Luts Waiting Room V. 19

I would anticipate two months to make six as that seems to be the general report going from this thread and general reading about going through a dealer with LUTS. I have not, however, ever ordered through DDE so wait for someone who actually has experience with them! I do know from dealing with other US based dealers, that LUTS ships to dealers in batches and the wait generally seems to be reported anywhere from 6-9 months. I could also be wrong (it's happened once or twice! LOL) and you might get an email from DDE soon, so who knows? BUT from experience, the shortest wait time (4 months) with LUTS has been with ordering from them directly.

DDE is a bit of an anomaly, because I know they will order dolls to have "in stock" and to hurry other orders along. Based on their in-stock Dream Valley and (dwindling) Little Monica, it looks like they buy dolls that don't sell after a pre-order, too.

 

She’s here! Ordered June 21st, in my hands August 29th. That’s…kind of insane? I fully expected another month or two!

 

My kid delf Aru has shipped! Ordered June 11th, bronze, with face up. I thought I had at least another month to go!

I've been having too much fun ordering wigs and shoes while I wait. I decided I wanted to make a pair of candy themed outfits for my new Luts boy and my Volks girl. Hopefully that will occupy my time as I am always a horrible impatient wreck waiting for the stuff I order.

So cute!! I love the skintone and contrast with the wig!

 

It took me a few hours to get used to how small her face is. I actually customised her lip with Model Delf Jean's. But somehow it's darker! But I like it now. It looks exactly like my character I love how dark she is irl!

 

I ordered Zuzu26 Delf Persi Romance (faceup B) in zuzu white on August 11, 2023 - I'm waiting with baited breath! I hope she arrives before I leave for a trip in two weeks, but at this point I don't think she'll arrive in time fingers crossed!

 

Question: how long does Luts typically take to ship something like a clothing set? I had a partial order cancellation due to another item being out of stock so I'm not sure if I need to be patient or I need to reach out.

 

I ordered a clothing set from them last month, and I think it took about 2 weeks to get delivered to me.

 

Seconding this- the clothing order I placed with them (separate from the doll order) arrived almost exactly two weeks after ordering.

 

They are usually super fast when it comes to in stock items. How long has it been since the partial cancellation?

 

I think they were waiting for me to reach out, even though the initial email didn't say anything, because once I did they shipped it the next day lol Excited

 

I got the shipping notice for my Bonbon from early July on 10/23. This included a faceup.

 

She's finally shipped!!! The last update was "handed off to transport company"

 

My senior Delf Purple shipped today! 3 and a half months wait, not bad for a special skin tone

 

She's finally here! Ordered August 11, and in my hands November 6th!

 

My doll is shipping! Ordered on July 24, so also around a three months wait.

 

Y'all have me hyped for my August 22nd order. O_O

 

Ok congrats to those with shipping notices but I am so jealous +.+ the wait is killing me! and there not being any owner pics to look at for the 21 honey delfs yet is not helping +.+ the 3 months mark was 2 days ago so I'm hoping to get my shipping notice within the next 2 weeks, but omg I'm checking my order and email like crazy :'(

My SDF Raina arrived yesterday! I love how fast Luts' shipping ends up being. I wasn't completely sure of the faceup when I took her out of the box because of how bright the blush is, but the more I play with her the more I get used to it.

I got my shipping notice yesterday too! Her plane should land in the uk this evening ^^ Then I expect customs will take their sweet old time and make me wait forever BUT ! She's on her way home and that's what matters! omg I cant wait to hold her in my hands! I'm so curious about her size! (HDF21)! And I cant wait to see her little face!

 

HDF21 is so good and tiny and yet posable? She can stand on one foot if I arrange her properly!!!

finding clothes for her is a Trial though.

Just got a secondhand Dark Elf Soo! Less than two weeks after I put out my WTBs- but 16 years since I first fell in love with her. So I guess it's been a long time AND no time at all. She should ship out in a few days. I'm so excited!

(My high school self might have to have a celebratory Evanescence sing-along with a hairbrush microphone. Maybe put on some burgundy nail polish for the occasion, since she's not allowed black- but it's not a phase, Mom! )

 

She's home! and the cheeky Madame snuck through customs! Nice time of year to not have fees to pay I'm so thrilled shes finally here I hope everyone gets their resin lovelies home fast

How long does it take for GSDF with face up to arrive? If I pay in full ?

 

If you’re ordering directly from LUTS they tend to keep things around the 4-5 month mark and if ordering through a dealer, depending on the dealer used, you could be in for a 6-8 month wait. Of course, everything I’m saying is still a guesstimate but, from usual dealings with LUTS as a company that seems to be their timeframe!

 

I would like to order directly but the shipping cost is too high for me and at the same time don’t want to wait for 8 months ahhh I guess I have no choice but to order directly my wallet is scream NOOO at the moment haha

 

Haha! That sounds about right for your wallet! YEAH, EMS does seem very outrageous with pricing but, being Canadian I am so used to shipping being such an insanely high price that I've just come to the defeated stance of... well whatever it is I'll have to pay it. XD
