Did anyone ever find a good match for the chocolate resin?

I have a dark tan Impldoll who is similar to LR chocolate (cooler rather than warmer). I can share with my dyed LR Noelle so you can see.

 

The little dude is an impldoll in their old dark tan (which is still available but has been reformulated) beside an LR in the old caramel/coffee colour. They're in natural light so you can see the dark tan is very dark with a reddish undertone.

 

Did anyone see the heads that were listed on Little Rebel’s website? Kind of exciting that we’re getting more heads!! I considered grabbing a Noelle, but decided against it for the sake of my budget!

 

@Chameleon DO EEEET! I have a Noelle and she's so much fun (plus she fits on Resinsoul bodies so you can theoretically budget for it)

Here is my dyed Noelle on the Resinsoul bigger body. I like this dye job but I'd also like to get a cool-toned Kamu down the line.

 

I just ordered 2 Sarang heads to shell my OCs (brothers). Can't wait. I never considered getting one because for some reason I'd assumed they were in the US, so the cost would be horrendous, and I also kinda expected them to be unavailable or unaffordable... lol what a difference a minute's research makes

 

@WeLoveGuu I have a Sarang that Carmen painted, it's a wonderful sculpt. I have it on the tan April Story body but it also fits the Luts bodies very well.

 

I finally scored an Andre head secondhand. The last doll on my wishlist and my first dolly purchase in forever. I am trying to decide what body I want to put him on, I have my Kaylar on the old soom super gem male body but I'm looking for something different for Andre. I'm liking the MYOU 62cm body at the moment though.

 

@Jareth MYOU bodies have THICC necks...you might need to ask them to mod it, or be prepared yourself to shave it down a bit. I can try and get some pics of my Andre on my MYOU body for comparison, but it's not an ideal fit for Jelle.

 

@A Wee Tiefling That’s good to know as I am not that familiar with MYOU doll. I only had one doll from them before and it was a 1/4 big baby which I ended up selling off as just wasn’t my thing I have been through a lot of hybrid frustrations in the past couple years so I’d definitely like to avoid another one happening

Which body did you use for your Andre?

 

@Jareth Well that's egg on my face, MYOU does fit Andre really well. It's me, I'm the problem, I don't like MYOU's neck (or chest...or hand...) poseability so it's not the right fit for me. BUT observe, Dante (LR Andre) on both a MYOU and April Story body.

Normally I have Dante on Impldoll's old (1st gen) Model body. It's lean and lanky and fits the clothing I like, but it's not great either. If you're looking for posing and attractiveness, definitely go with something else like from DF-A or H, Luts, Switch's attractive body, maybe a second-hand D0llsh3.

Andre’s head should be arriving to me sometime today. I hadn’t thought of LUTs as an option so I will have a look at their offerings as I do like a lot of their bodies. Unfortunately all the guys I currently have here are 70cm+ or Iples so I don’t have anything his size to try him on

 

I’m so happy that Little Rebel is making doll heads again! I didn’t know.

I would love to get a Kaylar or Sarang head. Does anyone know when Carmen opens for orders?

@Rabbit-moon I follow LR on insta and she'll release announcements when heads are being released BUT some B-Grade heads are also still available on her site.
