I've been so busy that I haven't been able to post on here since forever~
Well, I received my Kid Delf PRING a little while ago and she's a gorgeous sculpt! Here's Ryeo-jin:



My Honey Delf MUFFIN also arrived a little while back. He's an older sculpt but I fell in love with his big eyes! Here is Makken'yuu:

 

I love both of them! I've only seen the HDF version of Pring so it's cool to see her "all grown up."

I also love Muffin! If I had all the money in the world, I would own every Honey Delf.

Got my order today! Luts gave me the correct tracking number a couple days ago, so they just accidentally gave me the wrong one at first. Phew.

 

So it looking like a 3 month wait? That means my girls will hopefully come early July! Did anyone who recently got theirs order a faceup?

 

Closer to four months for me. No faceup, but event skin color.

I just placed an order on 22 March for a Kid Delf LOE! She had been on my wishy since her release! I'm so excited, I cannot wait for her arrival! Although, I'm probably looking at July for a shipment notification~

Got my parcel! Tomorrow I'll sent off the event head and body to my fellow local community member. I didn't open any of that but it looked to be well packaged so I hope that'll be fine.
My Larimar in Rosy Brown is lovely, I'm glad I chose that skin tone. I also like the wig I ordered for her. It's so nice when dolls work out the way they were planned

Just ordered my first doll in literal ages and my first Luts. I'm getting a Super Senior Avalanche romance version. I 100% forgot how agonizing I found the doll wait. I think I'm looking at around September for shipping.

 

Welp, My fellow community member received her package and tells me the event head was sent in the wrong color. It appears to be white instead of normal. I have posted on the Q&A board with the photographic evidence I was sent.
Hopefully, the fact that this package has been sitting around for a week after receiving won't cause them to reject my claim.

 

I happened to check my account/order status today and my order, placed February 22, shipped today! \o/

 

Do you mind me asking if you got a faceup? I'm trying to estimate when mine might ship.

 

I did not get a faceup! I am very boring and I like to do my own as a way to bond with my dolls. :3

I just ordered a Zuzu Delf Nyang from Luts. (One of the cats). Its been a while since I have ordered from Luts. About how long does it take?

 

For me it took literally 3 months to the day.

 

I'm noticing a pretty consistent 3-4 month wait time in here, which is great!

But I'm going on a year for my MDF centaur. It'll be a year next month. Wondering if this is a dealer issue (ie they send to dealers less often) or if something went wrong. Hoping it's just the former...

It most likely is a dealer thing! I know from experience that when I went through a dealer for LUTS the 2-3 (can’t remember the exact orders) times I did, I was 6-7 months receiving my items because LUTS seems to send dealers bulk orders? When I ordered through LUTS directly the last 2 times, it was closer to the usual 4-5 month wait that seems more normal for the company.

However, adding on, a year seems excessive so definitely message the dealer about your order. ❤️

 

2 months since i ordered 2 kid/model hybrid, hopefully just 1 more month!! ahh!!

 

@Cloudedmind I went through BJDivas, who I've done several orders with in the past. This is the first time I've had a weird wait time.

@sovayne Thank you for the reassurance. It probably is a dealer thing, especially if the bulk order thing is true in this case.

 

Hi! I haven't seen much activity in this thread in the past couple of weeks but I have an update to offer:

I ordered Senior Delf Niya with a faceup, some wigs, an outfit, and a few other items on 29 March; and I just received an email that my order has been shipped out. ^^ Not quite 3 months, and there were also some holidays sprinkled in during the wait.

 

Omg!! I ordered April 1st so hopefully mine are so soon

 

My SDF girl body type 1 arrived exactly 3 months after I ordered her .

 

Just recieved a message from the Post Office that I have an incoming EMS package from South Korea. Checked my Luts account and it's from them. My status there is 'Queued for shipping' but there's an EMS number and it's the same.

I ordered one of the discontinued bodies on 30 March, so that's around 2 1/2 months of waiting for me.

 

Congrats!!! That means I will get my notice any day now !!!!

 

I love hearing this. I have a bit to wait still since I ordered in May and got a faceup, but I should still be on track for September.

 

My body arrived yesterday. Still no shipping notice email from Luts but my status has been updated to 'shipped'.

So be sure to check your account for updates. Even if it just says 'Queued for shipping', as long as there is an EMS number attached, it's probably already been shipped!

Edit: And of course as soon as I say that I recieve shipping email!

 

My Niya arrived yesterday, after an initial delivery hiccup (they claimed they 'couldn't access the delivery location' lol).

So! After nearly a year in waiting, my dealer finally has my boy and he'll be shipping soon! I'll report back once he's in hand.

 

Eek, finally placed an order! Here’s hoping wait times don’t get too slowed down by the summer event. I have no idea how the seasonal ebb and flow works…this is actually my first time ordering direct from a company. Everything else has been in stock with DDE or JunkySpot or else a DOA marketplace buy.

I was going to hold off on this purchase until a while later, but after Luts sent an email saying the price of bodies below 65cm would be going up after the sale was over, I put in an order for a Senior Delf Raina. Hopefully the wait isn't too long, but I expect it could be since I placed this at the tail end of their event period. I wouldn't mind too much, though.

 

Waiting for my model delf topaz. The last doll I ordered was 13 years ago. Goodness me XDD I don't remember having to wait this long for my dolls!

I just ordered my first Luts doll last night! I got Senior Delf Muse Bory (in real skin brown with faceup) and a wig for her. Hoping she’ll be here by my birthday end of November.

 

My SSDF Avalanche Romance version is out for delivery. Today has been the worst part of the 3 month wait.

 

So I got my tracking information for my order, and...it's not my tracking number. Went off to a completely different state and a different person, as confirmed by the post office. So now I'm waiting to see 1. if mine actually shipped and 2. if so, what the actual tracking number is. So now I continue to wait. Blegh.

 

Oh no! Let’s see….you only ordered about 2 months ago, same as me, right? Isn’t it a bit early? Maybe they’re still working on your order and just accidentally gave you updates on someone else’s.

 

Yeah, in my Q&A question to Luts, I brought that up. Not expecting a response til late today at the very earliest, though. More likely Monday.

 

Luts confirmed-there was a mixup in order numbers, and mine's still in production. So back to waiting, but with the reassurance that everything is in order.

 

im about to place an order but I need to specify which option faceup. Where can I do this? i don't see an option in the cart. the only place i've seen is in the "shipping comment". Is this where I should put it?

Just ordered a my choice Muse with a SDF65 Dian head. I've wanted one for ages and the email about the price increase kicking in at 2PM tomorrow KST made me pull the trigger.

I wanted to change the makeup and sent a Q&A ask to luts. They said the makeup has been done. Wow really? XD I'm just a bit afraid the topaz makeup wouldn't show on the brown skin doll haha

I just ordered Maneul on a model delf body with faceup. I decided to wait on my other 2 until the winter event.

Howdy! I didn't put anything on the wait-list, because I didn't order a full doll. I ordered hands and feet parts for an SDF version (type?) 5 body through DDE in white resin, blank.
That was the first week of May, so I'm coming up on the 4 month mark.

Anyone else order through DDE?
I'm just curious how much longer I should expect to wait. A month? 2? More?
