He's also always reminded me a bit of the old Delfs

With the discontinuation of molds, do we know if the Luts My Choice is still going to be an option?

 

By the looks of it i think it's sold out and wont be an option anymore? Unless in the future they decide to bring it back.

 

I think Luts My Choice was disabled when they put part sales on hiatus, but my guess is that it will come back when part sales return.

 

One of my favorite sculpts is being discontinued but I don't have the money to grab such an expensive SD size doll. Otherwise I have managed to get most all of the Luts sculpts I wanted over the years. If money were no object I would grab a few more but I can't.

However the sculpt I want is one that I don't think anyone owns! Super Delf Yuri! She's so beautiful! So, much like Delf If, I think she'll be lost to doll history.

 

Its really sad to see so many go. I really wanted a Black but if I push my savings I might be able to get my Dan. Anything else is unlikely so much for christmas shopping

Also yes same, i wish i could get an Arwen alongside a Joe but I can only afford one.

 

I also love Yuri!!! Ive had my eye on her for years, but at such short notice i'm not ready to get into larger dolls yet

 

I am sad to see so many of the sculpts go. I just started collecting Luts dolls pretty recently. (luckily I grabbed several heads during the 25th anniversary sale)

I am tempted by several of the bigger sculpts and hope people might have owner pictures of these to share? Preferably with the Luts face up.

I don't know. I kinda felt that maybe she was sculpted by someone at Sadol. Or maybe it's wishful thinking, on my part. My guess was that she was going to become discontinued, even if she sold well during the doll head sell.

 

I'd like to buy a Delf body in the future for one of my floating heads, but with this massive discontinuation, I'm paranoid the line will totally disappear before I can get my hands on one. I prefer the softer, more natural body shape of Delf over the taller dolls.

 

Oh gosh I know this feeling! I ordered two heads I want to put on delf bodies in real skin peach. I don't even know if I could find a good body in that shade

 

Not sure if you're aware (sorry if you are, but you did say "SD size doll"), but Luts is selling heads-only for the discontinued sculpts. Maybe you could get the head at least?

 

I actually DID just put the head on layaway at Denver Doll I realized I could steal another doll's body for her
