I bought a Resinsoul Mei from Zomjirate. She was extremely friendly the whole time and was very good and frequent at communicating through PMs. The doll and her extras came to me fairly quickly and I was very pleased with that.

I don't feel the doll was packaged properly at all. I am surprised, but extremely relieved and happy that Mei didn't arrive to my house broken. The only "damage" she sustained was a little bit on her faceup and eyelashes, but it's extremely minor. I also don't believe Mei was represented in her sales thread accurately. There was some very obvious, very uneven yellowing that wasn't disclosed. I was disappointed to see it when I unwrapped her.

All in all, the discrepancies were easy to fix and I'm still happy with her. I hope that Zomjirate packages her items to ship out better in the future so that no accidents will happen!

zomjirate commissioned me a minisupia sized wardrobe. the transaction has been smooth all during the process. I hope she 's been satisfied with the job I've made for her. She's been really a cute and nice person to work with.

 

I had zomjirate participate in my Outfit Swap Mark II, and after they received their package they dropped off the face of the earth. No contact was made stating there were any problems, and they never shipped to their swap partner. Luckily, I was their partner and as such there was a lot less clean-up, however that is no excuse.

I PMed zomjirate repeatedly regarding their lack of communication and whether they needed an extension, or if something was wrong, and later also asked for an explanation for their lack of communication. They have been active on the forum multiple times between receiving their gift, and as such I assume has seen my PMs.

I offered zomjirate multiple chances to ask for an extension, even well after the swap had closed, and received no response. From this point I will not be allowing zomjirate to participate in my swaps, as I would not feel comfortable pairing them up with someone when I am not 100% sure that they would complete the swap requirements.

Alongside not sending a gift to their partner, zomjirate did not participate in the swap thread as per the swap rules, and also did not take photos of their swap gifts and post them in the gallery thread (again, this is part of the swap rules).

I purchase a Minisup Yisol from Zomjirate and the transaction was perfect in my opinion ! I asked her if she could hold the doll for a week to 10 days for me , understanding that she might not want to or that she might have other people interested in this lovely girl but she so kindly did ! The communication was very good all the way through , she was patient and very swift to answer all my PMs (within a matter of minutes to 1-2 hours ! ) , also she was pleasant to talk to . She shipped my girl a lot sooner than she stated she could in her sales thread , which mentioned that she'd be able to ship within 1-2 weeks of recieveing the money , but she shipped the next day , which was very nice of her and greatly appreciated . The package arrived within the time-frame mentioned and everything was extremely carefully packed . When I opened the box , to my surprise everything was even prettier than I could ever wish for . Lastly I shouldn't forget to mention that she so kindly included a free wig that is superb and an extra pair of eyes . I would gladly do business with her again !

Zomjirate participated in the third round of my shirt swap. Due to some serious shipping issues, there were a lot of really big delays. She was very patient and understanding, however, and we were able to eventually get everything sorted out.
