About tanning I really don't have a clue but I do know customisers do tan. Damn Lati that they just don't release a tanned coco, the probably will but when?!

 

Jumping in because I am so excited!! My Black Forest Mut has shipped!! It seems like eons since I placed my order with Lati. I can not wait for him to arrive. Did anyone else here order from that release? I have seen the pictures from Dollism for Mut and the elf girl and both look gorgeous.

 

Can anyone here tell me if TTYA jeans fit on lati greens big booty? Lol! I'm trying to find some cute, casual stuff for my girl to wear. I like jeans and tops for her, but I wouldn't mind the occasional non-fussy dress. Any sources for clothes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

 

Yes, the TTYA jeans fir fit. Snug over the butt, and they are even a bit long on the Greens as they are on the shorter dolls. I prefer the Leeann Jeans for my Greens.

I ordered my Green in December, and she didn't get to me until the end of April, so about a 4 month wait for me =( Hopefully they ship your girl soon!

 

stargirl my Black Forest Mut was the 1st Lati green I have purchased since 2004, so I have no idea how long the wait will be. I know from the yellows I have ordered, Lati is running a little late these days. The good news is Lati told me the 11th for shipping my Mut and he did indeed ship that day.

Sorry I am behind, but who did you order stargirl? My poor green Coco is so old that she is actually green. Still think she is a cutie though.

 

I cant wait to see your Mut!! I want one myself but missed seeing him til the order was over. Make sure you post lots of pix!

 

Yeah Lati were quite late with one half of my order from the lpp release. I'm also super curious to see your Mut ;o!

I am going to receive my Mut today!! I can't believe it. He just shipped on the 11th. I will definitely snap some quick pictures as soon as he is here.

stargirl my Coco is NS and yes, she does have a green tint to her. But she is really, really old and I don't think Lati's resin ages this way anymore. It is a shame as I never touch the doll because of the skin color. I could sand her and redo her face, but removing that Lati faceup is not an option. I had an opportunity to send her back to Lati for a new face a few years ago and I regret that I did not.

 

How old is your Coco? I've had my Coco and Ronnie since April of 2007, and neither of them has a green tint. In fact, they have yellowed very little.

 

Hi sweetiemom. You know, I am not sure what year I received my Coco. I think 2004/2005. Now I have to get her box and look. I will never forget her arrival because she showed up just one week from when I ordered her. I think Lati's business has grown a lot since my Coco's order

 

Yes, I remember it only took a month for my Coco and Ronnie to arrive. Teru (the last Green I got) took 4 months. I refuse to order from them again until they get their shipping time down to a decent timeframe.

 

I won't order from them again either. I have had much more pleasant experiences with other companies since ordering my Green (she was my first doll). I love her and would never dream of getting rid of her, but she has some weird flaws. Do any of your Lati dolls have this weird sort of discoloured stuff that looks like it was just brushed haphazardly on the seam lines? I can clearly see (on her body it's most obvious) this darker stuff along the seams. She also has a chunk of mishapen resin in her ankle that I never bothered to sand off.

 

Here's a super quick picture of Lati's Black Forest Mut. I have named him Dain. I must say his outfit is truly a work of art!! It is so detailed and exquisite. He is absolutely fabulous!!

My little pokemon trainer Sugar (Lati Green Senny) just received this adorable outfit in a swap I was involved with. It's so perfect for her.

I guess the thing that surprised me the most was his size. Wow, he's big, but I like it. For some reason I had it set in my head that Lati downsized their Greens. I was wrong. And you gotta love Lati for their clothing!! His outfit swoons me

I am currently at my cottage and my Lea, Maddy, is here with me. I am going to have to take a few photos of her soon! Unfortunately the other tiny I brought with me, who is dressed as Link from the Legend of Zelda, has been getting all of the camera time (I just can't resist shooting him in the woods and by the lake).

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of measurements? I specifically need arm measurements; length, circumference, width of the hands. I've been looking all over Lati's site, but haven't had any luck at all!

Does anyone know what the wait time from LatiDoll is for a doll with or without faceup??
Their sites says it can take up to 45 days so just wondering if that's pretty accurate?

 

Would someone be so kind as to measure from the waist of their LG to the floor?

 

Sure! I get 6 1/2 inches from her belly button to the bottom of her feet.

 

you never know at Lati people say. my basic order was sent within six weeks but limited dolls take up more then double or triple. One thing is for sure you have a long wait.

In this photo, Maddy was dressed as a boy for a doll cross-dressing photo contest, and in this photo in particular I was trying to show another user how big a 30cm doll is by comparing her and my 5SD boy to a shoe box. Hope you find it amusing.

Can I ask - are there any custom Leas out there? My gorgeous Lea has a big scratch to her eyebrow and I am wondering whether to pretend it isn't there or customise her and I can't seem to find more than 1 or 2 custom Leas on flickr. Surely there are some on here???

enchantedlilly - Sorry, my Lea is default =( But I would definitely say to go for it! I bet once you do it, you will love the change.

 

SporeXP, it's always such a treat to see photos of Maddy! She's adorable...as a boy or a girl!

No new photos to share of Sugar, my Senny, I'm afraid. I have a huge project in store for her however...just need to get over this dang upper-respiratory flu virus (which unkindly brought on a bought of asthma, thank you very much.) Once I get well again and have some energy back, Sugar is getting a house! Yep, I said it...an entire house! I've had her the longest of any of my dolls, but she's the last one to get her own formal display. She's been a real trooper about it too...always understanding and never complaining. And to reward her for her patience, just look at what I scored her on ebay! Of course this thing is huge (51 inches high by 32 inches wide!!!) and is in a million pieces right now. Once I get it reassembled (with new structural reinforcement for the floors...because we all know Lati Greens are heavy little dolls) I'll then have to make some furnishings for it (I'm going simple with bean bag chairs and a sleeping bag.) Then fill it with her pokemon and beyblades and it will be good to go for photo ops. But for her pokemon cartoon style, isn't it just perfect for her with those great colorful retro graphics?

Does anyone know how long it takes for LaTi Greens to get back in stock? I really want to eventually buy the Coco Basic version, but the site says she's sold out.

Also, I notice there aren't a lot of clothing options on LaTi's site, and I was looking at the Dollmore Narsha line. They're five centimeters shorter than Dollmore Narsha's, and I wondered if this can be an issue, or if anyone has Narsha clothes for their doll.

 

Lati hasn't had their basic line open for order since April, and they usually seem to open it about every 4 months or so, so I would think they would be due to open again soon!
I don't have any Narsha clothing, but I have found that any yo-SD sized clothing I have bought for my green fits fine.
