The final series of photos of Jude in his Braveheart armour, photographed in the fog on the cliffs overlooking the ocean in Newfoundland....
Wonderful beautiful pictures in a very stimulating landscape I love such impressions in nature! Thanks for sharing
@JL_The_Lion - Thank you! Newfoundland has such spectacular, rugged scenery, which is why I brought him along for photos. @dharmaniac - Thank you! @Valdemagra - Thank you! @dm_sof - Thank you. His outfit was inspired by Mel Gibson's Braveheart poster. @Rabbit-moon - Thank you so much! These were the kinds of photos I was imagining taking on our trip to Newfoundland, but most of the time when we were at the best scenic spots, it was a clear blue sky, and bright sunshine just wasn't going to give the same atmosphere. @Toyhunter247 - Thank you. Yes, it sort of does. Although this is from the William Wallace period, and Outlander takes place several centuries later. I guess Scottish costume didn't change much over the years.
The framing on your photos is so good! Matched with the gorgeous landscape and accessories it really creates an atmosphere for adventure.
Such a perfect setting - excellent job! As always, I love how much thought you put into the details of his outfit, right down to the frayed hems!
@RabbidBunnies - Thank you. I had been hoping for more 'moody' weather so I could take photos like this, and the weather finally cooperated on the last day. @aixx3 - Thank you. @Sianserais - Thank you. Well, he'd likely have been wearing that outfit for a while, and something pristine just would not do.
What an impressive costume! And the chainmail parts are great! Everything's very detailed and realistic.
That's because he's on his stand, and the base is covered with gravel. I'd NEVER let a doll stand unaided on rocks.
