HA HA - that little patch looks more lush than it is. It's very rocky here in PA so we don't have a 'lawn' but weeds like to grow - and if it covers the ground, I'm fine with it

Hmm, it seems fashion doll sized bjd are becoming more popular! Island Doll have just released a 48cm boy that looks like he'd be in scale with FID!

@morganatron thank you for sharing! I love seeing more options for FID companions. Especially males on the shorter side, FID males (and raccoon and Sartoriaj) all are so tall relative to the ladies...it's nice to have a less behemoth sized option

In a couple or weeks I will be able to share photos of my guy in his SartoriaJ clothing. It's on it's way. A whiole two-three months earlier then they said when I bought items. YES!!

 

@IngieBee Thank you . I moved the blog to my own domain last year, and added a lot of new stuff like the community badges for doll collectors people can use on their own blogs or where ever they like. The Iplehouse doll patterns have been on the old blog as well, but I added some since then. I am glad you like it!

 

Yes - more options are good!!! I'd love if the Fashion Line developed further. It would be great to have a ton of variety in scale with these lovelies!!!

@animemom - Thanks. I even googled 'Chess-mate setups' so I'd have the chess-men standing in proper places.
@Ashemanu - Thanks. Her wings are the same as Winstons, except bigger, in purples, and they are removable - they have wires which insert into pockets on the back of her bodice. I can pose them somewhat as well.

Oh my gosh you guys.....I did a thing. I bought an FID Luna from eBay when the noble cavalier set including the weapons.


I was not planning on buying her another doll this year......oops! I'm really excited thou. I almost bought her last year instead of Aaliyah. She will be only the second human in my doll family haha. I feel lucky to get her and I'm excited that I only have to wait a week to get her!

@skyealloway - Thanks. And the dragon is actually winning. At least I think so. I may have to hold a chess competition at some point to see whose really the best amongst all my dolls.

 

I would always let the dragon win!

 

So what does everyone think of the new FID male release, Zenon? Kind of an odd choice I think, but he's handsome! He reminds me of Leonard's younger brother.

Yes, Vincent with a custom Iple face up. I'm not his first owner, so the tattoo's weren't my idea, but I love them, and they suit his character well!

Thanks! Lawrence has the Muscle body, which was the only option when the first three guys were released. I was afraid his wide shoulders would make him look too 'pin-headed' but got him anyways. I find his longer hair also helps.

She's an Iplehouse Luna impulse buy lol. I don't really have a plan for her. I both do and don't like her faceup, but I know leaving it helps prove her authenticity. I most definitely need to buy some 'holding' type hands for her, I just love hand options.
