Just like dxgirly said, I got my confirmation email this morning! I sent my order in on the 8th.

 

Has anyone got a picture of a Haru Casting doll with an Iplehouse BID? I am wondering how they work together.

 

Which one are you wanting to see? Adori is much slimmer and geuru has a huge head, so it might differ depending which sculpt you are considering.

 

Geuru is the one that has had my eye. I am surprised that they are so different from each other. I thought that they used the same bodies?

Haru confirmed my order. unfortunately I wasnt able to get the green color I wanted ;_; So a cream white Willow will be joining our family,

 

Also here are the photos of Geuru on different bodies, because I find it kind of difficult to parse for info on Haru's instagram. Sometimes he only put stuff in stories instead of making a regular post.

I just made my first payment for an Adori and a Geuru! I've always wanted the two of them, so when I heard they were getting discontinued, I finally jumped on it.

Geuru's smily face is so cute, so I ended up getting that version. Now time to go and buy them too many clothes

 

In the end I ordered Geuru twins. Both female on the Adori body, one normal head, and the other the smiling head. Paid earlier tonight. I could have bought the Willow instead, but something kept telling me to go for twins as little sisters for my big Geuru.

 

Hi! I’m new to the doll collecting hobby, just emailed Harucasting to try to order Geuru because she’s too cute! Has anyone have experience ordering as a new collector? I felt nervous answering his questions a bit because I have nothing to show him

 

I don't have a large collection myself, or much to show online (my instagram isn't full of my dolls, and I don't have a feedback thread here), but he still seemed willing to sell to me. Just make it clear to him your stance on recasting and it should be alright.

Yeah, the purpose of those questions is to make sure you aren't going to send the doll to be recast. Having a small collection or no collection shouldn't deter Haru.

I have the luck to adopt Adori for this last pre-order. I am very happy to offer this little sweetie as friend to my dollies .

 

I was so busy with uni that I didn't see that there was a preorder! Adori was always one of my grail dolls...now I fear I've missed the chance to ever get him And only five days late...

 

You should ask anyway, you never know, the worst answer would be no.

A lovely update; Haru accepted my late order form! I'm so happy; I've wanted an Adori for so long, and I really thought that I'd forever lost my chance of having him! I already have a character in mind for him, which isn't usually the case for me! Still need to come up with a name, though (lol). So very excited for my sweet little boy!

Hey, to anyone that has a small Geuru, what size wig do you prefer? I've seen some people use 5-6 and others use 6-7 and I wanted opinions.

 

I prefer 5/6. I have a leekeworld 6-6.5 on her right now and its too loose

I just made the first payment on my Adori boy, and I'm already impatient for him to get here! I did have a question for those who already have Adoris; I ordered both heads and a faceup...the faceup is just on the regular head, correct? I would love if there were a faceup on both, but I'm basically 100% positive that that's not the case. I would have asked for a faceup on both heads, but I wouldn't really be able to afford the extra cost right now. I want to know for certain so I can plan if I'll simply commission a faceup on the smiling head to match the other head later on, or if I'll make it another doll entirely...perhaps a twin or sibling.

 

I ordered two Geuru heads and paid $150 for face up on both, so yeah, they charge separately for each head.

The first batch of babies that need faceups got sent to Russia the other day, according to Haru’s stories on Instagram.

Actually does anyone know what the original estimated time of arrival was on this preorder? Idk if I’ve actually even seen him say it anywhere...

the April preorder arrived in August... so I guess we should expect January? What do you guys think?

 

In the Sept preorder story on his Insta he says 2-3 months depending on the number of orders. So I would say yeah, probably January depending on where you are to account for shipping times. I wouldn't expect any later than that though unless he says something.

 

I'd say January would probably be a good guess! Perhaps February, though. It depends on whether or not the dolls have faceups and if there are any shipping delays due to that 'rona. The estimate was 2-3 months depending on the number of orders, but longer for dolls with faceups. I imagine there might be a delay even on the dolls without faceups due to the crazy influx of packages that will probably be going around this holiday season since many people still aren't able to go to physical stores.

Side note, but I mentioned earlier on this thread that I'd only ordered a faceup for one of my Adori's heads, and that I was trying to decide if the second head would just be another character since I didn't know how I'd be able to make the two faceups match. But then Haru messaged me on IG asking if I wanted to change my order to add a faceup on the second head! I have enough money for two faceups now, so I'll be getting a faceup on both heads - he'll just add more to the second payment. I'm really excited for my boy to arrive! Some of the clothes that I ordered for him arrived today, and I'm just picturing how cute he'll look in them! With my late order plus the changes made, though, I imagine I'll probably be the last to receive my Adori, lol. No complaints here; I'm still just grateful that Haru accepted my late order. Hopefully that bit of an extra wait will give me enough time to come up with a name.

AHH, Haru emailed me this morning to say he'll be sending my Geuru next week! I know it'll be a few more weeks before she gets here but I am HYPE.

 

I got an email for my Geuru twins, too! I still need to make the final layaway payment; I’m just waiting on three Christmas check gifts to clear into my bank account, and then I’ll get them paid off! I can’t wait to see them in person! I love Haru’s dolls so much!

 

I'm trying not to obsess over my Willows tracking. My last EMS package took three weeks to get from Korea to USA so it might be a bit before she makes it here. I will need to get her some eyes >w<

 

Um, I just looked at the tracking and according to USPS my little girl will be here Monday... I don't know HOW, he just shipped her the 31st, but I'm not gonna complain! The sooner she gets here the sooner I can start making her clothes. I've been scouring crochet patterns for cute dresses...

 

Mine landed in New York, and was given to USPS, but hasn’t cleared customs yet.

 

Apparently, USPS is a liar; mine is also in customs limbo for now. Hopefully they clear her soon!

Sure enough, here she is!

I was super glad my dad was home to receive her and sign, since the mail ran after I got to work.

Now to finish the little sweater I was making for my other yosd, but will probably end up on her until I get clothes made... She nakey! And I'm still waiting on my AC order with eyes, except I was a genius and ordered a body for one of my floating heads at the same time, so it'll probably be a month or more before I see those.

 

Alas, my Willow was part of the face-up group that got sent back to him after the artist's postal service held on to it for a month. Haru gave me the option to have her sent blank, but I'd rather have the face-up, so she's going to be another 3 months or so in arriving. Ah well.

 

Sigh, I watched the September preorder come and go and... I'm really hurting over it lol, so I'm trying to plan for this year. Haru said there miiight be a 2nd Eorin preorder in October. Does anyone by chance have all the measurements for Eorin? His site page and insta seem like dead ends. I tried to ask him for measurements directly, but I don't think he understood me and I hate to bother him more than I already did.. ugh.

I just want to know what to shop and sew for... she looks like a very petite/thin yosd.

 

So my order with eyes came in (10 pair grab bag), and none of them are anything I would have picked out myself, but some of them are so good on her. I think these orange ones are my favorite though. (Also featured is the cute sweater I made her.) There is so much chaotic energy coming from this child. I need to name her...

 

All these babes are giving me life! I can’t wait to see some of the ones with faceups come in!

My girls are currently off getting faceups done, because was too intimidated to work on the smiling Geuru, myself.
