Taobao is full with them, since the Chinese community is very fond of the ID75. Likewise Instagram, try to find clothes maker there and their Taobao shops with the right tags.

 

I would like to point out that since the Chinese community is fond of them and their size overall, if you see something labeled as "uncle size," it is most likely going to be ID75 friendly. "Uncle" is a term of endearment towards older men, implying that the dolls in that size range are more mature looking than your typical 1/3 scale

 

Uncle is usually used for the regular bigger 70cm (like SSDF, or Spiritdoll Proud). ID72 and ID75 are usually labeled as such, because they're way bigger (especially the ID75).
