Loongsoul Doll Waiting Room 4

My Chili order has shipped!
I ordered on october 30. It's not too bad a wait time. And it comes from Alice's Collections, where I don't forsee any throuble with shipping!

 

Congratulations!! Chili is so cute!! I always really loved her face~ I hope she arrives safe and sound soon!

 

I normally don't get girl dolls, but when I saw Wei Yue Yan, I just had to have her! She is so beautiful! I just put her on Layaway on Alice's Collections, I am paying her off next month. She's big too, like 69cm, she is going to be my biggest girl ever! I have no idea how I am going to dress her. I better get to sewing something though! She takes normal sized shoes, so that's good, but hair, I have to get her some hair...

I am so excited about her that I keep rambling.

Super lucky that she arrived when I'm not at work, too! I tried her dress, wig and eyes and they work as planned! Not sure when I'll do her faceup, probably next week-end
Her face is really detailed, even her brow bones are sculpted somewhat.

My Leopard Ji Shui Bao is maybe another month out per Alice -- she said Loongsoul had a lot of delays due to the rona so it'll be another month probably. Also waiting for the cutest bunny boi Fang Ri Tu. I want to get a LS girl but I get so distracted by the boys.

 

Ah, that good to know regarding the delays. It's sad that covid hit their company. I'm seven months into my wait for my Yan Ling II fullset (through Alice's), and eight months into my wait for an outfit set (through BJDivas). When I asked about the outfit set a few months ago, I was told there are also supply chain issues.

After forcing myself to wait for half a year to see if I really like the doll, I recently made my choice and put in an order for a Water Miao Jun!
I'm still waiting for my first order that should be ready to ship out soonish, but I'm looking forward to my new doll to admire.

 

LOL so I went to my box to pickup random packages and it turns out my Leopard Ji Shui Bao arrived (Alice told me they shipped my shoes lol)!! He's SO CUTE and apparently is very into the bdsm scene after it took two hours to put on his fullset because it was literally full of leather straps.



Now just waiting for my Bunny boi Fang Ru Ti! But seriously I'm in love with Ji Shui Bao and his fluffy bondage tail Also the real skin resin color is soooooooooooo pretty. I'm so gone for loongsoul boys lol

My Yan Ling II came in the other day! His wig came in a separate box and arrived a day later, but overall he reached me very quickly! His COA is stamped with his purchase date which is only a day (maybe two with timezone differences?) before Alice's Collection shipped him to me, so that part was also very fast!

He's my first LS doll, and I love the way he poses; the way his joints move is very smooth, and he locks into position nicely. I like the rosy resin color too. It's like a "normal" resin but with a warm undertone. ^^

He's really pretty... I feel like photos don't do him justice!! I feel like when he's all put together, his fullset really does make him look magical and "swallow fairy"-like. ;v;

His outfit really has a lot of layers... But it all looks very nice together. Very pretty details!


I don't think this is the best picture (need to stick down his sideburns), but I think it shows all the little details nicely. And you can see his fan hairpin!


Then, there's this beautiful embroidery on his sleeves that you can't always see, but it matches his fan and ties the "swallow fairy" theme together well.

 

Ohhhh he's beautiful!!! (i like the prints hanging in the background too ) Are the braids with the tassles in his wig heavy or are the tassles fairly lightweight?

My Luna got here a little bit ago, I forgot to post her picture here of her in the outfit that I made for her! I love her so much I an so happy to have gotten her. Luna is a Wei Yue Yan Dan, she has imported white skin and A-Chest. I love the way the clothes fit her slim figure.

Just want to share pics of my Miao Jun the limited fullset one I ordered from legenddoll back in Oct. He was supposed to come in May but he got here earlier. I just got him delivered last week on Thursday. Super excited for him to join the family and be with his brother. He is my last doll to arrive and maybe the last one I buy. I promised myself no more after him lol but we'll see if I can resist.

He's really beautiful and majestic like his older brother.

I placed an order for Wei Yue Yan (Dan) and Moon Fairy Si back in March! Expecting them to get here by August the earliest... I can't believe a month's already gone by, so here's hoping the rest of the months fly by just as easily.

My Onmyoji x Loongsoul collab Tamamo no Mae BJD finally arrived today!! It was ordered in Oct 2021. i’ve been camping in the waiting room since then. XD

I just placed my first ever BJD order tonight, for Bu Zhi from Loongsoul! I was planning to order Dream Valley’s Silence first since I’ve been eyeing her longer, but I absolutely fell in love with this sculpt in a way I rarely do and I’m waiting to hear back on which (if any) heel feet are compatible with Silence, so I decided I may as well get things in motion, and I’ll order Silence as soon as I know whether to order heel feet with her.

I’m so nervous and excited all at once; I already have a name and story in mind for the girl I ordered, and I plan on slowly putting together a wardrobe/getting some wigs and eyes for her while I wait. I’ve wanted to be part of this hobby for years, and now that I finally have a doll on the way, I can’t stop smiling.

I ordered Tao Tie Beast Version through layaway at bjdivas. I have already made my first layaway payment but the status of the order still says cancelled instead of processing. I ordered him when things were hectic at bjdivas and they had the out of office notice. I'm worried they set up the layaway but forgot to order him. Should I contact them?

I ended up emailing bjdivas, because I kept worrying about it. Everything was fine the person who updates the order status on our profile was just on holidays.

 

I'm at the over six months wait period for my fullset Fang Ru Ti (not painted though) and I am chomping at the bit to get him haha need that bunny boi! I don't know why because I have yet to finish my last few Loongsoul doll customizations LOL Just jonesin for that new doll high haha

My Leopard Ji Shui Bao fullset took like 7 months so I figure I'm super close but still

 

I'm going on four months for my Little Xiang with face-up, but I'm resigned to waiting 6-7 months. Just because she's a little doll doesn't mean she'll take less time than a Big Boy.

 

Well I caved and asked about my Fang Ru Ti order and AC contacted Loongsoul and they are saying another month So that'll be 7 months estimated wait time. I'm starting to think all their fullsets (even with no painting) are 7-8 month expected wait period at this point -- hopefully people are getting the non-fullset dolls faster.

I'll be at five months mid-July. If she ships sooner than September, I'll be very surprised, but y'all will be the first to know.

 

My blank dolls with nothing else both took about 6 months with ordering through AC, so I think LS is overall just a little bit slower than some other companies.

 

I'm fine with waiting, despite all my whining! I'm very new to this, so I have no idea how long things "should" take. I appreciate everyone in this thread for sharing updates and estimates.

 

My beautiful LoongSoul - MiaoJun - Shi Xu Lou Lan - Fullset (Face-up D) arrived a few days ago.

But I'm still missing the styled wig from the full set.
So far I've only gotten a gray clip-on ponytail.

And shouldn't the head also have a left ear piercing?
There is none for the earring that comes with it.

I have therefore already written to Clover Singing (Christina) and am now waiting for her reply.
Nothing can be done about the missing ear piercing, but really I hope I will get the wig after all.

Piercing an ear is super easy! I’ve done lots. Just get a hand drill.

 

Yes, somehow I can manage the left ear piercing!
Because of the wig I still hope to get one and that Christina can fix that.

 

Hi peeps, just for a waiting time reference... my Leopard Ji Shui Bao (nude) has just been shipped by AC after only 5 months. ... it's just that now he is grounded in Shanghai by something that Fedex says is 'out of their control'. Yay, I guess?

Most interestingly, I had another package from AC running parallel to the Loongsoul one, in fact it was shipped two days after Ji Shui Bao, and it has already arrived here... who knows what's going on there?

 

Was the other package much smaller? Maybe he's being held up because of his size.

 

OMG I just received my Tao Tie doll I didn't expect him so soon. For information: I ordered him in early march through ACbjd (and with layway x))

I've bitten the Loongsoul bullet and ordered Cang Jue through Alice, normal yellow skin, body ver. 3 with 2 part torso and faceup.
Went for a 6 month layaway because I figured if that's how long it takes for him to be made, I might as well pay him off until he's ready.
That little fang got me in the end

 

I just got my shipping notice for my Little Xiang, who I ordered from Alice's back in February! Aaaaah my pouty baby is coming home!!!
