Better make sure. I just had that happen with a different order, they missed the first layaway payment and instead of contacting me, they sat on my dolls for half a freaking year. I'm still waiting for news.

How long does it take until parcel2go tracking gets any info? I got a number the other day but can't track the parcel yet ...

 

Ours started working a few hours ago

 

Apparently, so did mine. Got back from work and there it was. Judging by where the parcel was collected from it's Bel Canto who shipped

 

We got our shipping notice!!!

 

Wow..... that's not good.

Well they replied to my message and apologized for not marking my order as paid and said they hope to ship him next week. Now status changed to "before shipping". Phew!

 

That's good to hear! (I heard back too, they found the mistake and will try and get my dolls on the way ASAP.) Hope you get him home soon!

Tracking for Bel Canto is merrily updating, he should get here next week

If parcel2go says "prepared for delivery", how long does it take until the parcel is actually delivered?

 

A couple hours, apparently. Status said "delivered" and I checked and there was this big huge box sitting in the hallway. (Nothing to worry about, no way anything could get lost here, it's an agreement we have with the mailman.) BO will be up later, so stay tuned

 

Hmm - My Infernale arrived today - but I am a bit anxious. My Chaos head was not there and neighter was the COA. I send them a message. Did any of you experience these kind of troubles with Dollsquare?

 

I was a bit panicked about mine too as my Infernale head didn't show up with Lacrimosa, so I sent them a message to check. They replied the next day, saying that it was sent separately in another package as it couldn't fit in the box as well. Thankfully he turned up the next day

The COA for your Infernale should be in a slot in the foam, if you haven't found it yet (I have heard some people say that it winds up under the foam in the box sometimes so maybe check there to?)

 

Thank you - you saved me! I have already received a mail about the head being send seperately. What a strange choice! But I ha not found the COA yet. Now I can put my mind to things like 'what colour should that tongue have??'

 

We panicked too when 2/3 of our GO arrived to @Cynthevla 's place... Her Bel Canto and @Rodent 's Hiro, but not my Tauros head. But DollSquare let us know it's on its way in a separate box, so all is good. It'll be here soon enough and then the poor EID body I got it won't be headless anymore and my Tauros lady will finally be whole

 

So our order was delivered in a GIANT box, about the same size as a folded massage table... Pictures later. I'm at work, so there won't be anything until tomorrow am likely!

That aside, how long do statuses usually remain as "Before Shipping" ?
Mine has been like that for 10 days ever since the last update... and they are way behind their shipping schedule from what I can see.

 

Wow! That is fastest EMS shipping I've ever had I think, usually it's longer than airmail and then stuck in customs forever!

2 months in and I'm still waiting for a shipping notice on my IoS 60 body.

 

Just started a six month layaway for a Rufus head through BJDdivas. I'm planning to put him on a Resinsoul Yi body, because it comes in dark tan (I'm having the head blushed brown and black to match) and it's just flipping dreamy . Hopefully it all works out.

 

My Blue from the sale in December arrived. That feels so fast! Very impressed with my first IOS boy.

 

Hello strangers Been a while since I was last in here or writing on the site at all really.

I am officially marking this as the longest wait for a doll I've had so far. Ordered Doctor Strange in July of 2017 on 12 month layaway and he was shipped this February 28th. The tracking didn't start working until March 5th, so I was getting a little panicked at first but once it worked I was sooooo excited.

He is due for arrival in 3 hours (handy text arrived from Parcelforce driver, which they have never done before ) and I am seriously bouncing off the walls. I have added him to the waitlist in anticipation (Did I really not add him originally? I know with the wiki it doesn't need to be deleted any more so I mustn't have hmm ) and will update it again once he is finally here.

I will be spamming him as much as possible (hopefully along with a lot of old photos, I took but never really shared of my other dolls haha, I'm so hopeless) as I haven't seen anyone else with one on here yet. Seriously is my boy going to be unique on here?

How long is the longest wait you guys have had?

Update: He's arrived And holy moly that box is big!! I am wondering just how much space he actually takes up inside Off to open him up

 

My Lacrimosa is still in processing. Not even shipped yet. He should be almost done? I ordered him in late Feb, so he should get here late May. ;A;

okay, my Shadow should have arrived last week. IOS sent the wrong head to me, which was a shock to me. They solved the problem quickly. Now I am waiting for my shadow head. Hope to get him soon.

 

Just placed an order for an Elafi head. Was surprised to find I had 10$ in points that I could use. Has anyone taken advantage of their summer sale so far?

My order is still saying awaiting payment?!
They did confirm my deposit via email, but order status has not been updated at all.
Weird or normal for them?

 

Got my Elafi head in today. I never got an email about shipping and the website still had my order as pending when I checked yesterday. It was shipped out on the 15th. Oh well, at least it arrived safely. It's very big, I'll post a photo tomorrow.

Anyone else outside of Japan order either Erwin or Levi (the Attack on Titan DOLK x IOS collaboration dolls) and receive them yet? I’ve seen a few people on JP twitter with pictures of their Erwin dolls, but according to the last email I got from DolkUS about 3 weeks ago, they’re still waiting for my Levi doll to arrive in the Korea office I preordered and paid in full for both Erwin & Levi almost a year ago so now I’m starting to get a little worried

 

Back in July i ordered a Rufus head! I was at work though and in a rush, and now I cant remember my order password or the order number Oh well, Lesson learned to screenshot and write things down!

 

I emailed DolkUS directly to get a status update and it was a little vague:

@Moira_VonHelson This would drive me nuts! Did you happen to get an email confirmation with the order number? I haven't ordered through IOS but I've gotten confirmation emails from some of the other companies before.
