Yes, Supiadoll is a reputable company and has been around for quite some time. You'll be able to find quite a lot of info about them by searching for 'Supiadoll' or 'Supia doll' instead of just 'Supia'.

And your browser probably gave you a warning as the site doesn't have an SSL certificate. A lot of doll company sites don't have SSL unfortunately, but it usually doesn't matter much as they usually use the secure PayPal site to process payments.

I've bought from Supiadoll before without problems.

 

I just bought a blank Giyom at the end of December, he arrived on March 3, so about 2.5 months waiting on him. Beautiful dolls, beautiful resin, short wait, good prices---I highly recommend them! The only thing that might bother some people, but I didn't mind--I never got a shipping notice. He just randomly showed up at my house one day. But it was a fun surprise for me, since I didn't expect him for at least another month!

Some things to consider with these dolls/ company:
Supia doesn’t always reply fast - I think they have a translator part time (?) replies may be a little slow.
I’ve been in the hobby for some time now and I can say the body is a little hard to get used to compared to other doll bodies I’ve had. Hot glue sueding helped a lot and is pretty easy to do. I really love the sculpting of the body tho and she does some amazing poses.
Shoes are a little hard to shop for. I only have 1 pair for her and they are Iplehouse size (so I think SD16 size?) I don’t know much about Iplehouse, you would need to do research for shoes but you can probably find that in Supia Discussion thread
