I'm insanely excited for this Dolpa!! Finaly a Yo-SD I LOVE!! I wish they would make all the dolls ahead of time so we can get them soon after we pay for them....

 

Actually, on the Volks site, Yugiri is listed as a Seirei, so SD13 size.

I assumed kyotenshi too based on the photo...Sakaki always looked far more masculine to me. Curiouser and curiouser...

 

I didn't see a yen price for Luna but let's see:
(I'm not going to convert yen to dollars because VolksUSA charges more than the current conversion rate.

The Red BtSSB outfit is 20,790 yen with tax
MSD Nagisa is 54,600 yen with tax
Puff and Papi are 35,700 yen with tax

Oh thank you so much rkold!! That really helps. I remember Volks doesn't give the $ much of a break on their US site. I am guessing about 105 yen per dollar?

So that might mean the Yo's will be about $360, Nagisa maybe $520. But that red BtSSB outfit looks to wind up at just under $200!! Sigh. That will be hard to justify...

Can you see prices for the Chibi outfits and the 2 Black Label outfits at the top of their page?

That price is a little hard to swallow, but I seem to justify it by calling it an "investment". If sometime down the line I decide I don't like it as much as I did when I first bought it, then I can atleast get my money back, if not a bit more. But really, that's just what I tell myself so I can sleep at night. The truth of it is, I hardly sell anything that I buy at these things, because I can't justify selling it! How messed up is my brain! LOL

 

HEE Lizziegirle, I can't seem to part with these treasures either. It is especially difficult when the item is very hard won, like at an After Event.
My daughter is able to part with some things, but so far not any Volks items.
They are just too wonderful! I have been planning to get all the clothes, eyes and wigs together in one spot and sort through them, hopefully to find things to sell. So far though the urge to purge is short lived. *blush*

 

OMG Puff and the boy kitty outfit are so darn cute! I also love the turtleneck style elf outfit and the black BTSSB outfit! AHHH. Evil Volks. Puff is so darn adorable I love his semi serious little face.

 

AH! I just got 2 yos, and already another 2 are calling. I'm so doomed in this country.
(But I'm secretly happy. Dude, this is an awsome dollpa! Puff and Papi are adorable!)

Ya, I think thats what I will have to wait for. But then I have to go through that horrible lag, and the idea of not getting him. That was no fun when trying to get my Williams. The stupid thing is, I didn't even get him on the VolksUSA website, because by the time I could even get to his page, he was all sold out. I bought him on YJ! about a week later... Bah!!!!

I hope for all of us that there will be an easy way for us to get these little darlings!!

 

... ummm no. Volks USA has a lottery. They announce the time they will start taking orders and the date and time they will stop (Like friday at 11am untill sunday at midnight) You add the dolls to your shopping cart and check out. Then they will email you a week or two later to let you know if you won them or not.

Its the international page that has the lag!

I am going to try for a Luna, Papi and Puff. Also at least one of the BTSSB dresses. I going to try both sites.

 

I must have the Yellow Dress Nono is wearing and that great wig!!! Ah! It is so to die for! I also want that great YoSD girl outfit too. Tinatsu would be so cute in it! As for the dolls, the only one I like is the new Yo Tenshi (ok and the new Yo SD girl, but she is still up in the air), and they won't release her/him here anytime soon. And there is noway I am spending a grand on the second hand market....Oh well! At least the girls can get some new threads.

Where is Stinkerbell at?! I want to hear what you think of the new Yos and outfits!

Quick question: Isn't there a thing with BTSSB where they can't release them outside of Japan? Kind of like with Shinku and Chii and DD Rei where they didn't have the rights to sell them outside of Japan? I know the nato stuff is different because they did have the international selling thing figured out before the Volks collabiration, but I didn't think BTSSB did. Maybe someone else mentioned this, but I didn't see it.

 

well BabySSB does sell their clothes over seas, so I assume they can sell their sets here. I think by now they would have figured out the legal stuff

Manami is right, because I had to order my BTSSB Toppi through VolksUSA! We all have a great chance that if theres a VolksUSA after event, they should have a bit of everything including the BTSSB stuffs. so yay!

You can also buy btssb stuff at the Kinokuniya in New York I plan on stopping by there while I'm there for the NYC Dolpa.

The San Francisco store doesn't have it either but apparently the NYC Kinokuniya is the largest of them all and does carry it. I haven't seen it for myself yet but somehow had told me.. now I'm forgetting who :/

Oh hooray for upate! thank goodness for insomnia! ^^ Nagisa is so cute, and those photos of Puff waving his kitty paws and high-fiving Papi were too much adorableness for me! I'm not so fond of Luna's open mouth now though after the closer photos, but I like her new unique eyecolor.

 

Oh, I love Luna's eyes "Light Citrine with Black line" since I saw her for the first time This colour will be very nice with many dolls...

 

Off the top of my head, Anais2 and Hewitt2 both have Citrine color eyes, but I haven't heard of any dolls with the color Light Citrine, so I think it must be a new color. ^^

I hope Volks continues to make new HG colors too, I actually like them more than Zoukeimura eyes. Zoukeimura eyes in LEs would make me fear the increased pricetag! ^^

 

Both Puff & Papi look so cute in their little kitty cat suits. I want Papi even more.. lol it sounds so werid saying that.

 

I think I'm going to try to get the red baby outfit on the after event of course, there's a very small chance of actually getting it, but well, one can always try!

Wow! I definitely want two sets of the pink ruffle dress, one for the default pink color and the other will be dyed a vibrant green-blue. Im not sure if I can leave the lace updyed but Im sure itll still look gorgeous if the entire outfit is dyed green-blue. I dont have much need for the jean jacket, so Ill be selling that off. Is it just me or does the white bolero have a unique pattern?

And I definitely want hands 3 through 5.

I'm definitely set on Luna. I think she will look awesome in Kurumi's outfit and Kurumi will look awesome in her outfit. It's a win-win.
