Ohhhh how I have been longing for more doll-sized BTSSB! I do hope Volks does that again someday! My wallet doesn't, of course, but I do! :

They both are super cute. Dollfie Dreams aren't my cup of tea, but I will admire them from afar.

It's always so exciting to see what new dolls Volks is going to come up with! The anticipation is killing me- and I certainly don't think checking this thread three times a day is going to make things go any faster (cough).

I'm hoping they come out with a new cute SD10 girl! But if there's nothing I like... well that would probably be better for the bank.

 

Gosh, I don't know if I want them to come out with anyone cute or not. I have to set something aside for DolpaNYC this June. But.... new dollies....

I have no idea of japanese, so I don't know what says the text. How many Shinsenguimi man has volks released? Only Okita or there have been more? Since there are three in the photo!

That's from a previous Kyoto Dolpa - it's the display for the release of Okita Souji ANIME GIRL, you're right that it's Amakusa & Ushiwakamaru doing a Shinsengumi cosplay of sorts

My guidebook will be mailed to me, but I'll also be going to a store this weekend to buy a guidebook for my friend. I don't normally keep up on the timelines, but you'd think that they would release photos before Saturday.

 

Well, my fingers are crossed for the most absolutely HORRIBLE looking dolls possible. I hope Volks insults us with Ugly; my willpower and discipline have been nonexistent lately...and now I am subscribed. This is going to be bad....

I don't know.. I've never got the appeal of Volks dolls until I got my first last year and now I stalk every Volks release there's been yet. Oh, woe....

 

Ohhh, I hate to say this, but I haven't yet seen a Volks doll that was horrible-looking! I think I can guarantee that there will be at least one doll that I will love!! We might need to have people hide our wallets for us!!

I always have a hard time trying to buy clothes for my DD. I've had a few encounters where clothes don't fit, usually around the bust. I'm starting to consider downsizing her to S just so she can have a bigger wardrobe. =/

 

I would volunteer to hide the wallets, but then who would hide mine?!?!?!?!?

 

I think we will get mobile pictures very soon. usually they are one day earlier than Volks news or guidebook, aren't they?

The yoSDs are quite adorable, but I can barely see them past the glow of Hijikata and Okita *L*.
Hijikata makes me think of a love child between Ryouya and Genji.
He also happens to look like he'd make a decent resin version of a character of mine. I'm trying to not buy right now, Volks! *waves fist*

Mind you, my lottery luck will very likely save my wallet here.

 

Wow the new SD17 is so nice! I can't wait to see clearer pics. Luckily I can't even think about affording him, so I'm content to stare. XD I was worried I would want the YoSD girl, but while she is cute she also looks a lot like my little Yo girl.

Holy crap, I saved for Hijikata but I want Okita too!! Why, Volks, why do you release SD17 Hijikata AND SDGr Okita at the same time!? And they're both so handsome... Hijikata gives me a really serious and seductive feeling, I love his eye shape and his mouth!! And I think I will have to hunt the after market for Okita when they start to arrive. T_T"

I'm not even gonna look at the YoSDs more because I might end up wanting them too... *sob*
