 

Which body is it?

I’m wondering if Doppel Maiden might be an option as they do head only sales and JoyDoll may also be of interest. Ringdoll have 75-78cms heads but I an not sure if they still sell heads seperately. Seconding DikaDoll although some of their heads do run small.

I will say, there's a lot of independent artists who make heads for 13cm necks! If you check out Stacy's Pink Ocean or Moonlight BJD under their "Independent Artists" sections, you'll probably find something!

 

That's exactly what I wanted to say. The bulky 75cm guys are insanely popular in China, so a lot of the artists over there currently make heads for those

 

I wanted to mention this myself I saw a few molds from small Chinese artists that I wanted to hybrid/style as girls but so many of these artist heads have 12-13cm necks so I gave up on them. IIRC Abidoll Naren and the latest Birdcube boy sculpt (the one that came with a scarred alternate version) have huge neck holes. I think it's a good idea to take a look at artist heads on Stacy or NCS.

 

@Anshishoku I know Dolce Luce Dolls is a dealer for them, perhaps some of the smaller dealers might be as well. I believe orders for their latest head closed recently

 

Sorry for missing this. I know Birdcube from Instagram where they have a link to their Taobao and dealers. I wasn't suggesting a specific head, especially since Birdcube makes horror-themed work and it may not be up your alley, but simply mentioned my experience that these indie (?) heads are often geared for large necks. On both counts, turns out the heads I mentioned were 11cm, which was indeed too much for my purposes, but irrelevant to the thread. So double apologies.
SartoriaJ reports their bodies to have 13cm necks (at least the Zeus body does) but as far as I know they don't sell heads separately so you might have to go 2nd hand for them.
