I thought I’d share a picture of my E-minor dressed up for Halloween

 

My “thirdhand” girl came in yesterday! This is Lulu, and she’s already off to the face up artist

 

My Maji arrived today! I had a quick peak since im at work ( i couldn't help myself) and OMG shes stunning... her curves are to die for!!! I noticed she didnt have high heel feet. Does Maji not come with heel feet or did i forget to request this option?

 

Maji does not have a high heeled feet option. Hopefully someday Haru will offer that!

And here she is, Lulu! This wig is her style but too small. So she’ll be getting one similar-ish to this one that actually fits pretty soon. Anyway, I freaking love her!

Anyone have any notion of how much the MSD size Haru dolls generally run? Even ballpark is fine.

 

Pricing is on Haru's website, here is a link to Maji's information from the past order period. He will update this when the next preorder happens (Neul and JOA don't have pages yet) but this should give you a ballpark idea.

Soooo... do you folks know what the difference between the Normal and Unique categories is other than price?

 

There are different colors in those categories. The price is based on the color you choose.

@RamenDoodles Wow, I'm impressed you have a pair of jeans that fits both SDC and Maji! Her thighs are no joke, I've had to alter all of my SDM patterns for her

As I wait for my Joa: I see from this thread that slim mini pants are a no-go for Haru's girls - what about minifee-sized leggings? Ok because of the stretch, or still not gonna cut it?

 

Aside from the err... girth issue, the length of Minifee bottoms also needs considered as Haru’s girls are taller. That’s not to say a stretchy pair of leggings wouldn’t work, but they could be shorter than you might hope for. I’d still recommend staying with regular MSD sized bottoms in any case.

Related, I’m making a K/DA Akali cosplay for my Maji and I’m using MSD sized leggings from Dollmore that fit pretty fantastic. I’m not on my computer right now but there are pics on my Instagram (@justsomedollies).

 

I agree with @RamenDoodles I would say it maybe hit and miss depending on how stretchy the fabric is as well. I've used some slim MSD leggings on my Maji and it marked her because it was very snug so have learnt to kinda stay away from slim leggings or anything that may stain. I've never had staining on my dolls, Harucasting's resin is so soft and beautiful but it seems to mark so easy I ordered Joa in the darkest resin possible so will be interesting to see what she is like.

she is lovely, and i kind of like the small wig on her, most wigs are too floofy for my liking. may i ask what kind of wig that is?

 

that other wig was custom made for my Cham Byol by taromilktea on insta. I’m pretty sure it’s alpaca!

this one was made by cayykatdollies on insta. Also alpaca I’m pretty sure!

 

she is lovely! i've been so busy since my eminor came that i haven't even pulled her out of the box i'm hoping to have time in the new year to do her faceup and figure out who she is. i just love these dolls!

Hello, i came across Neul fairly recently and fell in love. So i started to do some research and i know harucasting posts messages on his ig etc to say when sculpts are availlable. Hij weebly website say there is a pre ordergoing on but i ca't seem to find any confirmation on this on his other sites. So stupid question, is there a pre order going on or not? And if so where is the information on how to do this.

 

@allanieew Hey there! Unfortunately there isn’t a preorder for Neul going on at the moment (Haru has a bad habit of not keeping his website up-to-date). The first preorder for him took place from Nov. 10 to the 30th last year. Not sure when he’ll do another preorder for him at the moment, but he definitely will so you’ll just have to be patient. I’d definitely suggest keeping an eye on when he gets the first order of Neuls sent out and stalking the secondhand markets since you never know if someone ends up not wanting or being able to keep their boy.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and just in general info for y’all HC fans, thanks to how hard it can be to find information about Haru’s dolls, I was inspired last December to take over the BJD Wiki on Fandom’s website and slammed together some pages about Haru Casting. Thank you Singull, I allready thought so, but it never hurts to ask it might have been proven wrong And if there is anything this hobby has taught me in the last 18 years (yikes has it really been that long for me) it's patience really is a virtue

 

Mentioned this in the waiting room already, but I got an email from Haru over the weekend saying my Neul will be getting shipped soon! Can’t wait to get that cutie home, though I likely won’t be sending him out to get painted for a while since I already have 3 out for faceups.

You kinda need to stalk his insta, he posts his preorders there (and they only last a week or 2) and you have to email him with your order after it is opened. You can look up prices for the doll and different resin colors they are available in on his website though

 

My Neul and Joa are on the way! Wish I had been more proactive about clothes and wigs. I'm hoping to have the artist that painted my Maji and E-Minor paint them as well. I can't wait!

 

My Neul is officially on his way home too. Think I’d gotten his eyes in, but I haven’t done anything about a wig for him just yet (but I think I got some extras I can use for now).

 

They are from Bluefairy, Tinyfairy size. They are actually way too big but they look good and she has fantastic long grey wool socks in the shoe so the fit is much better. And they do look OK like that. Otherwise I've been troubled where to find shoes for her as she has a little bit smaller feet than Fairyland Minifee.
