Replies were prompt, and when they were unable to mail the package on the original mailing date, I was informed immediately, and was told when they'd next be able to ship off the package. I was then informed when the package was shipped on the new shipping date. Upon arrival the horns were well packaged and protected. I would certainly order from them again, and recommend them as a seller.
