My SD65 slender body plus event head shipped today as well ^___^ I ordered on June 11th and I got a faceup to go with it as well, so imo the wait was pretty ok ^-^ Super excited for him ♡♡

 

My hands and clothes only order has shipped! Ordered on 7/25 (paid in full), shipped today 10/12

 

I'm waiting for a SSDF Tide with make up in brown skin ... I have ordered him on 6/19 and it isn't shipped yet ﾍ(;´Д｀ﾍ)
My girlfriend has ordered an other doll from Luts the same day (a limited one) and has already it at home, I'm so jealous of her.

Each time we make separate orders the same day, she received heir doll first! (Doll's companies don't like me I think-)

By the way it's still under the maximum waiting days, so I'm trying very hard to be patient.

 

I got an update from DDE that my Rika is shipping to Denver Doll this week! I really hope I can finally bring my girl home, soon.

 

Finally!!! After over 13 months (I ordered september 9th 2021) I finally got the shipping notice from DDE for my SDF Niya! It's a miracle i still have this much excitement considering the long wait (ill stick to only buying in-stock from DDE from now on lol) but it's a testament to how much I adore this doll that I'm getting all giddy as if I'm getting my first doll again

 

I finally got my shipping notice a few days ago from DDE for my KDF Rika after a year of waiting. I'm very happy that I'll finally be getting the doll, but I'll be sticking to in stock from DDE from now on.

 

Yay! I got shipping notice today, that my order from 19 June is finally shipped I thought I will wait more, so that this is a pleasant surprise

 

At long last, my KDF Rika arrived! DDE also included a pair of shoes, and I can't wait to start sewing for her and to get her face up done!

Decided to take the leap into BJDs today and ordered a blank Zuzu Delf Fenny, along with a wig and some other accessories. Very curious to see how long it takes compared to the times I'm seeing her, due to the lack of a faceup. Maybe she'll end up being a valentine to myself?

 

Well Niya is in my city, apparently being held at the post office because i have to pay over $100 in duty one more reason to not go with DDE again tbh. I'm used to only fedex ripping me off like this lol

Decided I need a Niya this time along with some extras and the "sweet elf Carmine" event head. Haven't officially ordered yet but I will be ordering within the next few weeks.

My boys arrived today! They are: GSDF Abadon in bronco and GSDF Saturn in normal white. I love them, they exceeded my expectations No quick photos here, because I don't post such photos on my Flickr, but some better shots coming next days as new doll profiles I leave the room and wish to them who is still waiting for dolls, that you receive them very soon!

 

So, my order showed up yesterday, almost four months exactly. I was hoping that an order just for two pairs of hands and a wig wouldn't take so long, but oh well.

I want to get the new slender body for two twin heads I've got, but needed to see if RS brown or RS Light Tan was a better match. RS Light Tan is the closest, but it's undertone is on the yellow side. But, I think I light dye bath in a some pink dye could fix that some.

 

I made my order! Niya plus some extras and the winter SDF event head.

 

Put in an order for clothes sets and accessories. This is all for a character doll I've been dreaming of for a long time.

 

I forgot that one can join a waiting room for non-doll things. I placed an order a month ago right when the Winter Event commenced... a huge haul of clothes, shoes and wigs for my crew, along with a couple of resin swords, enough to get the SDF Elf Carmine head (which I want for faceup practice). I think the resin swords means my order won't come until February next year.

Looking back through the thread, it's interesting to see how Luts orders via dealer (DDE) are taking a long time. I'm not using a dealer but I am going through a Korean shopping service - because currency exchange rate to USD is abysmal and I'd rather convert my Australian dollars to KRW. I wonder if Luts prioritizes direct orders over dealers/proxies.

I think I would've received my 90% non-resin order by now, if it wasn't for two resin items in it that are holding everything up...

Decided to get the pistol and knife props as a late Christmas gift to myself. Not always easy to find these items in 1/3 size so jumped on it while I can.

 

Well, I was wrong - my proxy has received my Luts order! I've just paid for shipping, then it'll be on its way to me. That was a bit more than 7 weeks of waiting, or 36 business days. I'm looking forward to new clothes and shoes for everyone.

 

I have ordered MDF Larimar in Rosy Brown, plus a wig for her today. I'm ordering together with someone from my local community because she wanted the event head. So the order also includes that and a body for said head.
This will be my first Luts doll, I'm very excited

I took the plunge and ordered, Panini the romance version and Panelle in rosy brown with their faceups today. I can't wait to see them up close, I couldn't resist their adorable pouty faces.

 

I killed my wallet last night (US/CAN exchange is painful) and ordered the limited Unicorn boy (peach skin) with a face-up (no blushing) and 2 wigs. I ordered directly from the Luts site. I've never ordered a doll from them and despite my large collection of dolls (he makes #75), he'll be my first Luts one. Hopefully he doesn't take forever and a day to get to me.

 

You shouldn't be waiting too long? Or I say that and watch I'll be wrong, lol. But! It does seem and honestly in my most recent two experiences of ordering dolls directly from LUTS they are 4 months average with their dolls (with a dealer it certainly seems like a different experience!). Hopefully, he doesn't take too long. The unicorn boy looks amazing.

 

@sovayne I'd been trying to shell Qayin's character for literal years. he was supposed to be a BiDoll CS head (which I have) but the requirements I needed for the body (slim/slender build, hooves, no taller than 65cm, 62cm preferred) were simply not compatible with the neck required for the CS head (minimum 10cm, 10.5cm ideal). So when Luts came out with this boy shortly after I'd decided to re-shell him entirely, it seemed like the right move to make.

Luts site says wait times during events and with the addition of make-up would be longer than usual, which seems fair. 4 months is their regular time for a doll with a face-up adding another month (for 5 months total) so May/June is the soonest I think I could expect him. I will not complain at all if I happen to get him sooner.

 

Does anyone know why an order I placed during their head event would still be saying ‘before payment confirmation’?

Funds have left my account, appear as compete in my PayPal, perhaps it’s an oversight, but it’s been many weeks. I wondered if the fund checking member of staff might be on holiday and everyone else is in payment limbo on their orders?

I've noticed on my recent order they changed the overall status of the order to "before shipment" , but not the individual items in the order statuses. So the order itself is "before shipment" but the items in the order are all "before payment confirmation". My last order they changed the individual items status too.
They did confirm my first layaway payment for this recent order....and now that I am looking, I think there's a recent post on the q&a board asking about this same question, but of course I can't see it because I'm not the poster.

 

@Terra-hime I messaged them about this a few days ago because my newest order said the same thing. They assured me the payment went through and everything was okay.

 

I posted on q&a board asking about the status too and they confirmed they have my first payment again. I had included a screenshot too. I'm going to assume it's fine

 

My order arrived yesterday!! I was able to get the lop bunny parts added to my order, and they look so good!! Maize's face sculpt also looks prettier in person than in render on the website.

I got the summer event head with faceup, so that's the head I currently have on the body until I can get a faceup for the Maize head. The summer event head is really nice with faceup~ As I was unboxing it, I kept thinking, you know, it has a really pretty look that's a bit androgynous. It could make for a pretty girl, too. I'll attach a picture below! (I think the wig suits the Maize head a bit better than the event head. Although they're the same wig size, Maize's face is a bit rounder than the event head's. A super pretty, soft, and nicely styled wig, though, 100% recommend!)

Slid my order in on the last day of the winter event! Ordered the new type 6 Delf body to use with a my floating girl Diez head, a wig, and the GSDF Piety Set which I'm hoping will fit my 68cm Migidoll boy. I was seriously tempted by the SDF event head, but I also recognized if I got that, then I'd need to find a body for him, and so on and so forth forever without end. So I ended the cycle by choosing the $100 of shipping.

 

My 11/5 order has now shipped! Given that it's going EMS I'm hoping for it by early next week. Now I really need to get some new respirator canisters so I'm ready to start customizing as soon as I get her.

 

My 4 monthish (closer to 5 but not quite!) wait for my RSDF has ended! He's amazing and ... large. LOL

Yes, that's the zuzu white skin. This weekend I'll be hitting her with the airbrush to add yellow, for that proper fennec look.

 

My Niya shipped! Holy cow, wasn't expecting her so soon. Ordered the 18th of November and received a shipping notice tonight. I figured my knife and pistol set would have shipped first.

My last KDF was about 4 months.

 

I ordered a Unicorn Dian directly from Luts back in January. There was some confusion over my payment for a bit, and I thought my order had been canceled, but they fixed it and assured me my order was processed successfully. It was scary for a moment but it was a busy time, and it was fixed so all is fine in my book. He's all paid off now so I'm just waiting for them to start shipping out, I imagine it should be around 4 months.

It's admittedly a bit nostalgic for me, since I ordered my very first doll back in 2007 from Luts, though I haven't ordered directly from them since then. And on my second order from the company, I'm getting my first doll's father character (the event head I got with the Dian) so it's just warm fuzzies all around for me.

 

Yea another unicorn boy! I ordered mine in January as well. I ordered mine with a face-up so I'm not expecting to see a shipping notice until June *sigh*. Oddly enough, he'll be the first Luts doll I own. I've always wanted an Abadon and they're coming out with a 55-ish cm male body (my favourite size range) so maybe they'll have a sized down Abadon head.... My wallet cringes in terror at that idea.

 

Just ordered a KDF girl body (Type 5 Romantic Ver.) from the discontinued body sale for a Little Monica head I bought from Little Monica's closing sale.

 

I just ordered realskin white Muhwa on model delf body medium bust and realskin peach Papaya on model delf body large bust today 3/31/23. I never ordered dolls from luts before. I hope to see them asap so I can get them faceupped and back to me by october

It's been 2 months since I ordered my HDF Ani girl, I'm trying to be patient! The last time I ordered a doll from Luts was over 10 years ago, I forgot how long the wait is... *impatiently logs in every day to check the order status*

 

I got a shipping notice today for the unicorn boy I ordered at the beginning of January. I wasn't expecting him so soon but I'm super excited that he's done well before I thought he would be.

 

My new boy has arrived! he's absolutely gorgeous and stands like a rock. Luts sent some beautiful purple glass eyes with him but I put others in his head that I made to suit his character. I'm super pleased with him and he was sent well before I expected him.

 

I haven't been active at all lately! But my Luts Winter event order from January 11th apparently shipped on April 12th.
