Kaye Wiggs Annabella Mini discussion Part 1

Definitely give Grace's patterns a try, they fit well and have good directions.

I know people who have gotten zippers from Tiny Zippers, but I have not personally. Zippers and I have a love/hate relationship that goes way back, so I use them only when necessary!

Sweet Creations, I love your girl's hair style and that darling outfit! I can see your girl has quite an attitude. You can see it in her eyes. LOL Watch out for that one! Thanks for the tips on eyelets and patterns, also. I've wondered about them, too.

 

PS, I've bought stuff from Tiny Zippers, and I loved them (the stuff I bought. LOL I didn't have any trouble with them, but only 1 transaction).

I have to agree, although she is a patient little thing, I am sure I see orneriness behind those dark blue eyes!!

Very stylish outfit! The horizontal pleats in the front make it very unusual. Subtle color combination. The colors remind me of a velvet dress I saw a few years ago in a movie.

 

Catrita, darling dress! I especially like the brown and taupe tones which highlight her red wig so well. Don't you love this red wig? My Zoey Annabella has been wearing it quite a bit lately, though she also loves black wigs!

grael, Oh so that's it! I'll add that bit of lore to my elf knowledge! That explains so much! I'm having so much fun with Annabella and your wonderful JPop wigs! They are the absolute best!

grael, wonderfully weird mushroom, and I like your newly coined word, "cheshired." I think it should be added to dictionaries!

Thanks sfbeck , I read your comments on that hair-do! As for the corset, it made me think 'old fashioned' and maybe it is the color that sends me that direction, but I could see her getting a little brave and wearing it over. LOL!

Annabella has the sweetest expression. I was showing my DH some pics here today of other Annabellas. I pointed out how they resemble each, yet don't look alike, as they all have different wigs, eyes and clothing. He was surprised because he thought they would look more alike!

bonmwe Annabella fits into a lot of MSD clothes. She really isn't all that much wider than a standard MSD but she's a bit taller so long pants might not fit too well.

Oh Rose you beat me to it. LOL Great shot. I just adore your girls and Nancy's too. My tiny Annabella was a bit overwhelmed by all the attention and by being the smallest of the kaye girls there.

 

Thanks for the great pic! Annabella human looks great on that body. Maybe sometime I can get together with a few people for a dolly party, too!

Maybe but I wouldn't buy any pants that are very fitted. I'm not sure if the waist and hips would fit well. You are better off with dresses and skirts. This is an MSD outfit that is stretchy and fits her great, IMO.

I love the pics of the four Kaye Wiggs girls. I'm surprised at how much I like the Annabella head on the larger body! Oh, and that Edward Scissorhands shirt is too cool! What fun you must have had!

Thanks guys. Sfbeck: I agree that Annabella looks great on the DT Ef body. It doesn't look out of proportion at all. And since she looks so good on that bigger body I kept looking at my girl thinking, "does she look like her head is too big for her body?" and the answer is no. I do like her also on her smaller body. Another example of how versatile this girl is.

grace: I love that picture of Larissa. That wig is just toooooo cute on her and that dress is perfect. Love the bunnies.

 

Laura- I agree that Annabella looks good on both the smaller and larger body. I can't wait til Nyssa comes and the family grows even more..

Rolopuppet and Laura - What fun you must have had with your Annabella meetup. I love the photos, the dollies all look great. It's interesting that all three of Kaye's heads on the dolls represented there appear to be about the same size - yet look great on the different bodies. I can't recognize what bodies Matilda and Maya have though. Cute outfits and wigs.


Grace - I love the Cheshired outfit on previous page and the pink mohair wig with the sweet pink kitty fabric dress above! Hope to get my house re-vamping done soon so I can get back to sewing some more things for my Annie.

Oh thank you, I will take a full shot. It is just a simple little girls dress. I love the pattern of the fabric so I made the dress really simple to show it off.

Oh I just love that dress. I really love simple dresses like that especially when you pair them with the tights and socks. What an adorable look and look at her Usagi. They match her dress. Totally adorable.

sfbeck There really isn't a story behind the change in avatar. I just like to change it once in a while. Give all the resin kids a chance at stardome. LOL This particular avatar is a digital art that XBlackxRainbowX did for me of my Unidoll Ark. It's a really cool picture but the tiny avatar really loses the details. Oh well, in a month or so I'll have a new avatar. LOL

 

That is Bunko He has a thread on the resin cafe. Arabella is having a rough time with him, so She put him in a box and sent him to Washington state to Raven for a new look(she doesn't know he is coming back)

Ok, so I FINALLY put Zydeka in her wonderous - omigosh I dont know the name of it, but it was the first japanese sounding nifty pastel outfit. I need to get pics up but Grace I Adore it!

Tiggy remains super PO'd with me for missing the dark Alice as she is very fond of her Zydeka in checkered patterns and that outfit was Utterly to Die For Haute! So I have been Ordered by Tiggy to keep better track of this thread.

Zydeka agreed and offered Tiggy some much needed comfortin - Tiggy responds very well to Zydekas' comfortin...

I'm finally getting a chance to post a photo of Annie wearing her terrif new outfit that arrived the other day from Auntie Shelly. It's so Springy and looks so cute on her that I decided to give Annie a different pair of eyes today to go with her outfit and new wig. Very breezy on my deck, so she sat down by a post and is showing off her cute knees along with the dress.

DollZwise, Zydeka sure has her hands full with all her little friends. At least the baby shouldn't be as much trouble and Tiggy and Bunko. And Zydeka has a new outfit, though it's hard to see with all the kids in front of her!

bobbieoh11, perfect colors for spring and they look perfect with the blond wig. It's like a kimono but with legs... clever. (and comfortable, I'd bet!)
