Loongsoul Doll Waiting Room 4

I've ordered something else in February/March and i don't have him yet either. XD I'm not sure if that helps, i think they have covid related delays.

 

Super excited to have ordered ZhuZhao, my first Loongsoul boy from Alice's Collections! No faceup or anything for him so my fingers are crossed for a not super long wait.

 

I just got an update that Xiang Jun will be arriving tomorrow, so excited. Might create a box opening thread ❤️ for everyone interested in seing the fullset in real life

I ordered on april 4th. The waiting time was rather long this time, but for a basic doll it's shorter. I waited about 4 months for my Wei Huo Hu back then.

 

Ah.. i also asked for a face up so maybe it takes longer. I've been waiting since the beginning of March.

 

I've been waiting for 1 year and 1 month for my Caesar ._.

 

I think only a faceup won't delay it that much
So you should get your doll in 4-5 months I bet.

 

Let me give you a trick that always worked for me, even with dollshe:
Write them, let them know you care and when you feel it's about time, give them bit of a deadline.

I asked after some months: when are you done, when can you ship?
In case this date delayed I was like 'where is my tracking number you said you'd ship' a minute later I had it.
If you say nothing they just go on and do as they please xD...
After one year I would threaten to withdraw my money if I didn't get the doll yet.

Unfortunately the shipping was changed to 2nd November. But it's not too long till then

Just bought a 73cm boy body secondhand. 2016. Should I expect differences from my 2019 and 2020 bodies? Also the seller called it pink. Will it be hard to match to a yellower head?

 

Maybe ask in the general loongsoul thread? I don't know haha, I'm hoping to getb my first from them soon.

So apparently ordered on February 20th or so through BJD Dreams (dealer in Italy), and arrived with me today on November 10th.

 

Joining the queue! Ordered the full set Fairy Yao Ji with body blushing. She is my first Loong Soul and third ever BJD order. Sounds like I'm in for a loong wait (/snickers- bad humor)

 

Uhoh, I have just realized the payments for my Qiong Qi Beast Version layaway at BJDivas have not been being sent for MONTHS. I didn't notice because I have multiple layaways going.

 

I got an email saying my Qiong Qi Beast Ver. fullset finally arrived to BJDivas! Soon he will be home.

For me it was 8/9 months too so i hope your doll will ship soon! I had face up and body blushing though.

 

I only had a faceup; I kinda wish I did body blushing but I did a lot of research on loongsoul faceups and saw theirs were very random whether they would be accurate or not, but I couldn't cancel at that point. I think I want to do my own body blushing It's gotta ship any day now. Have you received your doll yet?

 

Just awkwardly joining in here . I did a split buy for Yan Qi. I get the 73.5 body and the other buyer is taking the head.

I am going to hybrid it with my customised doll head.

 

@LenaV Did you know you can just buy the body? I have bought 4 already and plan to buy more for my tribe of floating heads.

 

Yes, I was just going to buy the body from Alice's collection, but I met a girl who really wanted Yan Qi, but didn't want such a tall body. She was going to hybrid him with a smaller doll body she had.
And since I owned a head that needed a 73cm body, I just went for it. It was actually cheaper in the long run, as the girl was desperate for a partner and split it quite cheaply. I will probably buy more in the future as none of my 65cm dolls have a body yet.

Yes i got my doll last month. and yep the face up was not the same as the promo picture. Similar i guess, but they used different colours and he has way lighter lips, which kinda doesn't fit my demon idea i had for him. I was a bit sad. The body blushing is lovely though, and the resin and sculpt as well. I hope you get a satisfying face up.

 

Hi everyone! Anyone know the average wait time now? Got a friend who will be getting an unblushed body who wants to know.

 

I guess 7-9 months? Was 9 for me but i had face up and body blushing.

@lividdarkangel - I ordered/received a blank full doll recently and it took around 4.5 months. But I did order from a chinese dealer and it could take longer if you choose a dealer that has to wait for bulk shipments of orders.

 

Took 6 months to delivery for my Wolf with blank head. But I think it wandered for a month in strange circuitous routes during the spring covid surge. He came through Alice's Collections in May.

My gf just ordered me a You Ying with a Chinese dealer on TaoBao, jumping on the waiting train! They said the processing time for naked dolls is about 4 months, so we'll see. My friend will visit China in May and bring the doll to me so I really really hope she's going to be ready on time

My doll arrived yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111111 I've been too nervous to open it! I opened it enough to stroke her stomach and holy crap Loong Soul resin is soft like silk. I'm opening tonight after work.

Fusang Ancient! I really wanted a 1/4 size doll for my first but her head sculpt fit the character I wanted a doll for perfectly. I'm SUPER intimidated by the size of her LOL. I only saw her thigh ball joints out of the wrapping and they are massive. Thank you

 

So excited to be able to join the waiting room!! I just ordered a Jiao Mu Jiao in imported white skin with elf ears, faceup, and eyes!! He’ll be my first Loongsoul doll and I ordered him via a 6 month layaway via Clover-Singing. The wait begins for my new boy to come home!!

Hi all! I've just made my first payment on Xuandi through BJDivas as well, like I see many of you have!

I opted for the Dragon Version, French Dark Brown Fullset, to say I'm excited is an understatement! This is my first LoongSoul boy, and I can't wait, he's absolutely stunning.

Funny enough, I was actually bummed out I had missed out on the Azure Dragon, but now I'm glad I did, as that means I can get this handsome guy instead.

I wonder what sort of time frame we are looking at for turn around? Any guesses?

Thats what I've heard as well, with his popularity, I'm sure it may be even longer than that for some folks. I'm sure we'll see an influx, and I will not complain, I'll gladly accept all photos.

Hey, has anyone had to contact Loongsoul directly? I'm curious about their customer service. I'm eyeing Wang Erzhao but he comes on a 63cm and I'd prefer the 68cm body. I don't mind if there's a price difference, I just don't know a character of Chinese. Normally I order direct from the company, but I'm wondering if I am better off going through a dealer for my specific request.

 

@xyzKitty I would ask Christina at Clover Singing to ask for you. She is always gets back to me in a day or two and communicates well with Chinese companies.
