Here's a thread to talk about Guard Love 1/6 and 1/5 dolls!
Guard Love is a Chinese maker formerly known as DollLove.
There is a DollLove discussion, but didn't want to take over a place to discuss dolls before the rebrand, since the sculpting style has changed significantly since then.

One thing I love about Guard Love tinies is, there are so many options for bodies and hands! They have heights ranging from 18cms (6.0 body) to 29.3cms (1/5 body), a nice range of colors, and I hear they can do some color matching on request (like to Mia).
I have a 1/5 Yami in tan, I absolutely love her I will take and share her photo sometime soon. I want to get her a little sister on the 6.0 body at some point!

In recent news, Guard Love has recently released a winking Yomi, ver A (winking left eye) and ver B (winking right eye)
And a new line of anime-style tinies, called PPEI. Their bodies are stylized similar like PureNeemo dolls (off-topic fashion dolls). and unlike their previous anime YOSD, these ones have 8-9 size heads!

I have my 1/5 girl in a YOSD/USD size short sleeved dress and shoes. Obviously the fit is different because her torso, arms and legs are longer, but it works. The dresses in this scale tend not to be too short since they're very often styled as little kids. Long sleeves and leotards of that scale won't work for 1/5 though. And pants and shorts are ones I have to be careful, they would have to be adjustable and would be much shorter on her legs than intended.

Although Elder sister looks somewhat like a tween size, the numbers say she's pretty close to a long-legs USD, I'm guessing you're probably good to go with most clothes marked YOSD/USD. you should be fine on sleeves and torso and even hips, but maybe long pants is what you might struggle to find.
