Los Angeles Dolpa Thread (Nov. 24 & 25th)

Thanks to everyone for all their kind comments on my kitteh boi!!! He's still nameless, but Oh So Loved!!! I took him and Crunchy, his stuffed mouse to work again today. YES! He will definitely be at Dollectable this year, along with my other uncommon dolls... He's everything I hoped he would be, and I am just so pleased with him.

EDIT: Well, I WAS #1 in line for the FCS service, you can see my fat a$$ on the Volks Site in the Event Report, so maybe they are going in number order?

 

Oh he is just absolutely FABULOUS Nytshaed! I think I was amongst the last three or four people to order right as the dinner party was starting so I have a ways to go yet but I'm so happy for you and your super adorable doll. If you're going to Dollectible, please feel free to bring that cutie pie with you! I'd love to see him in person!

I finally worked up the nerve to attempt my first real faceup, and my School A head from the Dolpa in LA was my victim. I am so pleased with how he came out!!! He's a tawny, freckled Irish Angel who's job is to paint the kittens in heaven before they are born!! Go here for a few pics!!
