Chameleon participated in my most recent Ersa Flora GO, and was a terrific participant! She was great at communication, prompt with payment, and all around a model GO participant. I'd highly recommend her to other sellers and organizers, and would love to have her in a future GO as well.

Chameleon and I did a trade for a bronze Vesuvia scorpion torso for the regular one. Since there was a layaway for the difference, there was a long time to have a great conversation which I very much enjoyed. I purchased a PopoDoll Ramiel head from @Chameleon. She was very willing and accommodating to questions that I had about the head and showed me photographs the day she inquired about my WTB.

The head was wonderfully packaged in multiple layers of bubble wrap, and she was very friendly and prompt in her responses and mailing out the package even with the winter holidays! She made sure to notify me when the package was sent with the tracking information. The head arrived in wonderful condition with a new resin smell.

I bought an Impldoll Iris head from chameleon and it went perfectly from beginning to end. The head was wonderfully packaged in multiple layers of bubble wrap, she was friendly and extremely easy to deal with, even mailing out the package in the middle of all the madness going on. She even was willing to make alternative arrangements for shipping if circumstances changed. She made sure to notify me when the package was sent with the tracking information, and the head arrived in wonderful condition with a really pretty set of eyes included.

I did a partial trade with Chameleon (a Ringdoll body in exchange for $ + a set of DollBakery eyes and a set of Tianba eyes), and the entire transaction went wonderfully! Chameleon was super friendly throughout, provided clear pictures of the eyes being offered, sent payment right away, and shipped the eyes on time and packaged well. Upon receipt, the eyes were exactly as described. I would happily do business again in the future!

 

I bought a Classydoll girl body from Chameleon. She was especially awesome to deal with, as we had some difficulties with shipping, because of a PayPal screwup with my address.

Chameleon was great, having shipped out my item very promptly!

However, I realized after the fact that for some reason PayPal used my old address on the payment of invoice, even though I had gone into my account shortly after my move and removed the old address.

I panicked a bit for sure, and asked Chameleon for help contacting UPS. They were very unhelpful and rude to her.

Finally, after I had contacted them too, they registered a change of address, but on delivery day still delivered to my old address! I had to contact them again, and they managed to reclaim the parcel and re-deliver to my new location.

The parcel appeared to have been opened by the old address, but luckily they hadn't lost any parts.

Throughout all of this, Chameleon was so patient and helpful! I'm very grateful, as I absolutely realize that the glitches were not her fault.

So, positive transaction with this actual seller, but watch out for your address info, and always confirm before the parcel goes out.

Two big for Chameleon, who just may be a secret shape-changing lizard after all, as they displayed inhuman patience with what should have been a simple trade.

In August 2022, I messaged them about a Soom Alex head, offering my Twigling Eloy head in exchange. They were very receptive, and an exchange was set. We were able to get our packages to post on time, and Alex arrived to me safely within about two weeks from Canada. However, this is where the smooth sailing ended.

USPS did its due diligence in handing Eloy over to Canada Post in a timely manner. Canada Post proceeded to attempt delivery once, then immediately started to ship Eloy back to me. Chameleon contacted me that morning, and I made an emergency call from work to have the parcel halted and sent back. The rep was kind, and promised me that it would be delivered with no further delays. But after sitting on it for two weeks with no more attempts made, Canada Post abruptly sent it all the way back to USPS.

USPS rebuttled by returning it to Canada Post. By now it was September. Once again, they sat on it for an entire month with no effort made, then marked it as 'rejected by recipient' and sent it back to me. They also claimed that they would call Chameleon to follow up on the situation in August. They never did. On October 22nd, Eloy arrived on my doorstep in a bashed-up box. Thankfully he was no worse for wear.

After some minor communication kerfuffles on my part, Chameleon came up with a better solution: ship him via a special UPS label. They provided the label and I paid them back, as it was the least I could do after all this time. Eloy arrived safe, sound, and fast this time, making it by January 2023.

Ya still with me?

This entire time, Chameleon never complained, never blamed me, and kept calm. You can't dream up trade partners like this- I've had people blow up on me for less, but there was no time at all when we weren't able to work things out as a team. Words don't express the appreciation I feel that, for all the hiccups, it went smoothly on our end. There aren't enough stars to leave. 100/10 trade partner, would recommend.

 

Chameleon purchased a Little Rebel Jelle head from me. The entire transaction was great! Friendly communication and fast payment. Also, I mistakenly sent the head via First Class Internation instead of EMS and Chameleon was completely understanding and kind about it. I appreciate her understanding so much.
