pianissimo responded to my WTB an Iplehouse Mari posting. She was responsive, honest, emailed me great pictures and disclosed any ware and tear the doll had. She was happy to include extras (clothing and such) with the doll, and ship her internationally unstrung.
The box arrived quickly and was double boxed, each part wrapped and labeled with the upmost care. I have never received a doll so well packed and cared for.
