I think Andante would work wonderfully for a more androgynous/genderfluid character as well! I'm so curious to see your version!!

I ordered him with the whole male body, although Zaherael, as a character, doesn't really bother a lot with the distinction.

I'm waiting for my dealer to tell me that he's arriving, she's also going to do his face up so when he comes to me I just have to dress him (and all his things have arrived)...

Finally, my Class65F body is home today! Geez, the package already arrived in my country last Feb 6 but got held in customs and had to wait more than 2 months to be cleared and shipped in the nearby post office.

Nonetheless, I'm so happy my girl body is home safe!!!

 

Goodness, that's quite the wait for customs! I'm glad she arrived! I'm waiting for my Andante to be shipped, my dealer said I was so good in not asking her until last Tuesday (she gets it XD)

 

Oh yeah, I ordered him because I saw the post from someone else who ordered him in the BJD Italia FB group. XD Otherwise the release would have flown completely under my radar.

So glad to find this thread. I might be getting a doll from IOS. It's been so many years since I last purchased a new doll, but I'm really glad to see that these waiting rooms are still active!

 

My Andante head has shipped!!

My dealer wrote to IOS and said that my Andante full doll should ship next Monday, I so hope the weather gets better so she can also do his make up as soon as possible!

 

I ordered my head on 28th January. The package failed to deliver on the 6th, so I had to pick it up yesterday. Poor Andante, looking like he was born sad with that pitiable expression sculpted in

Anyone else here not getting any responses from the Q&A thread on the IOS website? Been trying to get in touch with them since mid-July...

 

I've been waiting on an order too and they posted here last Saturday (22nd) but I see the Q&A board has some messages not answered since the 20th...could be the person in charge of the board is on holiday perhaps?

 

I've waiting for the doll, but still no answear about shipping from them...

 

Does anyone know if IOS has a contact email? I am moving at the end of October and my head is supposed to ship in November. I need to let them know my new address but I can't find their email on the website.

 

You can contact them on the Q&A board about your address change. They are pretty responsive from what I can see, but contact them there as soon as possible just in case.

 

@middletails :Thanks. Is the Q&A private? Can I post my new address there without others seeing?

 

I believe you would need to change it 'private' as the message board defaults to 'public', so make sure you select 'private' so only you and the board admin can see it.

I ordered a Confutatis head and a Class 65F body in December. As far as I can tell from IOS's site, the head is ready but the body is not. I asked for them to be shipped together, so hopefully I won't be waiting too much longer

Ah. I ordered mine December 24. They said it would ship Thursday, April 28 - I think they meant April 18, cuz the 28th was a Sunday. Still hasn't shipped. I sent a friendly "Hey, is everything ok?" email.

 

Both my head and body have changed to "preparing shipment" so hopefully they'll be on the way soon

 

This is not the first time I have ordered from Iosdoll.
I have a Sezz and a Bel Canto and I don't remember such a delay. We have to be patient and wait to see what he tells us

 

For anyone else waiting for a Class 65F body, I found the announcement for the sale here on IOS's website. It says the bodies were meant to be sent March 15–29.
As it's far past that and it's been a week since I posted my question on their Q&A board to no response, I'm going to send one more message on Monday letting them know I am opening a Paypal dispute for the body and the Confutatis head I ordered on December 3.
I didn't want things to come to this, but the radio silence and looming 6 month Paypal deadline has made me decide to pursue action sooner rather than later.

Edit: Also found the sale announcement for the Class70 heads – they were meant to be sent out March 1–15, which doesn't bode well...

 

Yup. I'm with you, @castironteapot - they said they would ship in April (they haven't).
I sent an email May 2, 2024 - no response.
I posted a question to them on the Q&A board May 16, 2024 - no response (but they looked at it).
I see that they looked at your question, too.
This is... not great.

 

Ouch...I couldn't tell that my question had been looked at, but now I'm more concerned. Unless by some miracle they give me a tracking number Monday, I'm getting Paypal involved

@MaleficentMrsofEvil None here either. I've opened a Paypal dispute for the body and the head, including screenshots of my order details, the expected delivery time for them (well since past) and my attempts to contact IOS.

 

for what it's worth, I had a pretty large order for the disco 70cm heads from Nov 2023, and I just got my track# by email. Not sure yet if the Unitot order is riding along or separate yet. they always seem fast to me compared to Doll Chateau/Dollzone LOL

I wish the communication had been more transparent for everyone, I hope they can respond soon.

 

I now have a tracking number about 24 hours after opening my Paypal dispute!
I will close the dispute once I receive my items safely.
For anyone else teetering on a 6 month IOS wait, it seems opening a Paypal dispute is the way to go.

 

my package is already in US customs. it's my 9th order from IOS directly, the Unitot is my 10th and hopefully also ships soon. I'm very interested to see how that little guy poses with all the skulls on

 

My parcel is in Australia now...I'll soon find out whether IOS have sent it to my old address or my new one (I'm moving in about 2 weeks but my housemates at my old address can forward it to me if necessary).

Edit: Funnily enough, the Korea Post tracking is proving better than Australia Post's even though the parcel is in Australia...our parcel service can be a joke sometimes

I DM'd IOS on Instagram 4 days ago - they haven't read the message yet. I left another question on their Q and A tab 3 days ago - they haven't even looked at it.
Still no reply to my email from May 2, 2024 or my first follow-up question on May 16, 2024 on their Q and A page.
My doll is still listed as "before shipping" and "pending shipment" status, and has been since April 15, 2024.
I don't mind the delay. I am getting quite annoyed at the radio silence.
I don't think I will be ordering from IOS again. Ever.
I will be giving them one more week to respond somehow, some way. Then, I will do the chargeback threat.
I HATE doing chargeback threats. HATE.

 

@MaleficentMrsofEvil Sadly it seems Paypal is the only way to get orders out. I won't be ordering from IOS again in a hurry either

 

I have decided to try a name and shame first.

 

According to Australia Post, my parcel should arrive on Wednesday. Not sure if it will go to my current address or my new address (moving house in 2 weeks but either way someone will be able to collect it). Once my head and body arrive and I can confirm they are undamaged, I will drop my Paypal dispute.

 

ooof, so glad to have found this thread! I've been wanting a Crow but now after reading this, I'm not sure about ordering anymore. I don't particularly mind waiting or anything, but the silence would probably bother me tbh.

 

Received my order of 70 class heads from November 3rd over the weekend but couldn't go pick it up from my mailbox until tonight. 5 days in transit from KR to USA, standard order fulfillment, and tracking sent via email like normal. all looking great, can't wait to work with the skull crew. a little sad for the 70 discontinuation, but can't wait to see what they come up with for the 75-76 class in development.

 

Apparently my parcel is arriving today, but I won't hold my breath because it still has to reach my city (6 hours by car, 1 hour by plane).

believe me, I'm no blind optimist, especially after Dollshe stole two 70cm dolls worth of cash from me. But I hope folks give IOS a chance, they are a very small outfit and this seems to be a highly unusual situation for them.

I'm really interested in how the 65F body is, I don't think I ever saw any owner photos.

 

I will try and provide photos when it gets there, but I am moving house so they might be delayed...I am looking forward to my head and body finally arriving!

I told IOS that they had until June 19 to respond/ship. I've heard exactly nothing. It would appear IOS went to the D*llshe Cr*ft school of business, cuz same tactics.
I already have another doll picked out to buy with my PayPal chargeback money.

Fair enough. It seems Paypal is the only way to get them to respond, sadly. I hope you get a reply soon

 

My parcel has arrived at my new address and all is well. Sadly cannot post photos (had future housemate check it for me over a video call) until I get there in 3 weeks or so.
If you have an order nearing 6 months wait from IOS, I suggest opening a Paypal claim.

 

Yeah. I think I'm opening one tonight.
When I go to look at the status of my order, I have to select 6 months to see it. The days are counting down faster and faster.
Edit: thank you, @castironteapot - if I had waited until June 19, my PayPal protection would have run out. That was an unpleasant surprise...

So I opened a PayPal dispute yesterday. Today, IOS responded to all of my Q and A posts and my second email, and this is what "Jay" said:

"We sincerely apologize for the late shipping. We have completed the package process already. But our post office system was a little faulty. I heard that all the problems were solved yesterday, and we will ship the product right away next Monday."​

Did... didn't y'all just get your dolls?


Dude, PLEASE just be honest with me. I swear I'm a reasonable adult. This has nothing to do with the delay. It has everything to do with you ignoring my emails, Q and A posts, Instagram DMs, and social media posts tagging you for a MONTH and only responding when I opened a dispute with PayPal.

 

What a pathetic excuse! My parcel arrived quickly with no trouble. Don't close that Paypal case until the parcel arrives and you can confirm the contents are okay

I have my tracking for my Capris head on the Unitot body now as well.
It's wonderful, it just shipped out, I wasn't expecting it to fulfill for at least another month
it's my first of this body, I'm very excited to see how he can move!
