Resin Comparison Impldoll Resin matching (nudity)

No, they do not anymore, as they are two entirely different resin types. IslandDoll is environmental, IMPLdoll is solid now.

However! if you managed to find an old French resin IMPLdoll, that would be much closer! Parker was a NS IslandDoll Kevin head on an old French resin IMPLdoll body before his upgrade:



The IMPL resin is slightly yellower, but pretty close.

 

I would like to know if the impldoll normal pink would match or be close to MK 1/3 normal pink due to l want a impldoll model boy body to with a MK 1/3 boy head in normal pink?

 

Seconding this... had someone wondering if impl matches iplehouse WS or NS.

No matching. Impldoll realskin is warm light-yellow, Resinsoul is light-pink.

 

white from Impdoll is pure white, but does mellow over time I'm sure just like any white doll does, Luts is more of a creamy white but I would say an older Impldoll may work with some blushing to match..the Impldoll I have at home is still quite white as its only maybe 1 1/2 old but if I have time I'll check the match.
RS normal matches well with Impldoll pink. Looking at MK photos (I don't have one) it looks like the pink would probably match impldoll pink which is a normal pink..I'd assume most any dolls would need to be blushed, etc to get a closer match. I'll have to try and take some photos of some of the resin colors together soon as I have Impldoll in grey, white, realskin, pink and dark tan.

The head cap is Impldoll pink skin, and NS April Story Dalrae is from 2013.
Both resins have mellowed a bit. The Impldoll doll still has more pink in it, and doesn't seem to change in colour anymore. The April Story resin has lost most of it's pink tones, and probably will lose all over time.

IRL the colours are a bit less similar than I managed to capture in pictures, but it would still be a match I'd personally find fine to work with. The April Story resin tends to look more pink in pictures, while the (very shiny) Impldoll resin actually looks a bit lighter, less pink, than IRL.

Thread-o-mancing this ... I know it used to work in 2012, but does anyone have an idea about how the current Impl RS matches Elfdoll RS? I have a floating Eun-A head who desperately needs a body, and I really want an Impl Star body for her (I know it needs some neck mods but that's fine). I don't mind a slight mismatch as long as it's within blushing range.

I'm considering getting an Impldoll and I'd like it in grey, do you have any recent comparison?
I'd like to see anything, Impl grey with other greys but also with other colors because I still need to figure out how it'll look.

 

Does anyone have a comparison between Impldoll tan (not uv) and Loongsoul tan? They look pretty similar because they are both orange-y and kinda mellow, but I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on this?

I am looking for a new body for my tan Vanessa head and the Loongsoul 69cm girl body came to mind I'm also thinking about a Dollzone girl body cause that seems like a good match.

 

I would love to know this, too. I have a Feeple Juri 2014 head I'd love to get a body for.

I have both. So I made a picture with and without flash. The don't match wel together. Dollzone normal yellow is darker.

So far ive seen soul doll ns, iplehouse, and doll leaves. But i wonder if there is more. I have a ps Vanessa head that im trying to find a match for. I want it to be a male and it may end up being a mod project either way. Modding a female or male body.

 

Does anyone know if any of Impldoll's resins match any of Aprilstory's? including white resins. Thinking of getting a Spring boy head to go on impl's muscle girl body and would be fine dyeing white resin a flesh tone.

 

I don't know about a resin match, but I've been told that Impldoll resin doesn't take dye very well. Impl does custom color matching, though.

In case anyone wondering, Supiadoll NS (on the left) and Impldoll real skin (on the right) resin match. I can say around 90% match. Impldoll is slightly yellower than supiadoll. First pic without flash, second pic with flash.

@VampireAngel13 opps, my bad. It should be real skin. Their real skin is more to yellowish. Different than granado and iplehouse ones. Thanks for asking. Let me edit my earlier post.

 

@Sangz no bads, I just need to make sure because I'm getting ready to order and I'm trying to get one closest to a Granado head lol. I was actually going to go with the normal pink but then I realized my Granados aren't really pink.....and your post was a huge help since I also have Supia at home. So thanks!

A lot of pictures in this thread are broken now, but does anyone happen to know if any of Impl's current default colors match up at least close-enough-for-government-work to Fairyland's tan? It'd be nice to know if I could get away with just blushing an Impl head for my MNF body, or whether I'd be better off splurging the extra $30 for a custom match before I make any decisions.

Hello! Does anyone happen to have a comparison between Impldoll Pink or Real Skin and Doll Legend Pink? Preferably not the translucent/imported pink resin color. Thank you in advance for any help!

 

As of this posting, I've encountered THREE variants of Impldoll's RealSkin. The most recent RS is darker and peachier than the older RS, which is yellower in tone. Caveats to those who are using this color to hybrid their dolls.

Hand: IMPLdoll Idolman (late 2016-early 2017)
Body: IMPLdoll MGB (late 2018-early 2019)
Head: Fantasia Doll Vivian normal, blushed to match IMPLdoll RS (mid 2016)
