Yesss. Can't wait. This company has some great looking sculpts! This guy will be the new face of my very first doll, if all goes well. Lot of pressure to put on him, I suppose!

 

Not a bit. I ordered from DDE and the lead time was given as 12 to 14 weeks, if that helps. It's been a little over 10 weeks since my order and nearing 12 for yours, so you might have some news soon!

My order was with DDE and they didn't have much news for me either, although their customer service rep is very nice

Well that was an amazingly long wait but he did arrive today and the craftsmanship is stunning! Super strong head cap magnets, interesting shape of the head cap and nice thick resin. Good match for the Type 1 Delf in terms of proportion, I sanded the neck a little but that might not even be strictly necessary.

Would love to see more from this company

Ordered Fa Lang through Alice's Collection on April 5th, paid in full. This is my first doll and I live in New Zealand, so I have no idea how long the wait might be!

 

Made another purchase! Dido and Dedo Fullsets in NP ordered on April 30th via 6 month layway ordered direct with GoD.

 

My first order from them shipped a few days ago! Should be here later this week, just hit customs

 

I Just started a 3 month layaway for Hallea in tan skin on August 21 direct with the company. Very anxious and exited for this big girl!

 

Just got a shipping notice! They're sending via EMS. Not sure how quickly it will get here since it's literally the holidays, but I'm so happy she's on the way!

 

I can't wait to see! I've had three EMS packages in the past two weeks and they've not taken any longer than usual, surprisingly! Aside from local post office issues that you already know about XD But the shipping itself from Korea, China, and India has all been super fast despite the mail backlog. My friend ordered an in stock Ares and that arrived in 3 days. Though it was sent via DHL.

 

Oh wow, that's good to know actually. I had a order that was pretty delayed from Japan not too long ago, so I was expecting something similar for this. Good to know ems is generally consistant.

 

She's finally here! I did a box opening for her, if anyone's interested. So, so happy with how she turned out!

I ordered a 27.5 cm Moky about a month ago, I cannot wait for him to get here!! I already received the eyes I bought for him in the mail a few weeks ago, they're just sitting there waiting to go.

 

After 6 months of waiting, my Edie and Ines have arrived! They are so beautiful and the detail and quality is amazing.

 

I'm considering a green sofiar with the new event... nghhh.

Is their current wait time still pretty decent? Like, less than 6 months? lol. (I'm side eying YOU DC and DZ)

Has anyone ordered direct into the EU and did you pay customs charges?

 

Hi, I recently placed an order with Alice's Collections for a fullset Miroro with body blush. I ordered her at the start of October 2019 and on Friday I got a message from Alice saying that she is ready! I waited about a month for her which is amazing! I am in the UK and have EMS shipping, I usually pay around £20 in custom charges. Also, I'm very excited about the new event, I plan to order another 40 cm doll, fullset with body blush.

I'll be going direct via the company's email so should bypass ACBJD double handling. That said, my last order from ACBJD sailed through customs, sounds like I got lucky to not get a charge so hmm.
I guess i risk it as the discount is pretty decent.

Hopefully customs won't kick me too hard.

After being an absolute pain in their side all afternoon I've FINALLY managed to order Miroro for the 11-11 sale. I couldn't figure out how to make the payment, and they finally just made it foolproof for me

I ordered Big Baby Miroro in white, on the boy body. When I finished ordering they told me he should be ready January 5.

 

Lol. I woke up to facebook messages all "you want doll? you want doll? we have dolls!" (well not exactly but you get my meaning)
It was funny. I've never had a company SO eager for my custom before. I find it endearing.

I've paid my first deposit on green sofiar on the 003 body (sooo technically she's a green Tsing Hua? I get confused) but eeeeeek. Exciting.

I've got a 3-4 month layaway unless I get a nice chunk of cash sooner. So she might be a while in coming (Do they start production when you put first payment down or wait?) but that's fine.

Bit of an impulse purchase but she WAS on my wishlist to be fair and this was a really dang good deal. $180 + $30 for the green resin. They let me order the different body even. So fingers crossed she'll be a perfect green giraffe necked girl lol.

 

I ordered a fullset Mona-2 with body body blush in the 11-11 sale.

 

Oh lucky, would love to see pictures of her. I too just placed an order down for the glorious Ymir Fullset, Ymir open eye head, the coffin special, Night Wolf Alphonse Fullset and elf boy jointed hands. Hopefully I won't wait too long since I got my partner into bjds and into his first layaway with me.

OMG, my 11/11 doll just showed up at my door today (well, technically yesterday) and I wasn't expecting it at ALL. I thought they told me that my doll would be shipped on the fifth of January... not arrive on the fifth! Needless to say I'm super impressed, way to go GEM!

Miroro is beautiful, I'm really impressed by the Big Baby body's posing ability... Double jointed and mobility joints and everything!

 

My Mona has been shipped! Can't wait for her to arrive, I am so happy

And their green is GORGEOUS omg.

I'm waiting for decent warmer weather to wipe her face and start again though. They got a bit confused and gave her a faceup but they didn't charge me for it so I don't mind. I just am not entirely sure the orange shades really... work with green.

I'm also waiting for Candykitten to reopen so I can order some nice eyes. She came with a pair of grey eyes but they're a bit dull.
I want colour!

I'm very impressed with Gem. The doll is gorgeous, finished impeccably. Her faceup is really nicely done too (eyelashes even. And WOW they do nice eyebrows, I mean those are some LOVELY eyebrows) and she seems to have pretty good engineering. I got the elongated msd body they used for er... the limited release doll I can't remember the name of.
It's super stretched and strange and I dig it.

Their customer service was really nice too. I did everything via facebook which i've never done before (lol) and it was all fine. They never gave me a dispatch notice but they did tell me when the doll was ready.

I'd order again if they had any other sculpts I had ideas for.

 

I've just placed an order with Alice's Collections for Henry and the White Rabbit with a three month layway. Hopefully the order goes through before the sale ends!

 

I'm super tempted to get a boy, why do they only have one male doll? Lol. I'm not sure which head i'd want though, i'm indecisive there but i'm super curious about their MSD boy body.

Holy moly it’s barely been one month, and the order is already ready! Don’t know why Alice’s Collections didn’t tell me on their own. I had to e-mail them to ask when they wanted the next payment. I went ahead and paid him off, and he’ll be shipped for free in a couple of days!

 

Lucky. Alittle frustrating for me considering that I had a large expensive pre-order (granted I know that might take longer) that has taken 6 months and 2+ something weeks and I'm just now getting replies and all because I feel like I'm actually pestering via Facebook (yet still didn't answer the tracking number question I asked about) and emails (was responsive at first) and even sent their representative here on DoA a message/inquiry (still waiting)

Ok sorry rant over.

 

@CometChild I'm so sorry, I really hope it gets cleared up and they reply to you soon, that's so frustrating. A big order of large or multiple dolls taking ~6 months does make sense, but bad communication can just ruin the experience...

I caved due to the discontinuation sale and placed a green Cia on 4 month layaway on the 8th of this month, with a couple extra outfit goodies from Alice's Collections. I was so happy to find out the 1/6 body was updated, it looks great and I've loved her cute bratty face for years but the old body made me hold off.

@purple_monkfish your hype about the green resin has me HYYYPE! Can I bother you for a photo?

I did not come into this hobby thinking I'd want any fantasy resin dolls but I am totally here now LOL

I'm kinda say they're discontinuing their wierd sofiar and sofier sculpts because they're so different to anything else they've made.

I' m a sucker for green resin though. I LOVE green.

 

I'm getting more and more enchanted with their dolls and disenchanted with their customer service.

I've gotten a majority of my order and with a postal carrier that CALLS and asks if ANYONE is home to grab (going on 2 calls now. Waiting on that third)

So far Ymir fullset. Check. Coffin. Check. Alphonse boots, mask and weapon. Check.

Elf jointed hands. No check. Alphonse fullset. No check.

 

Oh damn, that's frustrating.
I wonder if companies are kinda rushing things right now and making a lot of dumb mistakes.
My Dream Valley order was missing a set of eyes and one of the certificates!

I had pretty good luck contacting them via facebook so that is an option maybe?

I hope you get your last few bits soon, that's so stressful!

Clover Singing have 30% off right now and i'm eyeing the dolls but honestly none of the faces grab me. But Henry FACINATES me because he's the only boy and it's so wierd that they went to all that trouble to sculpt an msd boy but never released any others.
Does anyone have the male body? Is it any good?

 

FINALLY got the final bit of my order but now instead of waiting to check it all. I have to wait for out of town partner to come and open in it . Since we'll "technically" it's his.... all because I had to get him hyped up into my hobby.

 

I ordered this little one in august, and she arrived to me in october- i wonder if she was actually done sooner than that, but i had compiled two orders with acbjd so it shipped together a bit later. still, 4 months is nothing!! I love her so much.
