zomjirate bought a Soom Breccia/Dollfactory Hybrid from me on layaway. Communication was great and her payments all punctual. When the Breccia arrived to her, she was broken due to a mistake from the postal office. I've immediately contacted my post office to seek and get a refund but her postal office apparently had no idea on how to act in such a case and because of that we didn't get any refund. I offered then to at least pay a part of the repair costs but she kindly refused She remaind kind and nice through all the transaction and was very understanding in a difficult situation, I would recommand her as a buyer to anyone! I just bought an Oasisdoll Naomi head from zomjirate.

This was an excellent transaction, as zomjirate was very pleasant, and helpful. She provided all requested information, and disclosed all issues about this head (modification, which left tiny sanding lines on the chin).

She was also nice enough to negotiate an attractive shipping price, and once I paid, she shipped exactly on time! Plus, she packaged the doll head very well, and the shipping method she chose was SUPER FAST! I couldn't believe how quickly the head arrived!

Leaving positive feedback for zomjirate. I purchased a Soom Arkose body from her. This is an older Soom body. I want to say I am absolutely amazed at the condition of this body. I swear it doesn’t even look a year old. That’s how well it was taken care of. This is a first for me in my almost 12 years in this hobby. I’ve gotten resin pieces that were a year old that were insanely yellow. She was also AMAZING to deal with and held the body for me until I had the funds. She let me know as soon as it was shipped and packaged very well. I would more than happily work with her again that’s for sure. I also highly recommend her n.n
