Sounds like the problem with SDGr and SD16 girls... not enough stilettos! I've never seen MSD stilettos, though... I checked Dollmore and perhaps these ones have a high enough heel?

 

Oh those are quite cute and might actually work~ I'll have to try and do a dollmore order at some point soon and see if I can try out some of the shoes they have. Worse case scenario the MNF girls get more shoes if they don't fit her

 

I've been looking around at Musedoll and Dollheart and Luts for you too and none of them have high enough heels. XD;; For SDs I know there's Tata's Paradise and Crobidoll, as well as a couple of Taobao shops, but they all cater to SDGr/SD16 girls. The Little Harmony high heeled legs really are first of a kind, so it might take a while for more options to be available.

 

That's coincidental, since I have been trying to find shoes that fit for her flat feet.
I have heels that fit, and the measurement of the heel is about 3/4ths of an inch, and they are perfect for the heel feet.

 

Oh?! Do you mind telling me where you got them? I'm making a list of go-to places for when it comes time to expand her wardrobe. She's just a bit thicker then my MNF so a lot of the things they have don't work as nicely on her -sob-

I just got notice from my dealer that Irin is on her way from LM, so she should soon start her way home!

Could we gather all the shoe and wardrobe info to the first post or make a picture request thread (linked to the first post) so it would be easy to find once this thread starts expanding. Or perhaps gather the info to the wiki and link to a picture thread from there?

I always seem to get these slightly off-size minis who need special care when it comes to shopping for clothes and shoes...

If the LH body is a tad thicker than the MNF, can they share clothes? Or are they more MSD-sized? Sounds like they're sort of like Bluefairy Tiny Fary, which is between slim and normal MSD in size...

 

I've compared the measurements of LM (from their site) to my Lusis and actually based on those the LM has a bit tinier waist and a little larger hips. So I'd say they should be able to wear most slim mini (Minifee, unoa, narae) clothes. Verification wanted, though!

 

I've managed to fit her into most of my slimer mini clothes, but it's a bit tighter around her chest since she's thicker. Though anything with a little give should fit fine I imagine, if you're shopping around through Minifee clothes I just suggest keeping an eye on what the material is made out of for the tighter clothes~

 

I bought some MNF clothes for her since I thought they'd share a size, and it all seemed perfect until her chest. Her chest is rather large compared, so I needed to get creative so it'd fit her.

I'm looking for heeled shoes so she can wear the heel feet pretty much all the time. The boots they have on the LM site are for the flat feet. Though those red pair have been tempting me. lol~

Trinity, try Dollmore? I bought some from there for my minifee, though not perfectly fit (a.k.a figure hugging), but much better than other clothes that I bought from places like tata paradise or sunny's world. at least on the shoulder area fit better, not overly big
May I ask where you buy minifee clothes?
or if it fit unoa, might fit Irin too? Just a suggestion

 

Marxwyn, Irin is a bit bigger than MNF, the clothes I bought that were MNF sized do not fit her, especially around her chest. I'm a bit nervous to buy anything else.

I'm starting to think commissioning people for clothing will be the only way to get a nice fit.

I wish I could, at least.

I suggest looking for clothing for Unoa that fit the Large bust size.

Etsy has an amazing threshold of wonderful items for considerably inexpensive prices. They have a search bar towards the top and you can look up "Unoa" or "Minifee" and get a whole slew of results from different sellers who sew or craft specifically for that size.

I have my girl in a Guppy Kisses top right now, a Tonner doll vest, and dollmore leggings atm. She fits rather well in all three. I'll have to go through my horde of clothing and show you all how it fits her.

Where is the info about a gloomy Irin?

I'm hoping to see more Little Harmony dolls! Especially I'm hoping for a mini-sized Enrill, since he'd be perfect for a character of mine and a handsome boyfriend for my Unoa. But I think we have to wait for a mini boy body to be released first...

 

I know a friend (SchizoCheese) who would kill for a LH Enrill. XD I do think Irin looks a bit like Enrill, with Lucile's mouth.

EDIT: Gloomy Irin? Where? I checked LM's Twitter and site but... there's nothing. .____. Managed to avoid getting another Bluefairy mini so I am open to the idea of getting a LH girl~~

rainwaltz, I thought that Irin was a bit like Enrill at first too, but when I opened pictures of both in tabs and looked at them side by side, Enrill has that something Irin doesn't... Enrill's eyes are more slanted and the mouth more defined (and a bit grumpy). Irin is cute, but Enrill is just so handsome And I'd love to see what SchizoCheese would do with a LH Enrill since her bigger Enrill is so gorgeous! (Nanaki and her previous Enrill were a few of the reasons I started to warm up to Enrill in the first place and now I want a big Enrill as well. I'd still get the big Enrill whether LM releases a LH Enrill or not.)

Edit. Oh, and news about my Irin, she's in the UK and she'll ship to Finland next week after the Queen's Jubilee. Then I'll try on every slim mini clothe in the house on her for a review!

Shara I know what you mean by being obsessed with Nanaki -- I love him too. ♥ I think Irin looks much softer than Enrill, too, being a female sculpt and all.

Ah wow thank you all so much for your kind words! I have been feeling a little unsure about her myself and your kind words have definitely help sway me more towards her



I had a chance to snap a few nice pictures of her this morning. Her eyes and wig are all wrong, but here she is for the most part! She fits 12mm glass eyes REALLY well. These are just some 12s I had lying around. Her eye color is really supposed to be red, and her hair blonde, but I haven't found a wig I like enough yet for her. Hopefully I can pick one up soon @~@

CLOTHING INFO: She has on a guppykisses top, a Tonner doll vest (from the Alice Cullen set) and Dollmore leggings. The mini-skirt around her waist was actually from a teddy bear set I got at Build a Bear which I'm not entirely sure is there anymore @~@

Oh I'll keep an eye out for this for sure! I seem to be in a clothe collecting phase with my dolls so getting something gorgeous that would definitely fit the LH body is quite intriqueing! :-)

LittleMonica It's alright - -we'll just keep an eye on the LM site! I am so glad that the outfit looks like the drawing, and omg a collaboration with La Maison! One of my favourite Korean seamstresses (that doesn't sell overseas sob); I am totally psyched for the release!! Could you give us an estimated date when the real teasers will be released?

rainwaltz, haha! I do a lot of sewing myself so I haven't used up that much money on clothes puchases yet (not as much as I have with wigs anyways). Sewing myself has also helped me to get clothes for my slim girls who can't really wear regular MSD clothing.

I've always found Dollheart clothing beautiful and actually these few preorders lately have had pieces that really suit my dolls' styles perfectly (luckily in SD and Yo-SD size so they do actualy fit my girls)! And I find that this teaser has similar aesthetics, and quaranteed a fit for slimmer LH figure

But me too, I love to dress up my dolls in different clothes (they rarely wear the same thing for a whole week through) and then photograph them

 

Shara Super jealous of your sewing talent! I sadly have like zero skills at all so I make up for it by buying clothes. x____x;;; I can't even sew buttons nicely back on to shirts... I also don't have much of an interest in handicrafts so I don't quite want to learn, either. *is awful sloth*

I wonder if the collab with La Maison is just for Gloomy Irin's clothes or will there be separate outfits or specially faceupped dolls? >:3 I'm sure I'm dooming myself (and others) just mentioning it.

 

I really hope the outfit sells separately. I really can't justify getting another Irin just for the clothes

I'm with rainwaltz here, even though read a few sewing books, still can't get it. easy skirts okay though.
clothing is quite expensive for me, so far I bought necessity outfit only, though still can't find a perfect shirt though >.>

btw, before I forgot, I'd like to say that I do like LH's body, and glad that the joint is not at the boobs

 

This. THIS SO MUCH. I don't get why so many companies are "upgrading" their girl bodies to have a bust joint when nobody bends at the boobs. I very much prefer my torso joints at the diaphragm (where the ribcage ends) or waist.

 

I also love the basic oldstyle torso joint. Although I haven't got any dolls which have torso joint just below the breasts, I don't personally find it aesteticelly pleasing. Thenagain, I don't really hide my dolls' joints so... I have to say though, my SDGr is my best sloucher with her three-part-torso and my no-joint-at-all SD10 sits the best.

I was thinking b/w (since the first teaser was) and now I can't get my head around it, I keep thinking that the color is wrong Still it looks gorgeous! But none of my girls need a blue outfit, so I think I'm safe for now

rainwaltz: haha, I think I saw your post on another thread. And first I didn't really know/mind about different kind of joints, as long as it pose well, especially before I got my first, a minifee. But after handling her, and seeing lots of photos about different type of bodies, and learning what makes certain poses natural, I am now starting to figuring/picture a suitable doll bodies for me. Still lots to learn though

shara: saw a thread (quite old though), photos of posing of SDgr body, and I am quite impressed with it. But I don't think I want an SD size.

btw about the new dress, perhaps hope that they'll have in another colour too? "It's secret" outfit comes in 2 colours
(wonder about the "Black Ribbon")

 

Oh I hope they make a different coloured version as well. As much as I think the outfit is adorable, I'm never a fan of blue. > < If anything, I'll probably still get it, but I'd like the option!

I got my Irin today Here's her blank head:



Her body went to my Unoa so the head went back into the box, although it's very lovely.

I tried on my snuggest slim mini outfit on Little Harmony body and it fits. therefore I believe that evey other slim mini clothe will also fit her She also fits to all the shoes I've gotten for my Unoa, although her feet are a bit larger. That just means that she can fit into more shoes (that are too large for Unoas)!

 

Shara: Congrats!!!!!! The blank head looks so lovely ^O^~!!!

Nihil, I posted a review in the Unoa hybrid thread :-) Unfortunately the resin does not match at all. The resin in Little Harmony dolls is pink whereas my 2010 Unoa is very pale creamy yellow. I'm trying to do a blush to the FPto make it matchbetter, but colorwise it's not the best option. I do however love the body's engineering and shape so I'll try to make it work.

I also did a full review with more blank face shots in my blog (points to sig).

 

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but I was wondering if anyone has some fairyland resin to compare with the little harmony body. Irin is cute, but she's not really doing it for me; I love the body, though; it's so elegant.
