If your dolls could talk, what would they call you?

....for most of my dolls, what they'd call me isn't allowed in this forum where children and those of delicate sensibilities might hear. XD 'Hey you, yeah you, the one with the credit card', probably.

 

I would be "Mommy" to my two Pukifees and my RS Yu and "Mom" or "Mama" to my two Littlefees. My various RS/BBB girls would call me by my first name.

 

They would call me "That Crazy Lady That Always Stares At Me". ;p

 

Fantasy story
Empress: "You, plebeian".."Servant"
Mayzee: "Human dearest"
Kurai: "Miss"
Isola: "Madam!"
Salias: "Hey mannn heyyyy" (he's usually stoned)


Sci Fi story
Haru: "Hey! Listen!" (yes that's a Zelda reference)
Asen: "Mortal life form"
Larxene: "Sentient creator" (she's very modded)

 

For Nicky it would "Ma" or "Mamma", depending his mood. He's a bit on the sensitive, needy side. :P

Marc it would be just "Mom".

 

...um... Nowe and C would probably resort to just "you", C might use a lot of words that aren't really compliments exactly.
Yui and Arystar both would probably call me "lady" or something of the like. Eien, Saint and Lucifer would most likely just use my first name.
To Mephist I'm sure I'll be "bitch" for lack of anything better.
Hyorin and Finn would probably find some cute nickname to stick all over me.

 

I'm sure if he were a real boy Salem would refer to me by any number of insults and derogatory terms such as 'oi fatty' and 'hey, you with the tits', though I imagine Nancy would be more polite and just call me by my name.

If Mélusine could talk, she would surely call me at first place "Sluggard" ..and would promptly add : "Sew me at least a finished dress NOW! ><""" but it would then surely be "Xialine", with a honey voice to get new items n_n

 

I think they'd call me by my name, Corellon might call me "Human" to try and tick me off

 

Probably "Lady" or "Miss". I'd like to think Taryn would call me by my name since she's a grown woman but who knows. I'm not sure how I'd react if any of the yo sizes called me Mom. o_o

 

I'd hope they'd all call me "mama" but my sassy MSD Laela might have other choice words ;A;

 

I'm w/Teabender & Spiderroll LOL The older more polite ones would call me by name. Madame Ang would undoubtedly just order me about, assuming I'm a servant (as of course the cats would...)

 

I think my resins talk already -- which is why I don't sleep well at night, LOL. Some of them might call me "Mom" (especially if they're angling for something), but most would call me "Ms. Beamlette".

 

Since our relationship is still fairly new (haven't had her long) I would hope she would call me "human friend" since I am presenting her with gifts of clothing and trinkets.

 

I have a sinking feeling I'd just be "You, Eiffel tower" or "Eeyore" or something depressive and not the least bit nice, heh.

 

They would call me nan or nana. not mama, because I'm not their mom.

I have a handful that don't talk, so they'd probably tug or snap to get attention. I also have a group of more noble souls who'd call me "miss", and another group who'd probably just say, "Oi!" to get my attention.

Of course, I do call them weird names and sometimes reverse their names on accident. (Fidelis and Finney have this problem because I call Fidelis "Fide" a lot. Also, Serenius and Sariel are both "Sari" for short... Not to mention Caliel and Caluel...damn angel army...)

Angelique refers to me as "the human" on her Facebook page.

 

I think I would probobly be called "Mom", "That thing", or "Rabe".

 

I think one of my dolls answered that question from a new doll as "she's our human, don't worry, she's nice".

 

They call me Miss Kitty, though 'Mama' and 'Mom' have slipped out a few times, more as a term of endearment than a title.

I don't have any dolls just yet, but, if I did have the two that I want, I'm sure the one would tell me I'm nothing more than a collection of 0's and 1's . . .

 

OT here but... that reminds me of Sho Minamimoto from The World Ends With You. And that would be awesome.

 

I've never heard of that . . . the first two dolls I want to do are based off of a video game called Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, the hero and the main antagonist . . . and Luther would definitely say he created me and that I'm nothing more than a collection of zeroes and ones!

Ian/Megi: "Babe" as in "Hey Babe, I don't know what you think you're doing there, but I can tell you, that's a mistake!" (he's a time traveller about 215 years old, so he sometimes talks down to me a bit. he thinks he's in charge of all of us.

The younger ones would probably call me "Giant Scary Lady"

Mom or Auntie, though they are not all siblings and I'm not their mom, I am their loving caretaker.

 

It differs. Since I am like their 'fostermom', it's all a different version of 'Mama'

Shinta and Anje call me 'Mom'. Their little son dares to call me 'granny'.
Hajime is most polite, as Japanese usually are, and calls me 'Mother'.
Cirrus plays the little sweetheart and calls me 'Mommy'.
Johann, being as German as he is, sticks with 'Mutti'.

To events, such as anime events or fantasy/re-enactment/Larp/pagan fairs (Castlefest and such), one of them gets to ride in a pouch with me

Probably just "Hey Lady". That's what the Tinies use in photostories involving me.

I am definitely not "Mom"- that's for when I have kids; heck, I'm not even "Mom" to my dog- to her I'm "Boss".

 

Interesting reading through these. I can definitely relate to Teabender with 'Hey you, yeah you, the one with the credit card'. Ya, I've definitely had that thought slip into my mind once or twice. XD

In my RP stories, I have actually written myself in as a character (lol that's always interesting), only 10 years or so down the line and with a slightly alternate reality. Two of my dolls are my 'kids' in the story, Niamh and Connor, so they would call me Mom. Everyone else pretty much would call me "Ms. (MyLastName)", sometimes just "Miss", or Pru (my YoSD) would call me "Aunty (MyFirstName)" since in my family all older adult friends of the family end up being 'aunts' and 'uncles'.

 

hahaha! "you with the credit card..." was a really good one what would my resins call me if they could? hmmm? well, they whine alot when i see something that they might like. the boys are difinitely more polite than the girls and it would be like Madame or Ms. for them. the girls? well, ahh, only one of them is very polite. she would be right along with the boys on that and might throw in mom for good measure. the other one though, she has no rules. she takes what she wants and that is that. she doesnt ask. so i'm guessing it wouldn't be nice if i didn't just hand things over first.

 

I think they'd just call me by my first name, maybe Kari would add a 'chan'.

Hm, it's hard to say! Definitely not anything maternal. Probably not anything decent, either. At least for most of them. Faust is a nice guy. He might call me Madame. Atticus would be something to the affect of "Hey you." The rest would probably be a string of obscenities/insults.

 

Both Deidara and Souji would probably call me Miu or Miu-chan as they're both Japanese but Deidara might drop the -chan out of disrespect and Souji might drop it out of familiarity. It's complicated apparently.

 

Am I the only one who finds odd this recurrent fantasy that if the dolls could talk, they would be abusive/insulting/degrading to their owner? I mean, it's our fantasy world, why do so many of us attribute such cruel personalities to them?

 

Vycem : Well my answer for myself is that I don't own Deidara and his personality is based entirely on facts that is shown in the series plus what Superflat would make of him. The result coincidentally was someone a lot like Takashi Murakami (and I didn't know his true personality until after I had figured out Deidara).

And if I had to take a guess as for others, I would think it's cool I guess. Cool guys are assholes, lol.

 

I know my first doll has yet to arrive but I wanted to answer this, for some reason. What my doll would say if they could talk and What they would call me. They would call me self or maybe even bigger self. I would literately be talking to me. Only exception would be who the Minifee Kyle would be.

I would have no idea what he would say probably something dark and shadowy. As he walks off into the shadows. Thera and Tender E-an would be calling me self. for different reasons. Anyway that answers that question. (Do not want a big long post explaining why so I shortened it sorry.)

Vycem: I suspect part of it stems from the fact that if they were self-aware, they would likely reject the idea of being owned.
That and be far more demanding than they already are.
