In a way I'm lucky it's for the Little Harmony size, because if it was for the Harmony Line I'd have bought it even though I don't have a girl to wear it yet!

 

I just ordered a For My doll Wig for my incoming Yuria!
For now, I will just wait for the date when my buyer will pay my doll's head. But I just have a lot of plans for her and I just cannot wait to share her with you guys
Question, how long does it take for LM to ship out their dolls after payment?

I suggest adding yourself to the LM Waiting Room thread - http://www.denofangels.com/forums/showthread.php/334751-Littlemonica-Waiting-Room/page18 Judging from everyone's orders, I'd say the wait is usually around 6-8 weeks.

 

6-8 weeks? That maybe equivalent to 2 months. I was hoping her head would arrive before August since the bjd community in my country holds a bazaar event :/

 

It might be shorter if you've only ordered a head, but otherwise 6-8 weeks seems to be their usual making time for their full dolls if the Waiting Room is anything to go by. LM do seem to be pretty good at sticking to the 2 month production time though, so if you ordered your Yuria this month she should be shipping out in June/July if they stay on schedule.

[MENTION=66379]KamekoLiddell[/MENTION]- I bought an 8-9 although I think they sent me a 9-10. It was originally for my Lishe and it kind of swims on phineas, but if I put a little sports tape around his head its perfect. I would definitely go with an 8-9.

 

I bought a 9-10 inch wig for Yuria. Well, maybe with the help of a wigcap make it handy.

On Chloe, yes Flickr is a good source. I think only one owner here has her but there is an owner on Flickr who posts their Chloe quite often. I hope more come to this thread though, it is a gorgeous sculpt!

 

Did everyone see the new images LM uploaded onto their Hidden board? It's so nice to be able to see Haazel styled differently than in his promo photos, and makes waiting for my shipping notice all the harder. Not too much longer to go hopefully!

For @Pen-Pen, here are some photos of Sowon's double jointed elbows. The first on the left is just the regular single joint bend, the other 2 show the bend achieved with the double joint. More photos showing the bend of the single joint vs the extended double joint are up on my Flickr in the relevant album.

Heyo, just popping in to ask a restringing question. Does anyone have difficulties with the harmony girl hand's s-hook? The s-hook on mine has been clamped shut (by the company) to make it fit down the arm hole, but that makes removing the s-hook for restringing really difficult. I've tried prying the s-hook open with a pair of pliers but it's just not budging. Is there an easier way to do this, or should I just get a better pair of pliers? :/

 

Of geez, I've never heard of that. Both mine are open so I'm not really sure other than brute force to pry to open? O.o I wonder why that would do that.

 

I'm sorry, I don't have that sort of a S-hook problem either with my LM girl body

There are so many concepts of my doll, she was originally a Yuria but then I changed her backstory since she was too overpowered and from an overpowered demon princess to a kind and strong-willed young girl c:
I will definitely take photos, I cannot believe the seller was even kind to keep her on hold for me past the last day. For now, does anyone has photos of Sarubia? :3

 

Congrats! Sarubia is a lovely sculpt and I was contemplating her for my girl for the longest time. There are lots and lots of owner photos of Sarubia up on Flickr, I recommend going there and getting excited

does anyone have a luts and little monica harmony hybrid? :3 I'm looking for a body for my angel head, but I'm not much of a fan of the harmony boy bodies and I know the match to luts rsn is relatively close, I just wanted to do a bit more research before I spend a lot of money on a body.

 

Hello there, in flickr. I saw a hybrid of Little Monica Yuria on a Luts body and she said the match are perfect, I can try and look for it if you want.

 

I did a hybrid for my Angel head too. ^^ I considered a lot of options. He ended up on a Nobility Doll Emotional boy body and the resin match is very close. The body has just yellowed more than the head. Luts resin is super close too and the fit should be good.

 

The LM NS resin matches also with Supia NS

 

How are little monica harmony Line with poseability? I know the knees are single joint

 

Billy, there is plenty of discussion about the poseability in this thread. Is there anything specific you want to know more about? And are you talking about the girl or boy body?

Even a slight mismatch should be able to be covered with a proper face up!

 

Sure thing NeighborsGirl I have a Sarubia head in transit and a headless Mirodoll ws body so I was confirmed by a seller that it matched

 

Has anyone asked for a different face-up choice? I like Chloe's sculpt but not her face-up, wondering how the other face-up's would look on her.

My Sarubia head has finally arrived
Unfortunately she is still in the customs being held ransom so I better take photos when she arrived. I am nervous and excited at the same time

You can ask Little Monica to have different faceup on your doll. For example, I have a Yuria head and I like Roselyn's faceup so I'll request LM to do it. Why not go to their website to make sure

Yea I know they can do other face-ups but it can be hard to tell whether someone else's face-up would suit them but I guess I'll never know until I try. :P

 

Supernova, it is hard indeed to picture how a certain sculpt will look with a different face-up. What I always do is search for the sculpt on Flickr and usually custom face-ups will appear. It might not be the exact same face-up as the one you'd like to request but it gives a better feel for what suits the sculpt and what does not.

 

Yea, that's a good idea! I've seen some very pretty chloes. ^_^

Edit: How are Little Monica for hybrids? I've found a couple and would love to see more examples, especially in normal skin. Do Luts match well? Any recommendations?

Luts isn't bad, but I know Dreaming Doll is a perfect match. You could also try Sadol ^^
I once saw a Switch x Little Monica Hybrid, but I can't remember if it was a good match or not... ><

Luts matches very well, I saw a Little Monica Yuria on a delf body and it was perfect. Mirodoll works as well.

EDIT: I searched in Flickr and I saw a Sarubia head on a Switch Humming dolly body and a member here has a switch Haji on a Little Monica girl body hope that helps

 

Hello everyone. I have a Sophia head (normal skin) on a Dollzone body (normal pink skin):



In real life the head's resin is a tiny bit more yellowish than Dollzone's normal pink body. But doesn't matter to me, personally. :3
I have to take better pictures of her...

Hi there! I just bought a Little Monica Roselyn head in white skin and.. uh, well, I didn't expect it to be SO white haha.
Can anyone tell me if a harmony girl head can fit onto a harmony boy body? If not, I'm looking for other 60cm boy bodies that might make a good hybrid.. especially color wise...

Any help would be appreciated. Meanwhile, I'll scour the internet and flickr for more knowledge!

 

Congrats on your new LM doll [MENTION=50745]Ythiel[/MENTION] As regards your question, LM actually has photos of some of their girl head sculpts on the Harmony boy bodies through their 'Tip' board on the left hand side of the website. They have Roselyn, Sarubia and Yuria (among others) photographed on the Harmony boy body.
