I bought a Leeke wig from revien. The wig is very beautiful. It was well packaged and communication went very well. The only downside from this transaction was that I paid for fast shipping and I didn't receive my item for two weeks. This wouldn't have given me a second glance minus the fact that I paid for 3-5 day max shipping and we both live in the U.S. I couldn't figure out why it had taken so long but I looked at the shipping sticker and it said it was shipped two weeks after I had paid. The seller insists that it was shipped when she says it was (which was the 25th) so I will have to take her at her word, but I would have rather paid for slow shipping then spend the extra money when it didn't get to me any faster. Overall a good transaction minus the shipping.

 

Seller refunded me difference for price of expensive shipping. Very impressed. Thank you!

NEUTRAL FEEDBACK

Bought a Volks MSD outfit from revien on Wednesday the 8th. The transaction was successful; however, there were lapses in communication that made it stressful.

Originally saying she was going to ship on Friday, the 10th, she then let me know she hadn’t been able to and would ship on Saturday instead, and would confirm after she did. That was fine.

But I didn’t hear from her after that and finally convo’d her on the next Wednesday morning, the 15th, convo’d again asking for an update on Thursday morning and again on Thursday evening, as I had to change plans if the outfit wasn't going to arrive by that Friday. She only replied on Friday evening and told me the outfit had been sent out on Wednesday and would arrive on Monday the 20th. She refunded the $3 postage, which I didn’t ask for or want. Since it was coming 1st class, I replied that if she’d only let me know she was going to be sending it much later than Saturday, I would have sent her more money so it could go Priority.

The package did arrive on the 20th, safe and sound, and well packed. However, the postage label has a date of Friday the 17th. If someone's shipping unavoidably late, life happens and we deal with it; but don’t not update for a week and then fib about what day it actually did go out.

Same as above. You have to be patient for the shipping. I bought SD13 body from her and paid before 4 July, she said she will send it to me after the national holiday. It took her weeks to really shipped it and she didn't reply my PM until I mailed to her by email. She explained that she wasn't in the US but she already shipped it to me without gave me the tracking and the package was "returned" to her while she was away.

She sent it again and gave me the tracking, refunded my shipping which I didn't asked. I also have a problem with the USPS tracking system that I didn't know at that time that some international shipping package can't be track on USPS website. I was worried because It's been a week but the tracking still not found. I mailed, PM or even tweeted to her asked about whether she knew this but she never replied. I have to start a thread asking this from other member to know about this USPS situation and also paging her.

I paid for the body on 2 July and I got my package on 22 August....If she constantly keep in touch with me and explain I wouldn't be this worried.

I finished a two week layaway for a Volks SD16 body on the 18th of April with revien. She replied saying she would send it out that week. When she failed to message me my tracking number, I tried to follow up with her, but she never replied again. I tried to contact her via her active twitter account and directly to the email attached to her PayPal, but nothing came from it. I don't really know why she decided to not follow through with our transaction, but I know she had been chatting with mutual friends and posting on twitter while I was trying to get in contact with her. I waited over two months for her to ship or write back, but never replied to me or PayPal when I finally did file a dispute. I got my money back, thankfully. Unfortunately, I find her very unreliable and will never deal with her again.

Communication was okay for questions, but there was no confirmation about shipping past "will ship same or next day after payment" (which was the 7th). Nearly two weeks pass and no tracking number, I wrote to inquire on the 19th and after another two days the package finally arrived. Was supposed to ship on the 6th or 7th but my shipping label says the 15th, so clearly it wasn't shipped when stated. Item was in as described condition. Packaging was questionable.

 

revien purchased a pair of dollflower eyes from me. Payment was sent on the promised date. Communication was prompt and friendly during the whole transaction. I couldn't ask for a better buyer!
