Haru Casting Mini Dolls - Part 2

I think people tend to pick based on preference? Personally I went for the neutral face because I wanted my girl to be kinda sassy lol.

 

I was chatting with Haru recently and it looks like the Maji preorder will be happening THIS month! I'm so excited!

 

Update: Maji preorder starts on Monday! Regular + Smiling head, with or without vitiligo skin!

I'm so thrilled Haru decided to have a Maji preorder this year. :-) She is just the cutest!

I just sent off an email to Haru with my order for two Majis. I'm both excited and scared at the price. lol

 

Put my order in! Regular Maji in mild tan. She's the first doll I've order without a faceup - I have an artist in mind, and I'm really excited to have her painted just for me!

 

I ordered one in mild tan too!! I'm so excited!! These will be my first Harucasting dolls.

 

Oh yay! Maji will be my first Harucasting doll, too. I love her sculpt, and I also love interacting with Haru on Instagram. It's a lot of fun to be able to chat with the creator of the doll you've fallen in love with.

I send the order form in Friday and there no response from Haru so far, should I do something or just wait?

I sent in my preorder form yesterday, and now its confirmed and paid for.
I am v excited~~ I got a regular face Maji on the JOA body in JOA milky choco, and I have plans o v o

 

He sent the Emil today!, And I didn't specify what face I want only said Maji lol.
I already paid for regular Maji on the JOA body in Neul basic normal, she will be my second girl in 1/4 size.

 

I also forgot to specify what Maji face I wanted, so I just added it to my paypal comment lol

 

Hi! I want to order my very first Harucasting doll - a Maji! I am filling out the questionnaire and I have some questions.

1. What does he mean by 3 Layaways (3 different payments?) and how do I indicate what I want by that I have written that I want one now, One in January and one in February. Is that enough or do I have to put amounts?
2.Resin freckles mean the freckles painted on the face-up right? I don't want vitiligo but I do want freckles on the face-up.
3. It says to include a picture of a face up if you want a face-up. I just want a regular natural face up like the ones in his pictures. Should I include a picture of that or just indicate that?
4. Is it okay if I wait until the 14th to send it? That's when I will be able to make my first payment, or should I do it sooner?

What size eyes and wig would you recommend for Maji?

 

I ordered a Day in Neul Medium Tan this past preorder and I’m so stinkin excited for himmmmmmmm

 

I have 12mm with 7mm irises in my Maji and I think they fit pretty nicely!

Has everyone gotten their shipping fee request from the December order. I ordered a Maji and have gotten the earlier payment requests (and paid them) but I have not gotten the shipping fee payment request yet. Should I contact him?

 

Did you order her blank? Haru said in his stories that only blank and vitiligo Majis are gtting shipped for now.

My Maji is in customs already! I'm quite surprised she made in to europe in just those few days. Let's hope the customs don't keep her forever!

Mine was painted. I think he said they might be shipped the 22nd due to a casting he needs to do.

 

Lucky you!! I think mine is still waiting to board a plane to Canada - the tracking says 'received by air carrier', but not that the flight has actually departed. Hopefully next week? I suppose while I'm waiting I should start gathering inspo images for her faceup. Maji will be my first girl with a custom faceup (vs company faceup)! I don't want anything to out of the ordinary, but there's something really exciting about getting to make decisions about her expression, eyeshadow, lip colour, etc.

 

Doing custom faceups is so rewarding! I was tempted to get mine done, but I decided not to because I wouldn’t be able to personalize him to fit as much as if I did it myself. I hope you have fun!

 

My Maji came in yesterday
She is such a cutie! Great posing, although strung very tightly as I heard people say haha.
Unexpectedly, she didn't fit into most of my minifee sized clothing. Her hips are too wide, guess I will have to invest more into regular MSD sized bottoms. Does anyone have any recommendations on what fits her well?

I'm also very much looking forward to painting her but that will have to wait for now

I'm so excited! I ordered my first Haru Casting mini yesterday. I couldn't resist the Thx sculpt, her sweet face and the gorgeous variety of resin. I went with JOA Milky Choco.

Everyones haru babies are so cute! I skipped this summer preorder because I'm awaiting my eminor from her komorebi treatment, and have a blank PS that I need to figure out before I adopt more. I think I'll need an Ade girl when she is ready tho!

Has anyone been able to use PayPal Credit to purchase their Harucasting doll? I'm saving up for Vivi, but just in case I'd like to be able to use the 6 mos financing option.

I'm super excited for her release! I think she'll be the perfect sculpt for my Monster Hunter Stories character. I already have a doll that could work as her Palico too.

 

Nila arrived October 25th. She is off to the spa and I cannot wait to see this cutie painted!
