@luluna yes I guess we’ve discussed about the sisterhood for YID Lucia, SID Wendy and HID Elle. Elle is on my top buying list for really a while.

And my iplehouse eid model body Rex. I named him Sebastian. And love how he looks. this fur wig looks great on him.

 

Oh they're both gorgeous @Anita2006 . I have a fake fur wig on my boys too, and so far they've looked the best Except if you want them to have long hair, then of course any nice wig will do, but I'm not good at styling wigs, so these work for me too

 

I'm waiting on an Iplehouse S.I.D. Eric and I'm laughing at myself because I bought him on a whim and chose the model body very quickly because my first glance at the two bodies left me feeling the muscle body was too buff. Now I'm looking at the bodies again and I'm thinking "oh noooo I like the muscle body better ahhhh". Does anyone have a preference between the two? I'm so anxious for how I'll actually feel about him.

I own both, one muscle SID male, and now nine of the model SID males, clearly I have a preference. To give a bit of ref for my doll collection I also own a EID male and an EID female, an old YID boy, a ton of nYID boys, two nYID girls, two female SIDs both on the new body, and a JID boy. Oh and 3 boys the Chea line. So I say this with having been a fan of Iplehouse dolls for a long time, and really enjoying every one of my IH dolls... I love the new bodies for the SID line so much I doubt I will ever buy any of the other sizes/styles again unless they up date the joints on their other lines. I still love all my other dolls from Iple, but like the new SID bodies are my favorites to play with and pose. That is just my input, and as said I do still love my other IH dolls and the other SID bod has some pros, but for me I like the model one best.

Well it's good to hear that they pose well. I worried because the legs look so funny. I'm kind of laughing because looking at it a third time the model body looks almost exactly like my boyfriend. I think actually having the doll will help ease me a bit. I finish off his layaway this month and then they were pretty quick to ship my BID so I don't imagine he'll be far behind.

And to answer about his odd name before I am asked, he is an older version of Presto from the D&D cartoon.

 

Does anyone know the original price of HID in Doll Choice?
I'm rather confused with the price, limited HID is selling at 701USD, but Doll Choice is selling at 789USD

I do not know the normal HID doll choice prices, HID is one of the few size of IH doll I do not own. However with the sale on if if I am getting it right, the Doll Choice dolls are selling for the costs of basics, the basic dolls are on sale for 15% off and some of the the Limited dolls are for sale again at 10% off. If you look close at the limited HID men they have their full prices listed crossed out next to the sale prices. So listed under the limited HID men the prices look like this "$789.00 $710.10" that is in USD and without going into the doll and adding up options like face ups. I hope that helps a little.

 

Hello. I need help please. I have just bought an Iple man EID. My first man!
I would like to buy him a suit, something classical but modern, just like what James Bond would wear! But I am a bit lost with all the different sizes. Eid is like SD17? I like Sartoriaj clothes but it takes ages to get the items doesn't it? I found Gulup on Etsy but I don't know if it is good quality? Have you ever ordered something to them please? I have seen nice shoes on the Iple site. And I also would like to buy a wig. Have you someone to recommend please? I thank you by advance. Can't wait to get my man!!

 

No, EID is both taller and more massive than SD17 size. You need clothes specifically made for EID/MegaGem type sizes. I would recommend Freedom Teller (Note the "ID75, EID" categories at the top), but I can't tell you when they'll be open for ordering again.

Well, I can tell you I often need both hands to pick up an EID, and only one for an SD17-size doll. And they do take up space on the shelf. But they're still not as huge as an ID75!

 

I need courage! I have an SID woman and I thought a nice EID guy would be perfect in her life!

 

Well, there's no real way to find out if such a large doll is right for you without actually getting your hands on one. Hope he works out for you!
Actually, I should point out that the Super Hero is shorter than the Model body, but it's also thicker. Which one are you getting?

 

I agree with you. He has the Model body.

 

Yeah, the model body is 70cm or over with shoes on. I don't know what the current wait times are for Sartoria J clothing - it tends to vary. But I can tell you I've rarely been disappointed with anything I've ordered from them!

I don't know if they handle things differently this year, but last summer during the event the HIDs were the only dolls retaining their original high price in doll choice because there are no basic HID dolls. All other doll lines in doll choice were reduced to the price of a basic doll during the event. There are only limited HID dolls, and they are reduced as well if you buy them in the original configuration as @Tippetarius pointed out, but not in doll choice. It's probably the same this year?

 

I re-phrased my questions twice, finally Iplehouse understood and I've got my answer about the price.
As a person who is not familiar with Iplehouse & HID at all, it was really confusing lol

 

@sandra45 I making clothes myself for my Eid model body Rex and for girls. Some clothes what fits dollshe venitu timeless body works on Iplehouse EID Man body as well. As far I made shirts for office and few vests same as trousers and both dolls can wear it.
@IngieBee thank you. Fur wigs for short hairs my best choice or mohair wigs as its more easy to style and wigs are soft.

I finally took some more pictures of my beautiful Katalin (EID Jessica).

Surprisingly she is able to wear the skirt and shoes despite them being made for SD girls. No chance on the blouse of course.

@laquaza , yah, it's probably a size issue. You need to get a smaller version of the picture. Oh wow, I really love her outfit! It's sorta giving me steampunk vibes without being steampunk

 

My just arrived Vampirehunter Dane with face up C. The face up is very light, in fact so light that you hardly can see the veins on his face in real life and not at all on pictures. I ordered new eyes for him since I had nothing this small. But overall I am very pleased with him. Meet Kieran Maguire:

I'm having trouble on finding heeled shoes for my IP ladies, other than Iplehouse website, what are the compagnies that you guys usually purchase from? I'm also browsing on Sartoriaj's, should I go on the "High heel feet" or the "middle heel feet" section? Thanks! (PS: I bought 1 pair from Rrabit for my sd17 size male and it fits perfectly to my iple ladies)

@Khlovera and others, a lot of stores add interior dimensions and so I look for shoes that have interior dimensions of 7cm x 3cm. So you can see on this site, before the main pictures, they wrote under SD that these shoes have an interior length of 7.5cm and width of 2.9cm. Sometimes if you find a shoe you love, you might want to take a risk. It's easier for me because I have different dolls, that the shoes are bound to fit someone. I might look at these shoes , they are too narrow at 2.8cm , but it says "Fit for 1/3SD16 IPLEHOUSE EID SID YID " so I would take the risk if I liked the style. Hope that helps??

 

@IngieBee I buyed from ebay one shoes where they fit iplehouse EID SID NSID dolls similar as you added link and they fitted perfectly.

@Khlovera Thank you! I ordered just the vampire head. Really, you can see the veins? I only notice them when I really stare at his face. But the shadows under his eyes are all the more visible though

As for shoes - I recently bought shoes which should fit EID and ID72 guys, well, they didn´t. Totally not. Comment of the seller: well, we know there are problems with ID72s ... Great, why do they advertise it then? Finding shoes for the girls is a bit easier, at least for flat feet. Dollmore Model F shoes with heels also fit the EID girls.

 

So speaking of Dane, I got a pic of my two very different Danes side by side finally.

Gideon Elijah Hawthorne is molded to be a PC of mine, a Vampire from the Daughter's of Cacophony clan and Vampire the Masquerade. (I play Gids every other Friday, and he even has a quote published in the newest By Nights LARP Book.) His doll mold is the warrior Dane (human version.) with warrior face up B.

Roxes Darktongue is a Prince of the unseelie court, and just a random O.C. with only a little bit of back story so far. Roxes is the new Vampire Hunter Dane (Fanged boy), he has a custom face up the bulk of it is B, but the lips/mouth is from C. Please forgive his lack of a shirt, and the very temp wig I'm still hunting a shorter darker green wig for him.

Also I feel like Gids is somehow disaproving of Roxes being in the more foreground of the shot, he hates sharing a spotlight.
The Vampire and the Fairy Prince

 

So... I've been eyeing Iplehouse dolls for a while now but never got any until now when I decided to use the summer event excuse to just go for it and get myself one of the big Iple ladies. I've started with checking out the SID but I'm weak against the big big ladies, so the one I ended up planning to order is HID Bella

Together with her, I was thinking of getting some nice hands for my Souldoll/Luts hybrid, whose current hands are not my favourite. To do so I was wondering if I could trouble here anyone that has a female SID and YID body to measure the length of their hands from the wrist to the tip of the finger? The wrist width doesn't matter much, as the doll has long sleeved-wardrobe so that it won't be visible, but I wanted to see which size would match better her face size - I would be grateful for help with that!

Do you request ear piercing when you order from Iplehouse? I can’t decide if i should request them or not. What are pros and cons, and do Iplehouse normally do a good job on them?

 

@Anita2006 thank you! i used to purchase form AliExpress but the quality was redoutable, the shoes came in with damaged surface, so I prefer to avoid purchasing from there. Speaking about Etsy I’m trying to find some good stores with nice reviews.

Sadly I only own Iplehouse girls for the moment and yeah, that happened to me with only 1 pair that fits among my big order of 8 pairs… so I’m now trying to buy heeled shoes that fit also SD17 size, like that they could share heels instead of store them in the deepest coin of my closet

@collectionkate what a pretty girl out there, I love how poseable the new sid girl body is. I’m still in the middle of choosing for my Grace to be on the original or the newer version body. Ah i really bad on making decisions…

I only have one SID and I put jointed hands on her. Then I put the old hands "away somewhere" LOL. I can't find them ATM, and I'm reorganizing that room, so it's a mess. Can anyone else help measure the hands?

@dollfan , I always forgot to request it and now I'm trying to pierce ears myself. There are some collectors that don't like it, but for me, to be able to put on earrings and switch them out is super nice. I wish I had requested pierced ears on all my dolls, so 1. I wouldn't have to do it, and 2. I wouldn't have to risk it, LOL
