jenniekay, your Lea is gorgeous! I adore the colours in that photo, I wish I could take photographs like that! Leas are just amazing dolls (of course, I am biased, owning one myself! XD) I am interested to see what you do with her, but I do love her just like that!

Maddy's new outfit from Spampy arrived today. It is exactly what I wanted, and she even threw in some sweet extras for me! Take a look:

 

Maddy looks wonderful in her "Aunty Spampy" clothes! Jen makes the best stuff, doesn't she?
I can't tell you how much I think that wig suits Maddy -- I really like it. The whole look gives her a sweet little school girl look.

Sweet school girl was definitely the look I was going for! That wig is tough to deal with because if I don't style it well it is crazy! I like it anyway It was about time Maddy got a new outfit on - she was borrowing the eyes and dress of one of my other dolls, who wasn't too happy about it! (I can't help it, Maddy is my favourite >__<)

I have been over and over the Lati site but I cannot find the measurements...

With a snug measuring tape wrapped around my lati green Renia's neck it measure 6 1/2 cm or 2 3/4 inches around, 2 cm or 3/4 in tall (with her head off). With her head on only 1 cm of neck is showing in the front and almost 2 cm of neck showing on the side with her head level.

Is that what you need?

! I'm thinking about buying a lati green >////O////<!! I've ordered a few outfits, so technically I am planning to buy one hehe =D! so hopefully I'll finally go through with it and break away from the yellow line :3!
I was wondering.. who's your favorite mould? I don't know which one to choooose !! They'll definitely have a premium facey though hehe
Any pro's and con's I should know of? oh.. and do all Yo-sd clothes fit as long as I'm careful about torso and arms ? ?

Do ittt, greens are the cutest! I have a Lea, so obviously I am biased towards her. She was my first doll and I still love her to bits. They have a really nice weight to them, though the single piece body is pretty bothersome to restring. I had some trouble dealing with the company when I was ordering because it took them so long to send her, but that was over a year ago so I am not sure if things have improved (though if you have ordered yellows you probably already know about this). I have found that yo-sd sized clothing fits well, pants can sometimes be a tiny bit short.

stargirl, my Lati Green Senny is one of my very favorite dolls. None of the other tinies I've tried have stuck around here for very long (I mostly collect MSDs.) But my Lati Green is absolutely magical to me. There's just something uniquely delightful about her size and weight...she's little but substantial. I love her face because I like a little anime look for her character, and the Senny and Renia were sculpted by the same sculptor who did the Luts Kid Delf Ani and all the Peakswood dolls. To me, I love that particular style so that's why I choose a Senny. Her name is Sugar and she's my little gaming companion. She gets hauled around everywhere for Nintendo DS games, Computer games, and Beyblade! Clothing is pretty much YOSD size. And here she is in the garden bribing pokemon with a cupcake.

 

I was also wondering, are the green line's bodies unisex? @_@ XD I think I want to order a dollie that lati has as a boy to be my green girly =D but I'm a tad worried as to whether or not I need to ask for a girl body instead of boy's? in the lati yellow line with the SPs they have different sexed bodies @_@;; haha sorry if that questions suuper dense, I just wanna make sure ^__^!!33 It's between Lea and him hehe =D

I'm like a local with mama lati ^^ I've only ordered 3 dolls directly, but I always seem to be asking questions lol!!
I did have some trouble with them at first too, but they're so much better now ! I'm forever emailing them and they never seem to get sick of me =)! When I ordered my first doll from them, everybody had been giving them such a hard time about certain aspects of the face ups.. and they'd gotten my face up wrong, so they were a bit defensive o___o;; but last time I ordered from them, she was a really special doll to me, and I was a little gutted that she arrived in the condition that she did, but they were so quick to fix the problem ^_^ and really patient with me and understanding, so I think they're a lot better now definitely =)

The lati green bodies are indeed unisex, so you don't have to worry too much about that!

That's too bad that you had that experience, but I am glad it was fixed and that you are still able to order from them even after the mixup! I don't know if I would be able to put myself through that again :/

 

Yes, Sugar is WS. And she makes a wonderful travelling companion. Sugar's been all over the place with me, and has many different looks depending on what we're doing at any given time. She's very versatile.

Anyhoo, just had to share a photo, my newest lati green arrived this week, and I am just smitten. Without further ado, here is my current crew in the yo-sd/lati green size. LtoR Claudia (green Ronnie) Tingal (Pipos gift edition tinman) Rory (green Teru) Lydia (green Coco) and Clare (green Lea)



I am a bit confused though, as Rory (Teru) has the new lati body, after reading all the hubbub of people not liking the bodies and that they were so much more slim... umm.... I've laid out all 4 of my girls and hardly notice much difference at all. I don't know if it's from staring so long, but maybe Teru's sholders are a tich not as wide? (Obviously I notice the joint changes :P)



It's great seeing all the other greens out there, I hope to be around more here. Oh and SporeXP is your little gal Penny? (or was she Penny? :P)

 

Zorro - Aww, so sweet! Such a fun group. Rory is just precious. Teru keeps tempting me but I am trying to stay away from more little ones XD. Sorry, but no, she was not Penny. Though I was a penny fangirl! (and was tempted to get a second Lea when she was up on the marketplace). I may have copied her style, just a tad.... u__u;;

Haha, Penny is a Green Lea that was rehomed. Her owner used to post photos of her here. She wore a cardigan and skirt like my girl's. Now she is living with someone else.
Lol, that makes "eating your greens" sound so awful! XD

Wow, this looks really amazing! I can only imagine how the others will look like! I wanted to get a Green Lati anyway.... might as well get one now ^_^ I only hope there will be boys too, as my Littlefees need boyfriends!

 

I am so heartbroken!! I have wished for a new release for the greens for soooo long, and there's no way I can get the funds together in time for one of these guys!! I definitely can't wait to see more pics and swoon over the owner pics when they start to arrive though. Just the guy in the promo shot is enough to get my heart racing! WOW!!

 

OMG, the teaser picture makes my head blow off. I can't believe Lati's timing on this release because I am flat busted broke in doll funds. I have to figure out something because I know I'm going to love these dolls.

 

I wish we could just say to Lati "Hey, it's us. It's just that you almost NEVER do anything special for the Green line and we lurrrrve the green line, and with such short notice we're all too broke to show that love. So how about leaving this release going for....oh..... 3 months? It'd still be limited! It'd still be special! Please?" and then have them write back saying "ok. You make a fair point. Let's do it."

What clothes would a Lati Green wear? Does Littlefee/Yo-SD clothing fit them? And what about the wigs? Are the 6-6.5 wigs from Leekeworld okay? I so hope they are, as I already bought three short ones for the Littlefee Boy I have always planned to get, way back then.... now I'm not sure. There are no good clothes available for boys in that size, at least not for my taste... everything's waaay too boyish. I need something for a young man ^_^ So, I am safe when it comes to a Yo-SD sized boy, more or less! IF however, the clothes for a Lati Green a 'better'... I'll think about it Oh, what about shoes? The Littlefee sized shoes make me so mad, because they are always, always (!) much too big, no matter where I buy them from!
