The boots are perfect, were a great price with inexpensive shipping, and were shipped right away. ArvenSS held my hand a bit while I waited, always responded when I touched base. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from ArvenSS again, I'd just be ready to wait on Postal Services if we're still living in a global pandemic!

I literally DID NOT hesitate to purchase again from ArvenSS; I jumped right back in and bought a pair of Volks boots and 2 Volks outfits, because I knew they would be in excellent condition and with no missing parts. Of course they were carefully packaged and arrived safely. International shipping is recovering; this time the duration till delivery was just 20 days. ArvenSS has always been a pleasant person in communication.

Communication was great, he was super well packed (and they even took pictures of how he was packed before sending him), and they also let me know that it would take a while due to the post being backed up (which was also fine!). He arrived safe and SUPER well packed (took a while to get him out hahaha!). Definitely recommend as a seller!

This package unfortunately went missing in her country for several months with no fault of her own. With Covid 19, things are a little crazy. After a long while of waiting and nothing happening I pmed her and she was nice and so helpful in trying to track it down and get the Postal there to find it. We finally got some movements months later and I was so happy. She let me know that it was in my country and on it's way to me. Some mishaps with my country mail but yeah. It got to me. This time, from ArvenSS, I purchased a very nice pair of Volks boots that don't show any wear, in original packaging which identifies them as part of the 'La Parsonal Collection.' ArvenSS added bubblewrap to the inside and the outside of the original packaging so that nothing was damaged by shipping. The package was sent quickly and the waiting did not seem long; I haven't ever had any trouble with packages shipped by ArvenSS.
