Funny idea came to mind (BJD as Elf on the Shelf)

Some of the outfits made for Elf on a Shelf will actually fit some YoSD sized dolls.

 

Here it would be Cat On The Shelf.

 

I guess I should make an outfit, then!

 

Oh dear lordy, I have an elf girl...... She's going to hate me for this.

 

My son had the exact same idea...he asked me to dress up one of my dolls and use them as his elf this year.

 

I work at Michael's and I saw that they actually sell the clothes for the elves.. aaand they'd totally fit a yosd. There's like little hoodies and Christmas tree suits and some tutus, if I can remember right.

 

Would that be in the Christmas section? I need this.

 

I've got a puffy jacket for my Tiny boy that came from Elf on the Shelf clothing - it was on deep discount last year in January.

 

My Sharmin is almost fully dressed like the elf on the shelf, I swear the look she is giving me is "Really?! a whole box of things to wear and you give me THIS?!"

At mine, they're in the middle of the store where we keep the bulk of the Christmas decorations. They're like on an end cap by stocking stuffers? It's probably totally different than whatever store you're close to but if you ask an associate they'd probably know!

 

Really? I might have to go get try some Elf on the Shelf clothes on my YOSDs

 

I bought some Elf on a Shelf clothes at Amazon, based on this thread. I hope they work out - thanks for the idea! The little hoody and the nightgowns were too cute to resist.

 

This is an adorable idea, but my only elf is an MSD and she'd probably stab me with her resin sword if I tried to put her in that kind of clothing. Maybe just a hat...?

 

i need more elf like doll qwq i have lots of characters for it but still cant afford them right now T_T only have a little one for this and yepp hes on the shelf right now xD hope santa gives me my incoming two heads safely ><

Oh my goodness xD I would totally do that for my cute elf sd boy. It would be pretty funny. Such a fun idea
