    5. What did you order? WS Milch Fullset
      When did you order? March 3rd I believe.
      Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Directly through the company.
      How was the communication? Pretty good. When I asked a question they would always answer the next day.
      How easy was it to pay? Very easy!
      How long did it take to ship? About 6-7 weeks, she arrived on April 21st. It took much longer than I expected, but at the time they were transferring their site to a new server and were being bombarded by customer inquiries and questions because of it.
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the quality is good, the only problem is that the Milch head has a neckhole that is way too big for their MSD size body. I've asked around and none of their other MSD heads have that problem apparently. Other than that though, the resin quality is very nice and the fullset faceup was beautiful.
      Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yeah, the faceup was almost exact, as well as the resin color.
      Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. It took a little restringing and sueding to get her up and running, but I love her. :aheartbea

      Ehh...They replied quick enough regarding question posts on their message board, but they gave me an underestimated ship date & never got an e-mail about when they sent the parcel out.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Yep. Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      4 Weeks to prepare the order, 1 week to wait for them to ship out & another week for it to arrive.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I had looked around at a few sites & found their paints to be the cheapest available, with a decent in stock selection. I'm not too sure how to tell the difference between resin quality, but the headmold was gorgeous!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The head looked exactly as advertised. The wig looked wavvier in the photographs, but it was a Dollga wig, so they were just the middlemen.

      Yep.

      Probably, but I'll stick to accessories & such though. The head was beautiful, but its huge on other bodies as its been mentioned before in the forum.

      Very good. I was a bit sick when I ordered and simply sent the money through paypal without any message. (I = scatter brain) I emailed later to tell them that the money sent with my paypal account was for my order and I gave the order number. This was cleared the next day.
      Then I wanted a different head than I had ordered, so I asked them if they could change my order and this was also done within a day without any problems.

      Maybe too easy with paypal, because I forgot to mention my order number. XD (It was all solved within a day.)

      Fantastic. I wanted to change my billing method, so I got all confused and canceled the order and created another one with the credit card billing method. However, the previous order that I canceled apparently took the last wig that I wanted! It was out of stock! I posted a thing on their board, and they answered it and solved my problem after about 2 days.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Quite easy. I didn't switch payment method because it was too hard, I just didn't feel like going through paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      12 days after I ordered they shipped it. 4 days after it shipped it was on my doorstep. 16 days total.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. Stunned me a bit actually how pretty Luke was. The pastels were very small, barely an inch across and half an inch in width, but not bad for 5 bucks.

      The wig didn't quite look like what I expected, but it impressed me none the less. Somehow the paints and pastels look bigger on the screen, but maybe it's just me.

      Excellent! They answered all of my questions clearly and quickly. I'd asked if they would fit my boy or not, and they told me that if they didnt, they would happily refund me fully.

      It was okay, but not fantastic. When I inquired about the long wait time on their Q&A, someone went through and answered all the questions but ignored mine. I had to wait over the weekend for an answer, which was vague.

      Very easy. I used Paypal.

      It was a full eight weeks just to get the head, which is longer than I have waited for all but one of my full dolls.

      The quality was very good.

      I have no idea. XD; Didn't get a shipping notice. But I ordered on the 16th, got them today (the 15th), so it took about a month to be made, shipped, and arrive here.

      Very. Having them in hand and looking them over, I actually would have expected to pay more! XD They're very nice.

      I asked a question about when my doll would be be shipped on the Q&A board and they answered promptly. Two weeks after I asked my question and the doll still hadn't arrived I inquired again. It took them 3 days to answer and they gave me the same vauge reasoning they gave me 2 weeks ago. Finally 2 weeks later I asked for a real answer and they gave me one. They apparently had to redo my faceup.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I used PayPal so you know easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The doll arrived on August 15th. 87 days total which was about 13 weeks. Alot longer than they quoted. The doll was sent on a tuesday (i believe) in Korea and arrived on Saturday here.

      Yes

      Yes, I would know I saved all of them.

      Yes and no. The shoes I purchased were a little big for her but they are a Yo-SD size.

      Extremely easy. I used paypal and all I had to do was send the total. No hassle, no mess.

      41 days from order to doorstep.

      I'm extremely pleased with the quality for the price. The Romeo is extremely heavy and sturdy, the horns are perfect in weight and resin quality and the eyes I bought looked better than the in the pictures.

      Not completely but there was such little difference that I could tell it was from lighting and face up work done for the pictures.

      Very prompt. They always answered my question the next working day.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I paid using a 3-month layaway plan. Though the sending of payment itself is easy since it's Paypal, it should be noted that they do not invoice you and neither do they send payment confirmation emails. While it's not really a big issue with me since they stated on their layaway FAQ that they will send a late notice if they don't receive stipulated payments, it would have been reassuring to know that they received the payments safely.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I made the last payment on 1st August. They shipped on 12th August and I received the parcel on 14th August.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely! I'm very pleased.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The doll itself looks like the sales pictures. However, I ordered the default faceup and expected something similar to the sales pictures' but it came rather different. The faceup has orange-y tones in the sales pictures but my doll's has pink tones instead. It's still beautiful and well-done but it's something to beware of if you order expecting something similar.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, very. However, on the night of the 7th day of arrival, I discovered a tiny spot on my girl's upper arm that I couldn't remove.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      The FAQ stated that any returns/exchanges have to be communicated to them within 7 days of arrival so I was doubtful as to whether they would allow an exchange. I tried anyway and provided a picture of the spot. Their reply was polite and apologetic and they offered me the options of 1) Sending my girl back so that they can exchange for new arm, 2) Send a pair of new arms to me if I can change it myself, or 3) try removing the spot using sandpaper. I chose the second option and they shipped the new pair of arms on 1 September by EMS.

      Incredibly easy with paypal.

      Since it was a pre-order, I didn't get it until almost 2 months later.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I think so. The wig is very soft and easy to style and care for. The horns have very strong mangets. The only thing is that I received two left horns.

      Exactly the same, if not better looking.

      Even with the little mistake, I'm still happy. I actually like having mismatching horns, suits my character more. The wig suits my doll perfectly and I love it.

      Oh definately, but I would be more vocal with them.

      How was the communication? Nonexistent. They don't send you a payment confirmation e-mail, nor a shipping notice. It's rather bothersome. That's the only problem I really had I liek to well informed when I buy things.

      How easy was it to pay? yes, i used pay pal.

      How long did it take to ship? It was a preorder item so it took a month and some change to make and ship. I got it 8/7.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, very much so.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures? It looked a tad lighter on my monitor, but I'm glad it was darker then the sale pictures.

      Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, there was a tiny spot where you can see white, but that can fixed with a marker. But no hand made object is perfect!

      They were overall quite fast to reply, there was only one time when I had to wait 2 days for a response (4 if you count the weekend). They were also very kind, but did not tell you anything more than absolutely necessary.

      Very easy with Paypal and then the creditcard option. I had actually made an account especially for this transaction, so I had never even used Paypal before xD
      How long did it take to ship?
      Ooh, don't even get me started here D8< I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time, imo. I ordered on june 3 and he arrived more than three months later, on september 10. That wouldn't have been so bad, if they'd just said that it would take that long from the beginning. They kept telling me that my order would be shipped 'within two weeks' and 'next week'. Unfortunately, all of my bjd's are compared to my BH, and there just is no comparison.

      Minimal, but sufficient. I received an order confirmation, but no shipment confirmation (I needed to check my Leeke account in order to see the order status updates).

      Extremely easy, with Paypal.

      Less than a month--much faster than expected!

      Yes, especially considering I ordered during their short sale period, and I saved $100 on the cost of the doll!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      No. The faceup on my doll is quite different from the faceup shown in the sales photos. I realize there are small artistic differences to take into account, but I suspect the artist forgot they were painting a female doll, because unlike the sales photos, my girl has huge, thick man brows. The paint around the mouth, as well as the blushing on the face, is also sloppy and uneven. I'm usually not a person who is nit-picky about small details on a faceup, so for me to bring this up is really indicative of the problem. Additionally, the wig style I ordered looks quite different in person than on the website, and as the style is very simple, there's really no excuse.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      No for the faceup, no for the wig, and also no because one of my doll's feet arrived broken! Additionally, the default glass eyes included with the doll were very flawed--one eye's pupil was twice as large as the pupil in the other eye! Overall, I think the quality of Leeke's products is high, in spite of the fact that my order had a lot of problems.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I did not tell them about the faceup, wig or eyes, because I don't think there's anything they can do about those problems. I did of course notify them immediately about the broken foot, and they were very quick to respond--they replied in less than 24 hours that they'd send me a new foot within a week, and the new foot arrived to me very quickly.

      Yes, but as beautiful as their company faceups look in photos, I would hesitate to consider them. I would also be a little hesitant to order their wigs, due to the styles being inconsistent with the sales photos. Again, I have no issues with the quality; more that the consistency of their products with the sales photos is somewhat risky.

      I could just be nitpicking, but there were little things here and there that bugged me about his arrival. I didn't like how they hot glued his eyes into his head. Is that normal? And he also arrived very dusty and dirty and I had to give him a cleaning. I didn't like how I could not only see but FEEL the difference. There was also a giant knot in his head that made it very difficult to be able to take his head off and it hindered any sort of movement of his head. And I think he was strung so tightly that he can't sit properly at all.

      His head, face, wig, and eyes are gorgeous though!

      So overall, I am fairly pleased with him. I just didn't like the condition he came in since I've had to do so much maintenance on him.

      There was no communication. I got a confirmation that my Paypal payment had been received. The only order updates I got were through the site itself by logging in. As there is no "guide" to what each stage meant, I was confused and concerned when the order switched to "Delivery Confirmed" as I didn't realize that it only meant that the order had shipped or that the EMS tracking code was available by clicking on my order number.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. I just sent payment to their Paypal account.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped from the company on April 22, 2010 (US date) and arrived at my house on April 26, 2010.
      It felt as if there was some delay on my order as other users who ordered during the Big Head event got their heads well before I did (I feel like it was 'weeks' but I'm not sure of that) and a friend who ordered the exact same pre-order limited edition wigs had hers arrive at her house almost a week and a half before I even got the shipping notice for mine.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The head was purchased during a sale, so I got it for $50 - so I got mine at a bargain price.
      The long regular wig with its braids seemed well-priced - even a great deal.
      The limited-edition blue wigs were shorter and simpler, but were priced at about the same amount, which I felt was perhaps over-priced by a few dollars, but not vastly over-priced.

      Yes.

      Satisfied enough.
      Their packaging seemed very good.

      I'm not in any hurry to do so. But I probably will during sales.
      Compared to other companies I've ordered from so far, they gave the least personal customer-service. I may have waited longer for other companies to ship, but other companies gave a better idea of when my order would be ready to ship, so I at least had a goal-date in mind with other companies.

      On the Q&A board, Leeke was very helpful and prompt with answering my questions. But as to my actual order, there was no communication at all. I received a payment confirmation from Paypal and that was it. As I didn't bother logging in every so often to check my order status, I didn't know my order had shipped and was very surprised to find a parcel waiting for me at home! (Thank goodness a family member was home to sign for it!)

      Very easy, with Paypal.

      It arrived on April 31, 2010, so I guess it shipped in a little less than one month. It was all right since I knew I had to wait about that long for the limited wigs.

      The shoes (a pair of maryjanes) are definitely worth it; the wigs are beautiful too!

      The shoes, yes! The wigs, I've a little trouble with. The wigs are all sized M (7-8), the fit is perfect but the hair is just TOO LONG. I bought a LR-008M, and it looks nothing like the picture on my boy. The bangs reach past his nose and the overall hair length extends 2cm past his shoulders! =_= I now think Leeke wigs are styled best for SD dolls, for MSD or smaller, cutting and styling at home will be needed.
