Impldoll Waiting Room v3!

I ordered the smaller neck size part for my boy body shortly after it arrived, and it was just shipped. I'm a little concerned about the tariff situation, and will let you all know how that shakes out.

At least it was just the upper torso part, so if I must pay a full ransom, I'll actually be able to afford it.

 

My muscle girl body still isn't here so I'm Worried it's been weeks since the last scan

 

Have you contacted Impldoll yet? They might be able to start an investigation to rattle the box loose and back into motion?

 

I just got my shipping notice for my blank Moira in dark tan! Now to ignore the tracking lest I go crazier than I already am

 

She arrived on June 12th, a day sooner than predicted! I painted her on Friday (the 13th!) and she’s been my desk buddy since XD

I forgot to mention that my neck piece arrived safely... just not matching the body in color. It does, however, perfectly match his head, so I'm not quite sure what color any my poor Pei Ying is in any part. His eventual "final" outfit will have his arms and legs mostly covered, so his bizarre farmer's tan is fine for my needs, but it's hilarious.

 

I ordered a Slim 75cm body through Legend Doll today. Gonna hybrid a Luts GSDF Leo with it.

 

Since the exchange rate is in favour of euro these days, I gave in and ordered a plump 1/4 body, hopefully to use for my extra unoa head.

 

Wellllll I’m now in the waiting room… ordered a peach gold slim muscle body, and a dark tan Kamara, after falling in love with other people’s dark tan impl girls. She’s going to be the sister of one of my Twigling gals!

Got a surprise package from Legend Doll yesterday, my slim 75cm body arrived!

 

Welp… after talking to my wife about the new plump body and the Sini head, I have ordered her on layaway through ACBJD today. I originally wanted her in brown skin, but the dark tan is just so lovely, so I got her in that instead. I’m hoping to style her Lolita and cutesy.

 

I couldn't resist the new Plump body and the promo event, so I ordered Sini, too.
And I asked for the Sylvia head as gift head. Alice told me I could choose a particular head, which is awesome. I always loved Sylvia, but didn't like the body options for her.
But then the plump body showed up. I've been looking for a curvy body like that in forever ... and I even can get the Sylvia head with it. Win win.

 

I paid off my layaway a month early and it turns out my order is ready to ship from ACBJD!! So she’s getting ready to pack it up and it’ll be sent in the next 2 days. Only a pair of shoes had to be swapped as the ones I wanted got sold instead of set aside (they were in stock), but that’s okay, the alternative shoe is cute too.

 

Update: my order shipped yesterday through DHL Express, and I already paid the import and custom fees online. She’s set to arrive Tuesday, but I’ll be out of house all day. So likely I’ll pick her up on Wednesday from wherever they deem a safe place to be!

Congrats! I'm so happy to see orders going out and arriving properly. I'm sadly in the US and my order has bounced a few times...I'm hopeful it gets sorted before the end of the year still, but we'll see.

It’s wild that your new plump body in dark tan shipped, but my dark tan Kamara from August 19th hasn’t shipped yet. I knew dark tan would take longer, but that feels a little extreme, given that my Peach gold girl from the same order shipped at the end of November, and my WS plump girl who I ordered way later has also shipped.

they offered me a “random doll” in exchange for my frustrations, when I emailed them telling them how unfair it was. So now I’m sending them another $75 for shipping and getting Moira on one of their bodies, I’ll let them pick which. I can’t think of any other company that gives you a free doll for inconveniencing you, but I’m still just a little bit frustrated and I want my Kamara home so she can be with her twin.

 

That's awful I'm so sorry I'm still waiting for a free head that I got in January with faceup that got lost in the mail after it was getting returned to impldoll...

 

Oh no, that is awful!! I'm sorry you've had to wait so damn long for the Kamara that you ordered. I've noticed experiences with Impldoll vary greatly. They might be focusing on the "new releases" first, which is an awful business model as they got some great bodies already available and it's way unfair to older customers...

@Haven_Of_Dolls336 - That is also an awful long time to wait for a head. When did you write them last about it?

 

In October, but the first head now lost in the mail took them ~6 months and I lost some time waiting for that to show up. They said they'd replace it in October so I'm guessing I'll have to wait another 4 months. Going directly with them for me has been a train wreck, I'd heavily advise people to order through Alice. This is with a faceup too which is probably why production took forever hopefully.

 

I think new releases first is exactly what’s going on here, because my WS Plump body girl wasn’t due to ship until January, and she’s already in the mail, but Kamara is still lagging. I think they want owner pics of new bodies out as soon as possible so that people hype up their new creations. I get it, even if I don’t think it’s fair!

 

Ahh, long wait times are tough. I'm still waiting on a body I ordered back in January. My plan was to try and get a refund at the end of the year if I didn't get it by then and reorder through AC. I hesitate because the body is made, but it just can't seem to make it into my country. The head I need it for is old so the longer the wait, the worse the resin match is gonna be. (old Impldoll pink skin, for reference...I ordered the body in Mia Pink as hopefully close enough to match with blushing)

 

oooh the recent comments on this thread are making me nervous! I ordered an Impldoll body for a Blossom doll head I ordered when they re-released some of their sculpts; I hope it doesn't take too long.

 

Hello! I haven’t yet ordered from AC but plan to order a body for my Babeltowe9 Shu Wink girl (and sending her off to get a fresh faceup yay ). That being said I am stumped on the body choice. I am planning to get the 62cm girl bod but I also love the 68cm model girl body. My main reason for the 62 is the extra hands and how the leg is booty is sculpted. However, I love the tummy detail on the 68 model annd wouldn’t mind a tall gal any pointers?

 

Speaking from owning a few model 63 bodies, I'd probably do the 62 for that head. The model bodies are pretty, but the shoulders are very broad and will likely make her look pinheaded. I also feel for Shu personally the head is much more well suited for shorter bodies. The slim muscle body and 62 will have similar stomach detailing, so you wouldn't be compromising that part of your vision.
(If you want my personal pick of a great artist for a 68cm girl I highly recommend Galante Doll, as it's the same artist as Sio2 and they frequently release bigger girl heads, this is a lovely example GalanteDoll 1/3 BJD Head Yi Er )

Well impl promised my doll, and my bonus free doll would ship this month and uhhh it’s next month on Thursday, so I feel like that was another lie. I sent them a reminder email, but I’m not optimistic. At this point I would rather just have my order than have the free doll and my order if it gets her to me faster.

My plump girl has also been shipped 35 days ago and still hasn’t even reached my country—no idea what insane snail-mail option they’re charging me $75 per doll on, but imo for service that’s that slow and barely ever updates, $75 is steep. I think I’m decidedly only ordering them through Alice’s so I get faster cheaper shipping, even if Alice’s charges slightly more than impl does direct.

 

Yeah they've done that same song and dance to me before, it really irritates me. I need to write them about this stupid gift head that's now on a year and no head. Granted that it's more USPS' fault than theirs but it doesn't exactly instill warm fuzzy feelings inside me.
I would highly recommend Alice as my orders with her have been much smoother.

 

At this point, I feel half tempted to open a PayPal claim for the missing doll from my order, see if that instils some sense of urgency because I’m so tired of empty promises.

Well, impl just lied to me and said dark tan was halted—didn’t seem very halted when they cast Iza’s doll that was ordered after mine, so I said exactly that to them and sent them the link to this waiting room to call their bluff.

they are now alleging next week, for a doll they promised me they’d get me in OCTOBER

 

I ordered an Impldoll Eudora head through Superbuy on Boxing Day. I'm hoping it'll only take a few months to be made.
I'll update when it arrives at the warehouse.

 

Wow… wtf… that’s an awful lie when it’s so easily disputed. My doll was shipping ready when I paid off the layaway in less than 2 months. They really need to get their heads out of their butts and make and ship your doll

I would say, order only through alice or a dealer. Directly with impldoll is a hot mess.

Yeah, so having sent them the link to this waiting room, I really hope they see all this!! I gave them until the 12 before I take things up with PayPal because of how dishonest they’ve been with me. I’m no stranger to waiting for dolls, but the fact that Iza got a doll in 2 months while my August order is unfulfilled is where I start to get mad. Hopefully I get my Kamara through impldoll by then and I don’t actually have to open a claim.

 

Speaking of which, I finally poked impldoll knowing there was absolutely no way they would actually have an answer for me. The last head took them 6 months to even make, and I poked at them in 2ish months technically since my waiting time restarted. But they told me they would get a tracking number next week and are working on makeup....

 

In less-crabby news, after 40 whole days dithering around China, my plump body hit the Canadian border today!

 

I’m finally ordering the impldoll 62 girl body tomorrow and my Shu head is off to Angel Toast so I’ll be waiting awhile for her to come home in 2026 but what’s the average wait time? I haven’t ordered a new doll since 2017 and I feel like things have changed and wait times are longer nowadays

UPDATE: paid now we just wait PayPal frizzed out on my but was eventually able to pay hopefully they got it

 

I was reading your comments...thats so annoying ! I also ordered a plump doll in December through legend doll. I have a few other IMPLDOLL dolls and as much as I find their faces incredible and their dolls to be od very good quality, they did messed up my very first order.Anyways, which skin tone you order yours?

 

Mine is in WS and I’m still figuring out who she’s going to be! I know she’s coming with a head, but she’s likely getting my feeple65 Nuia head!

 

oh nice! Which head? I got Mila on golden skin tone? I think...I ordered her with face up as I think impldolls face up are one of the best. Hopefully she won't take too long. My character will be a ghost... - the newer WS from them is nicer...I got one doll with the old WS and is literally marble white - this body will be interesting to make clothes for it I think.

 

Huh. They weren't kidding, they asked me for my shipping details last night, and I gave them my stuff.

 

This gives me a limited amount of hope that I get my Kamara, ever. Maybe they’ll make good on their promise to me for once.

Well, I have a tracking number… it doesn’t work yet, but they got me a tracking number at 1am, the night before I was going to open my PayPal claim…

It started tracking today! Based on my last couple arrivals, I’m looking at 35-40 days before it comes in now, but at least it’s in the mail.

 

Surprise surprise, my Impldoll body showed up randomly today on my front step! I had given up hope and was going to be emailing the dealer for a refund in the next week or so and omg I'm glad I dragged my feet a little.

Interesting to note, first off I ordered the 68cm idol girl body, not the model body. No extras, medium bust, in Mia Pink with the 9cm neck to try and match an older Impldoll Bernice head I have. Um. I received a full doll with extras on the model body. She's in the right color with the correct bust and neck....I think the head and extras were because my order got lumped into the event at the end of 2025, so far as I can tell. But yeah. Technically wrong body but I actually love it?? The shoulders are hella wide and the shrug pose is what made me pick the other body, but I can't bring myself to care because every other detail is perfection. Posing the arms and knees had me crying happy tears because of how smooth is was. I sold my girl's last body because of how hard it was to pose her knees and get her to sit.

Anyway, super happy for this unexpected arrival after over a year of waiting. Woohoo!

I got a first tracking number a week ago. Then two days ago, the tracking indicated the package was considered oversized/overweight (rude, she's just a little curvy). Then yesterday I got a new tracking number, and as of today the original one is considered 'abandoned'

First time that has happened to me, we'll see how the rest goes

 

Well, my Kamara and my free doll arrived today! Kamara looks a little small on her body (the shoulders on the 68cm model body are huge!) but she’s the colour I expected her to be, and she’s even.

my freebie doll was a Moira on the slim muscle body in peach gold, which is exactly what my other doll I ordered ended up being. So I guess Midnight gets a twin now, who I’m tentatively calling Dawn.
