Impulse Buying: The way of the bjd world X3

Sep 12, 2010

    1. I decided to buy a rosewhite Iple Cocori head when I saw heads were for sale so I could switch heads on a gentle Cocori when I got her, saw heads were for sale, bought one.

I started a GO because Ashanti's check pants came back up on Iple.

And it's not just in the BID world that I impulse purchase, I've gone into Reptile Haven in Dublin to buy snake food in the past and bought a reptile (I pay for the animal and take him/her home at a later date when his/her enclosure has been set up)

If Iple Benny became available in YID size she'd be part of my collect for sure

    2. oh yes, my first doll was actually just an impulse buy..and so my 2nd..it's the first time I saw the mold of my 1st doll (Fantasy Doll Nina), but since it's in a good price, won't need shipping and headaches from customs, and long wait for the mold to be finshed..I immediately bought her..and also my 2nd doll (Volks MSD LE Hewitt 2nd version). someone put him up on ebay (still in my country), in a very good price (a bargain price actually), and immediately contact the seller..I won't ever regret buying my dolls..:D

    3. Me an impulse buyer? For sure, for sure! As stated before, I would have a lot more money in my pocket if I could stay away from the market place! But the draw is there and I just KNOW that I am missing a super deal when I go two or three days without looking, so I seldom do! One thing I do know for sure..... I am sure glad there is not any BJD accessories in the checkout isle at my local retail store!

    4. I've picked out an outfit or two for the someday to buy doll, but I can't say I've actually bought something for a doll I don't have... though give it time, I'm sure I will someday!

    5. My first impulse buy was the first plunge into the bjd world. I knew about bjds for several years but thought their prices were a bit crazy so I just oogle bjd pictures online. One random late night (I have lots of those late night shopping sprees) last year while browsing through ebay for doll stuff I found my Donguri (Cherishdoll Allie) in an auction with 5 minutes left to go. It was a now or never moment, have my very own bjd for $100 something then and there with domestic shipping or wait until who-knows-when to get one at a steeper price. I didn't care about the size or company just that I like her and that she was within my grasp. I tried to wake up my sister to get her opinion but she was dead asleep, so before I knew it I already hit the buy button with 3 secs to spare.:o

Other impulse buys were just wigs for our 2nd doll, went a little out of control there. I ended up with 3-4 wigs before our doll was even made or shipped. The downfall of the wig impulse buys was that 2 of them didn't even fit our MSD, even though they claimed to fit MSD. :dohSo I have 2 useless random wigs in storage, maybe I should sell them.

    6. Have you seen a bjd(s) that took you completely by surprise where you buy him/her/them outfits even though you do not have them yet?
Nope. I would buy them outfits only if I have ordered my BJD n__6

Have you seen a bjd outfit that took you by surprise so much that you just had to have it at that moment even though that outfit does not fit bjd(s) your currently own at all? And of course shoes even ones that might not or can fit your doll but there is no way your bjd would wear them?

I did bought a T-shirt for my BJD by impulse the other time. I have ordered my BJD which is a fullset but it does not come with shoes and I just have to look from other websites for the company does not sell any female shoes. So, I got the shoes and I browse around and saw a cute T-shirt and just bought it but after the payment and all...I realize that I should not buy the T-shirt for it's not the style that I need a T-shirt to mix and match with...So far I have not encounter shoes impulse buying yet n__n

Or are there other items that make you click the buy button without a second thought?!
A necklace for my BJD and after I bought, I realize that "Hey! I could DIY it locally..." but that's consider acceptable since, it's not too expensive but of course more expensive compare to if I were to DIY it locally >_<

    7. That's never happened to me, plus I doubt it would be likely. Unfortunately, I'm not capable of spending money on doll clothes whenever I could (I wish I could!) but I think I have done this for myself.

This happens with fabrics. I buy quilting fabric because it's a lot cheaper than going by the yard, and it's still enough fabric for BJD outfits. A lot of times, I'll notice a square of really pretty or interesting fabric - no having any idea what I'll do with it - but because it's cheap, and I like it, I'll buy it and find something to do with it later. I did this twice, and the first time, I made a new kimono, and the second time, I made a quick pair of shorts.

I will admit, I have seen cute clothes that are more of a punk style, and my doll isn't punk. I've never wanted them enough to buy anyway, but I have thought they were cute. I can see my incoming big guy wearing punk...sometimes, but not Emma. She's much more modern.

    8. I'd probably have to say every doll I bought were impulse buys. All the clothes, all the wigs, all the full dolls, everything! Over this last year, though, I've completely changed that and I've only been doing 'planned' buys. So no more IMPULSE buying for me!

    9. Just last month I bought a pair of red stripper heels. I had been eyeing them for a while, but they were the last pair and on sale so I jumped.
Worst part is I don't even have a doll yet haha

    10. I think all the doll stuff I've gotten including DC Bella herself has been rather impulsive >> Slightly planned but not 100% so.

    11. My first two dolls were somewhat impulse buys. I hesitated for a bit but still took the dive purely based on enjoying the promo pictures. But all their clothes, wigs, shoes, etc were carefully calculated. After splurging on those two, I definitely took more care in purchasing dolls.

Though...yesterday, I couldn't help but to purchase a head after two hours of its release. I saw him and knew who he would be...so I don't think that's an impulse buy... I did think about it, no? (I'm totally fooling myself aren't I :sweat)

    12. Though I had enough money for a rather long period of time to allow myself an impulse doll purchasing (up to Soom LEs), I'm not the impulsive person, in the slightest. I rethink purchasing a doll during several weeks, even months usually. I buy something only intentionally, after a focused search. There is another reason also: I do not want a crowd at home, the less - the better for me.

I may only buy fabrics, fittings and accessories in local shops in an instant, just because I know - they can be gone forever next time I'd visit that shop. So If I see something nice I'd better purchase it now.

    13. im always impulse buying, i do also structure some of my buys but on the whole they are mostly impluse!

    14. both my dolls are impulse buy..I don't even know their company and sculpt name..that time I only want to have a bjd, any sculpt would do, as long as it's in good condition..

    15. I have to be very careful about impulse buying, because I am prone to it, and that can get me into trouble where dolls are concerned! I do try to wait a day (or a week) to make sure it's what I really want.

    16. Sometimes, when I'm in a bad mood, I go on a shopping binge. Lately, over the past couple of weeks, I've bought:

      2 pairs of Dollshe eyes
      1 Impl baby body
2 SD17 outfits from the marketplace
4 Rosenlied outfits, 2 from Rosenlied, 2 from the marketplace
1 Yo wig from the marketplace
2 pairs of custom eyes from Captured in Glass
1 Yo outfit from the marketplace
      Soom Ario

And that's all I remember. OTL I'm sure there must be more, because I see so many shipping boxes around my room. QAQ B... but at least I'm feeling better now. And I have a ton of stuff to sell. OTL OTL OTL

    17. Impulsive ! I remember the first doll that I bought, and how long my finger sat on the mouse waiting to click the pay-pal BUY button. I think I got hives. That was along time ago and I havent broke a sweat since then. I can push that Buy button so fast it can make your head spin. So can I be impulsive? Yes. I could open a store with the wigs alone.

    18. Every so often I get caught up in the moment...kinda like a buying buzz...and have a couple days that I'll go crazy with impulse buys. Then I'm good for awhile waiting for everything to arrive. Then I feel guilty for getting all the stuff and that keeps my buying at bay for awhile. I'm kinda in that mode now...trying to avoid the MARKET PLACE!

    19. Yes I actually Have Three Girl outfits and a pair of shoes on layaway right now that i fell in love with and i don't have any girl BJD's Yet because I'm waiting for the company to come out with a new one i just love there girl's that are limited and i only have Three boy Dolls on the way. there are also accessories or props im in love with and are gonna get them once i have the money for future doll idea i have that once i find the doll that fits it. :)

    20. I've bought a doll 'impulsively' only once. And it was actually just a few days ago, but already I think it was a great idea.

I've had a character floating about in one of my 'dollyverses' for a while - a Cait sidhe called Christian who never really settled onto a doll model because he had to be of a certain scale to fit in with my Epidos. When Soom released their newest Idelian 51, I clicked 'buy' and then spent the next few minutes going "OHGODWHATHAVEIDONE?"

And then I thought about Christian, and it was kind of like fate - because the doll was in scale with my Epidos, and even though the aesthetics of the doll were quite different to my usual tastes (I like my boys willowy, and Idelians are quite muscly) it made more sense for Tian to be on a more muscly body from the point of view of his character. And he looked older than I had imagined, but that was okay as well, because Christian shouldn't really look like a teenager when he's a mature fae.

So basically, it was one of those moments where my common sense went "Hey, that makes more sense than my original character design!" And the new doll became Christian, and I can't picture him another way.

    21. I have definitely been an impulse buying sort of person for most of my time in the hobby, but I've really tried to overcome that because I usually end up losing money overall, as I end up having the send the doll on to another home. I didn't use to care if I lost money, but my finances are also shakier than they were before so I have to be more considerate of all factors. One of my last BJD impulse purchases ended in a re-homing as a of late, so I still haven't learned (and sometimes you just don't know until you get the doll home) but I'm getting better.

    22. This happens to me a lot with the smaller things, usually an outfit or something from the Marketplace because at the time it seems like such a good deal that I don't want to pass it by!! And if I don't buy it, it'll gnaw on corner of my mind and I won't be able to rest until I have the item >_< Lately I've been trying very hard to hold back by not looking at something for too long and asking myself, "Do I reeeaaaaaally need this right now???"

    23. My first one, I thought long and hard about spending that much money. I probably would have talked myself out of it, but I was applying for an art grant and wanted to incorporate the doll in my project. I'd never permitted myself a hobby. I guess something "snapped" ^^ after the first one. During promotion times, I weigh it all out carefully before purchasing new dolls. When I'm wandering through our MP, or eBay...I think I may have multiple personalities with absolutely no concern for rational, conservative use of money for dolls. IMPULSE rules. And I've loved every one of them, though I am having to allow a few to move on to new homes. I NEVER do that on an impulse. Hah! ;)

    24. Sometimes I'll buy clothes that end up looking so good when I get them home that I need to make a new doll to wear them permanently. That's sort of an impulse buy, I guess...

    25. I don't do it too much- sometimes, a wig or outfit that I think are adorable will catch my eye, or a pair of shoes, but even then, I think before I click 'buy' because I hate having extra stuff around that I don't use for my dolls.

Faceups, though, on the otherhand... ohboy do I 'impulse-buy' faceups (kinda). If an artist I like has an opening, I automatically start thinking about who needs their face painted, or touched up xD

    26. I can be quite impulsive sometimes. I've felt the urge when looking at a couple of great-looking dolls, but I have managed to contain myself. :) It stresses me out, however, that the doll might be some LE that will sell out soon... My first doll was not an impulse buy, though I decided on her pretty fast.

I'm more impulsive when buying wigs and clothes. Especially wigs, since there are many options and sometimes it is hard to imagine what will look good on my doll. I might buy a couple of extra wigs and see which one goes best.

    27. It helps if we all keep supporting one another on the MP! Keep those dolls and money flowing so we can all get the NEXT doll we fall in love with, [or pay bills?] yikes. Thank you very much. Why is it SO MUCH harder to choose one to sell than it is to choose the next one I want? I'd have to say, though I am loathe to admit it, I'm impulsive AND compulsive. So there, I said it.

    28. Have you seen a bjd(s) that took you completely by surprise where you buy him/her/them outfits even though you do not have them yet?

I try not to do this, but yes, it has happened more than I like... Right now I have outfits for the one doll on my Wish List--but I have impulsively bought several dolls, so won't be able to get her for a long while. I usually wait until I have ordered the doll first. Then the crazy buying frenzy begins. *_*

Have you seen a bjd outfit that took you by surprise so much that you just had to have it at that moment even though that outfit does not fit bjd(s) your currently own at all? And of course shoes even ones that might not or can fit your doll but there is no way your bjd would wear them?

Yes. Some outfits are just too wonderful to not buy! I love clothes, so this is important to me. I have almost bought dolls just so they could wear certain outfits... (I had other reasons to buy the dolls, but outfits and shoes are crazy-important to me.)

Or are there other items that make you click the buy button without a second thought?!:) :D:XD:

Hmmm... maybe some props? Yeah... accessories, props, furniture, houses... those sorts of things are so cool! But usually the doll will come first. I did buy a fairy house for Realpuki size... now I think about getting more dolls that are tiny, even though I have enough to play around in the house. I need to stop doing that!

I would love to hear your thoughts on this subject!!!

I always thought the doll would always come first, but the longer I am into bjds, the more odd things happen! *_*

    29. I just bought a modded Unoa Lusis on a MNF body that I saw on the mp... I waned a Lusis a while ago, but she hadn't been on my wishlist for a loooong time, and usually I don't even like dolls with closed\semi-closed eyes, but I saw this doll (who also has a gorgeous faceup which I only altered a teeny bit) and I knew I needed her. I was supposed to be saving up for a body for one of my floating heads! But I'm glad I got her, I love you take her out with me for adventures. ^ - ^

    30. Iplehouse Dorothy. I didn't wanna buy another doll - the last one I was gonna get was gonna be LLT's Ludwig (yeah, I know, this is slowly turning into some kind of running gag ... *gg*). I did manage to justify getting the DWC 01 head from Volks (was gonna take part in the DWC contest, see? which I didn't but, oh well ...). And I managed to justify getting him a body (because, hey, CHEAP!!! GOOD DEAL!!!). What I didn't manage to justify, though - other than with a simple "WANNA!!!!" - was putting Iplehouse's Dorothy in my cart, click the "buy"-button and pay at once. Now, I hope they'll ship her soon and that I'll like her in NS because, as impulsively as I bought her, I still didn't wanna spend an extra 40 bucks on tan skin (which was shown in her promo pics that I fell in love with).

    31. I don't really impulse purchase, but I do make decisions very quickly. I try to work under the logic of 'okay I want it. let's wait and buy it later after x amount of time' (size of x depends on amount the item costs of course). Then either one or two things will happen: 1. I'll forget about it or 2. I will obsess about it until I cave in. The advantage is that I very rarely regret buying it, even though I almost never last until the xth day!

I guess this doesn't help with limiteds so much, but if it's time limited you can still make yourself wait until near the end, and if the worst happens you can always sell it on later...

    32. All my favorite dolls that i have now were impulse buys~ i regret nothing :3 i just impulse bought another head just a few days ago~ xD

    33. Have you seen a bjd(s) that took you completely by surprise where you buy him/her/them outfits even though you do not have them yet?
no because if I keep getting them all these expensive outfits/wigs/eyes/shoes I'll never have enough money to afford them, I do think about it often though and add those things to an Amazon wishlist for my future dolls.

Have you seen a bjd outfit that took you by surprise so much that you just had to have it at that moment even though that outfit does not fit bjd(s) your currently own at all?
no, I have thought about it though (there are a lot of adorable YoSD DollHeart outfits that I'd love to buy).

And of course shoes even ones that might not or can fit your doll but there is no way your bjd would wear them?
no, I only buy shoes that my girl would wear/share with her future sisters.

I think for a good long time about any and all purchases so impulse purchases (in this hobby or not) are not really something that happens to me very often.

    34. All three of my dolls were impulses; very fast buys. But, they were all secondhand. I love my second and first to bits though! I don't regret them at all! And, I know that I won't regret number three either. I just haven't gotten her yet.

    35. Did it again two weeks ago. Saturday afternoon, one of my doll-friends was gonna visit me. Saturday morning, she posted a note on Facebook, saying her MNF Marcia was up for sale. Well - guess who owns that doll right now? *nods* Yeah, yours truly. I'm not really into girl-dolls, but THAT one ... :D Just had to.

    36. I'm not an impulsive buyer. I don't have spare cash to order a doll every time I want one. I usually have to save up the money. I see it as a good thing because by the time I have the money I either don't want that particular doll anymore or a different doll was released that I would rather have.

However, I'm going to be ordering minifee Celine on the moe body soon. She's a character that I wasn't planning to shell for a long time. I haven't even begun to look at molds for her. The character is a really petite sweet girl and Celine is just perfect. I have to get her before the Moe body is discontinued. I know that Fairyland will bring it back but I really want this doll now and don't want to wait. She's totally disrupting my doll plans and I'm okay with that.

    37. My first doll was an impulse and I love him a lot .. but I haven't had him a year and I bought another who I saw and loved. Now I'm poor and he's a Loongsoul so it's gonna be a loooong time before he gets here.

    38. Hah yeeaah I'm guilty too~ >w< Especially with wigs!! Leeke kills me with their limited or seasonal colours! Fancy styles, or different colourful rainbow wigs or just something cute and unusual! I'm not so bad about buying clothes and accessories, I usually think things like that though - and I have enough dolls and styles that any hastily-bought clothes should at least fit someone!
Most of my dolls were bought semi-impulsively, but I don't love them any less for it. I was really bad when I was just starting out, cause I missed a few limited dolls that I really really wanted, and so I tried to make up for it by being sure I wouldn't miss another one. I'd like to think that now when I'm looking at a new doll, I stop, think, and rationalise things a bit more XD But every now and then I get slapped with a case of the "OMGWANTIES" XD

    39. I, too, am guilty of an impulse buy. The IH Rex. He's also my first and I can't wait to get him. The new Soom, Hyperon, has me biting my lip and checking my credit, but I need to reign in that horse. :nosebleed
(p.s. But he's sooo awesome and that outfit...*sigh*)

    40. Has anyone ever been a victim of impulse buying?

I've been wanting a tiny doll for a few months now, but I couldn't decide which one I wanted. I was looking between an Iplehouse B.I.D. and a Lati yellow sp. Every time I'm on the lati website, the dolls would either be sold out or not what I was looking for. So a few days ago, I decided to get an Iplehouse B.I.D....Made the purchase with a new wig for my J.I.D. (my first and only doll). And for some unknown reason, I decided to browse the latidoll website. And out of impulse...I ordered a lati yellow sp :|...So, right now, I am waiting for not one, but two tiny dolls to come in the mail. Someone tell me that I am crazy :doh

    41. I think this is pretty usual - certainly something I have done, and no, I can't afford it!

    42. I have sold all of what I would consider "impulse buys". That's because I never took the time to think if I really wanted one badly enough, and in the end I didn't. That said, I did just order a doll while waiting on another, so you're not alone there.

    43. I admit it...I am addicted to impulse shopping. Every single one of my dolls were impulse purchases. While waiting the lonnnnng time for them to ship I made some impulse buys of secondhand dolls to fill the void.
Strangely, I am less impulsive when it comes to their clothes. Mostly because the things I really want almost always seem to be sold out. The only time I impulsively bought clothes for a doll I had not even thought I wanted was for a tiny off topic BJD. I found I had ordered a full outfit because it was adorable and about 2 weeks later I ordered the doll.

    44. Yep...last month i Impulse bought one of my grail dolls from the marketplace. He was super cheap and came with clothes and everything! (though those clothes are most likely going to his brother). It was all so perfect, so i bought him....After i kinda just sat there looking at my computer like "I am in so much trouble."

    45. I tend to do that a lot as well. :'D
of course I think about if I really want to buy something for a bit when I see it because I have to like it, especially with dolls. but yeah, totally me.
I don't like keeping money. If I have it, I spend it. :D

    46. I've made some sudden buys when wishlist things come available but there is no predicting that timing so I try to prepare in advance. I have only decided yes/no on a doll on impulse once, sometimes it is a terrible, terrible thing to have a local dealer with tempting dolls and goodies in stock because sometimes when I feel :aangel: then I think I deserve a :apresent:

    47. I haven't had the binge urge/compulse buy moment over any clothing, and I'm pretty sure I will be mostly immune to that. I want to figure out my own designs, EVENTUALLY. Probably Mori girl-ish, re/DEconstruction kinda style, or fantasy. I barely have any interest in clothes for them as of yet. I seem to be in the huge minority when it comes to this. But I love to look at other people's creative expressions in this area for their dolls.

On THE OTHER HAND. If I see a good deal, and I see something pretty special in almost every doll, I have very small self-control. I am an absolute Spartan for everything else, and don't mind sacrificing other things to add to my doll aspirations. They are art to me, and I have been a dabbling professional artist for a decade now. So art and work and dolls have no clear delineation lines. For me dolls are an investment, or a contribution to the art world. Whereas, a new dryer, mwheh. That would be a simple consumable for my own use, and I can get by with the old drip dry method. Goes for a lot of things most people would consider indispensable and I'm sure I am judged as strange. But I've always been a bit borderline strange, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

    48. I just impulse bought a doll off of Mandarake...I was just browsing through their inventory at 3am and they were updating all of the new items and I saw the Enchanted Doll Asa. I'd never heard of here before but she reminded me of myself a little and I figured she could be my Volks Michele's sister, plus she came with an outfit, wig, urethane eyes and a gorgeous faceup...needless to say my half-asleep self clicked the buy button before I could even reconsider:doh:sweat. This morning I received the confirmation email and am kind of panicking a little, I was planning on using the money to buy art supplies and other stuff for school. The purchase doesn't put me in the red, but it does mean I'm going to have to put off buying some of those supplies, as well as buying some other stuff I wanted. I think that this is my first real impulse buy and I kind of not really regret it. I don't think I would be able to find her again for this price and can sell some of my extra things laying around my room to buy supplies...I think I'm just unnerved because I usually think my purchases over for at least a couple of days, usually weeks and this one was done within the span of a couple of minutes.:sigh

    49. I just bought LINA chouchou Petit Piyo on impulse yesterday too. I blame it on work stress...

    50. lille.charlotte I've been very stressed lately too, so I think that impulse buying is probably more likely when you have stress to deal with... That would be an interesting poll, are you more likely to impulse buy when stressed?

    51. I recently planned on buying two dolls when my inheritance arrived, then I saw another that was so cute and kind of limited edition so yeah I was like "three dolls is fine" and then I saw three more and was like "okay six might be pushing it" but then I kept looking at them and thought "screw this I'm getting all six".

I don't generally buy outfits for my dolls because I am happy to sew things myself, however on this note I went mad in a charity shop buying clothes with interesting fabrics for doll clothes and there was a skirt I didn't get and yeah I regret not getting it, the fabric was really pretty.

    52. If I had the money I'd totally be impulse buying every Iplehouse doll ever released :P But alas, my ever so empty bank account hinders me.

    53. Clothing wise, no. I had an experience buying clothes for a doll I DID have that ended up being too small, due to the Doll Family bodies having different measurements than Volks. I honestly would never buy clothes or shoes for a doll that I don't have yet. I don't want to have a bunch of different clothes laying around that might never be used because they don't fit any dolls character (they're expensive too. *_*)

However, I HAVE impulsively bought two of my three current dolls. Mei was planned a few months in advance, Julian was for sale at Otafest and I fell for his eyes, and Alex I bought because he was too cute. :sweat

    54. I kind of did an impulse layaway. I saw a doll on the MP for a really great price and couldn't help but go for him--he was a doll I really wanted and the seller accepted layaways. I'm getting him in October and I couldn't be more excited! :D Thankfully, I don't have the money laying around for impulse buys. I'd be in deep trouble if I did, lol.

    55. I'm gonna second the stress thing. I impulse bought a MNF last night, after having one of the most stressful weeks of my life...

    56. Do I buy on impulse? Yes and no. I have a pretty long wishlist of dolls I'd like to have, and I buy almost exclusively secondhand. If one comes up for sale that I want and it's high on my priority list and the price is right then I really don't give much of a second thought to it. However, I don't really have the kind of money to just randomly buy a doll if I'm not sure about it.

    57. I definitely did with both MNFs. I was only going to get one but ended up with two D: I am definitely feeling the pinch though but I would do it again, only probably had planned for it a lot better.

The tan came out a lot better than I was expecting and I already had plans for a natural Chloe so, decided to stick with it

    58. I usually do quite well to not impulse buy when I'm buying a doll. It only takes me less than a day to know if I love a doll. (Sometimes more, sometimes less.) But there have been a couple that I bought on impulse, and wouldn't you know it, I rarely do anything with them. There are 3 that come to mind. One I am currently selling, the other sits on the shelf unplayed with, as does the third one. It's kind of sad, but they happened when I first got into the hobby and I didn't know all of what I was doing.

I am absolutely terrible at this with clothes, though. I can't NOT impulse buy clothes. And wigs. I am a wig fiend and even if I think the wig is a little cute I freaking get it ._. Luckily I love most of the wigs I receive. But still...I can't look at wigs because I'll just want to buy them all.

    59. I've been known to impulse... But whenever I buy a doll or doll thing I sorta blank out while I'm hitting that buy button. But I tend to make decisions quickly...

Like just the other day (last friday) I sent a message about, and proceeded to pay for a second hand Dollzone Floy... I don't have the money but he was at half what he normally would cost, including shipping and extras. And I have wanted one for so long, and for some reason I just kinda flipped a little. He's in my closet now, all dressed up, while I try to convince my SO to let me get him shoes and commission a jacket for him to finish his character. But he's dressed at the very least.

I'm so bad though, I have a lot of impulse dollies. I find one I like, I have a fresh paycheck that I haven't had the time to stash away.... They tend to come home. Thankfully, I'm pretty content now. Something about this new guy has calmed something in me.

    60. I impulse buy all of the time.. I have to stop looking at clothes and things like that until I am buying a doll and need to get it clothes. I did that just the other day, I am waiting on my Littlefee Ante and needed to get her clothes so I went to buy her a dress and shoes... Then I had went to MintOnCard and found the cutest outfit, and I got to thinking that seance it was a pre-order that it could be for my Luna when I get her around X-Mass.... Then I went to buy a wig on MintOnCard, then went on Etsy and I saw a wig I just had to have on there. So I have clothes and a wig for my Luna I haven't even ordered yet.... I still need to get shoes too lol. XD
