I was lucky to have some friends with me at the store line, Otherwise, I was kicked to the back of the line again by the Volks lotto. ( I have such bad luck there!) But, I had help, so I managed to snag a Puff to send back to my friend who will love the little guy! ^_^

I'm very lucky that I didn't find one that I needed to own this time... Though I did want a red BSSB outfit, but those sold out in the first 10 people or so. Popular.

 

Our credit card got charged three times and Volks says they don't have those three orders...
If they dont send us eight kitty suits, is there anyway we can reverse those charges?
Anyone who was going back and trying again when the payment page didn't load should probably check to make sure they didnt get charged extra.

 

Sadly my parents dont know how to check their charges (other than the monthly bill) and suck at using the computer... I want to make sure they arent charged multiple times +tries to remember to look at the bill+

 

You need to call the credit card company right away and explain to them what happened and dispute the charges!

Since Volks doesn't have your order that many times, they can't reverse the charges. It could just be that it's a temporary hold and will drop off in a few days (that's happened to me before with other companies ). If I were you, I'd make sure ASAP, though.

 

We called them Saturday morning and they said to contact Volks and have them cancel them. My sister sent them another email. Hopefully they will understand this time, because I really can't afford 330 bucks (thats five months of work...)

I'm still waiting for my shipping notice too. I paid by credit card. I was able to nab an MSD gym set that magically popped back into stock hours after the AE was supposed to have ended. o.o I still wish I could have nabbed that black/blonde DD wig, though!

 

Still no shipping notice for my 2 clothes only orders...

 

Is it me or they have took down the order list on the order page of the english site? In the Outfit List (access from main page) some of the SD outfits are omitted, I wonder why.............

Got my tracking number!~ Hopes it arrives this week!~

 

All the outfits (except the white rose) are listed with the other outfits...I wonder if this means they'll restock?

 

I'm sure they will put back up any outfits that are unpaid.
It's always good to keep checking because they can pop up for
only a minute or two before they are grabbed by someone.

I just checked my credit card... I have the one charge for Luna, nothing more, nothing less. Whew, I feel better. Reading through this thread made me a little nervous.

 

I haven't gotten a shipping email for my AE outfit, nor do I see a charge on my credit card site. It makes me nervous, but it was a Japanese holiday on Monday, so maybe that is why there is a delay?

 

I got mine on monday at around 3:30am (PST) and it is due to come tomorrow....while I am at school. I'll post pics tomorrow evening after I run to the post office

 

I dunno how it's working this time, but I got both yos in the Dolpa 16, and they were sent in the same box, at the same time.

 

I got my shipping notice for PUFF and his outfit just now.

Oh, Ria_Ria, she is so lovely I am so glad you got your girl!!! Her looks is very sweet and tender, so adorable! She makes me think of Toppi a little bit, actually, there's some similarity in the face shape, and the mouth...

I woke up this morning to a shipping notice for my Yo-SD Boy kitty outfit!!! Doesn't look like I will have it in time for Tales of Anime this weekend, but I should have two Yo's in the two different Cat Costumes for Dollectable!

 

I still have no shipping notice... I'm so sad...

 

I don't either, just the confirmation my payment was received. ^^;

PS: our Chibi Kitty coats and MSD school outfits just came on Wednesday. they are SO SO wonderful. The little kitty sets have a bell at the neckline. Our kitty insisted on having a snuggle with them. We all had a nice nap on the couch with Shadow resting her head on their tiny laps. She didn't even leave any fur on them. I wish I had a photo but if I got up the whole thing would have shifted. So I took pictures with my heart instead.

I succeeded to get one more Luna from Y!J "Athena"...another Luna will reach soon. I love her default VERY much, but want to change her eyelashes and eyes like Kurumi, too. (I saw that Luna custom you saw from the link SapphireAngel posted, too. I wish if I could sand heads and do faceup like her!!! But I can't )

I received yet another shipping notice and had hopes it would be Papi, but just oufits. I'm trying not to think of all the wasted EMS postage... if only it could have been posted together.

I paid with PayPal Lopmom and I've not received my shipping notice though I did receive confirmation for my payment. ^^;;

Ah well, I confess I am just really happy to be getting my outfits at some point.

BTW which outfits are you both getting? I'm getting both Yo Kitty ones.

 

I payed Via Paypal. Got a Payment confirmation E-Mail a few hours after I paid and recieved my order 3 days later. I only purchased 2 outfits though.

No, still no shipping notice, rkold. And I know I am so impatient! But it seems like everyone else is already getting their outfits. BTW, those kitty outfits are so cute! My Yo's already have too many clothes, so I didn't try for them.

I managed to get the 2 DD outfits, the pink dress with the jean vest and the boa, and the miniskirt and sweater (both for the DD that I'm hoping Evenstar will create and put on eBay soon), and the SD13B Quiet Woods Elf outfit (for the FCS suntan Elf that I hope to order sometime in the future). I also got the school uniform in Chrome Yellow, and picked up an SD13B Skull Hoodie set for for another member.

I was lucky and won the BTSSB A&P Salopette set from the volksusa site a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting on that one, too.

Lopmon, I also paid with Paypal and got a confirmation from Volks within 24 hours. I wrote them an email 2 days ago and got this reply:

If I had been thinking I would have tried for both Papi & Puff, because I just noticed that if you use the other option.. they give you 2 weeks to pay. But I had such a horrid time getting back to my basket and almost lost my Papi.. so its just wishful thinking. (I've always paid by CC, and did not know you could hold off paying for 2 weeks)

So far only my outfits, wigs, and wig mist have shipped.. I'm waiting on my Papi.
