When did every order theirs? Mine was February 9 so it'll be helpful to see who's getting theirs when, though I'm sure it's not going to be an exact chronological order XD

I ordered mine on Feb 14 and I got the shipping notice on 4/2.

 

Still waiting, I ordered a gray toki with faceup from FL on 2/13 and a ns toki with faceup from DDE 2/29

It's exciting to see everyone's new friends as they come in! I don't expect to hear anything soon, I ordered March 2 through DDE.

 

I also ordered Feb. 9th. I received the shipping notice on March 28, and the package arrived last Monday, April 1st. She is a normal skin Kaka, and I had factory faceups on both faceplates.

 

I ordered February 8th from FairyLand. I ordered blank , tan Toki and a blank , ns Kaka. I have not heard yet.

On February 17th, I also ordered a ns Tyni from FairyLand with a face-up and now that I've seen @Fairy Milliner 's, I am very excited about him!! I haven't heard from that one either.

I suspect I will hear any day now, at least for the first order, unless they are doing tan last.

 

I also ordered on the 8th, multiple NS with & without face-ups and I haven't heard anything. Excited for everyone though and ready to see this feed flooded with cute new pics!

 

My normal skin Kaka with two face ups arrived yesterday! Kaka was ordered Feb 10. I ordered Toki also about ten days later.

 

I ordered a tan Toki with face up on 2/16 from FL and got my shipping notice this morning.

 

I also ordered multiple NS with and without face-ups and my status "processing " hasn't changed since the day I made the order on February 9

 

Just curious - Did everyone receive the extra magnets (for the faceplates) with their order? I didn't this time. It's not a big deal really, because I know the plates stay on pretty well without them, but I like the extra security.

 

I've been trying to get more into the doll hobby again lately and I've realized my Soso is in desperate need of new clothes and eyes.
The only outfit he has is one I attempted to make myself, but I am not a fan of it.
I've looked on etsy, but it's mostly just hats and dresses.
I had an outfit years ago that was like little pants with a single crossbody overall strap and a matching long elf hat.
I'd love to find something like that again.
Does anyone have any recommendations on where I could buy clothes that aren't just dresses?
Or does anyone know of someone who takes commissions for a doll that small?

Another issue I've been having is with his eyes? They're just so small and dark that I can't ever get them to show up on camera.
Is it just because I'm using my phone camera?
I feel like all the pictures I see in this thread have very visible eyes, but my poor Soso just looks like he has no eyes in his head half the time.
Would a lighter eye color help them be more visible?
He has the default eyes he came with. He's a tan Soso from the Egyptian themed release a couple years ago.

My Toki arrived home this week. Here is a pic of him with Obi in the gray that was available in his initial release. The new gray is much darker. Now I wish I would have gotten another one in this elf gray color. I did order Tyni in blue gray from DDE and I'm excited to get him home too. I hope they have another Realpuki ordering period with different sculpts later this year.

They look really good together! thanks for the comparison. It makes me wish I had gotten one in this color - Maybe DDE will have some in stock.

 

I was SO excited that we were able to get face ups on the little ones in the fantasy colors. I would have ordered one of the Realfee's in one of the fantasy colors if they had offered face ups on them. I hope they do another ordering period and offer the purple shade they did for the Realfee's for the Realpuki's.

DDE is usually really good about ordering extra. It'd been so long since we'd seen any action with FL that I missed when Obi was originally for sale in 2020. DDE to the rescue!

 

I think they might end up with extras from abandoned layaways too.

 

What style of clothes are you looking for? I’ve seen the overalls you’re talking about but the one person I know that makes them doesn’t sew for that size anymore.

 

I miss all the Russian sellers on Etsy that used to crochet/knit for these little tiny ones. It is really hard to find people that sew for this size anymore.

 

Honestly, anything other than dresses?
I'd love if I could find something like leggings/pants and a tunic or vest?
That would be ideal.

 

I remember seeing a lot more Realpuki stuff a few years ago and now there’s not much. I do know of a couple sellers on Etsy but I don’t think they are the style you’re looking for. I remember when I had a Lati White last year and messaged so many seamstresses on instagram and facebook that used to sew for this size and they don’t anymore. I did read on here that Petite Blythe might fit?

The Petite Blythe are skinny so I would look for things that look baggy on them. I never tried Petite Blythe on my Lati White, I just read on here a couple times that it fits.

My sassy girl is one of the older sculpts, Sira. All of the anticipation on this thread & a new wig inspired me to finally take some new pictures!

Thank you! The wig is by Marie Patterson of Wee Dollywears. The overalls are old, sorry I can’t remember the maker but I’m pretty sure it was an Etsy seller that’s no longer selling.

It’s so exciting to see so many arrivals! I ordered on 2/13, a tan Toki and tan Soso both with face-ups. No movement yet, but even if it happens within the next few weeks that’s earlier than I anticipated.

 

Weird thing is that I didn't hear anything from FairyLand but I just got a notice from DDE that my Pukipuki Ante is on the way! And I ordered my Ante couple of weeks later than my Realpukis.
As you said misskirara, it's still much earlier than anticipated

 

Same thing happened to me! I just learned my Pukipukis have come into DDE but my realpukis are not ready yet at FairyLand. Still, like you said, this is very quick!

 

@Lemon Balm Sprite and @Dollquest - when did you guys place your orders with DDE for your Pukipukis?

 

And me as well! My Pukipuki already has a DDE shipping label and I ordered her March 1st, while I ordered the Realpuki on Feb 12th and they are still processing.

 

That's a really pretty grey. I'd assumed it was the same grey as Obi too and went for the blue instead. I wish I'd also got an elf grey but there was only one realpuki that I didn't already have.

 

I ordered Realpukis (multiple NS from FairyLand) on February 9 and Pukipuki from DDE on February 29

 

I ordered a realpuki and a pukipuki on March 2nd from DDE, maybe I'll hear something later in the month. I can't wait to see the new arrivals!

 

I keep checking my order tracking but no movement yet! fingers crossed it's soon!

 

Just playing with Toki a bit. I put his sleeping face on! I'm so glad they gave us the option of getting face ups on both faceplates, on all colors this time!

Exciting!! I'm hoping they get my blue Tyni in stock soon!! I also went to their website this morning and somehow ended up with an Elf Gray Soso in my cart. I love Soso so much that I had to have her in this color too, lol.

 

And since I had my props out..............next to Soso, this little face just may be my favorite of the bunch.(although I do love them all!) I just love his little smirk.

The re-release has made me dog out my crew. I'd really like to get some scene setter props - any recommendations for props please? Also, does anyone know where I can get eyes from and their size? My soso has black eyes which means you really can't see them.

Has anyone attempted to do their own face-up on a realpuki? I have a blank faceplate but i don't want to spend £100 on something so tiny!

Love all your props, the wee ones really look so much at home. Are they the resin things you find for fairy gardens?

 

Yes, I've found most of them at Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics in the fairy garden sections.

I'm sure this is familiar tale: I started looking at in-stock dolls while waiting for my first, long pre-order and Denverdoll.com had the funniest little face show up - so now I'm getting a tan Obi. It's already shipped and I'm following the tracking info multiple times a day. I just couldn't resist that funny wee face! The same thing happened to me with a Realpuki! if you are tracking on a cellphone, I recommend the AfterShip app. it sends a text message every time there is an update to the tracking!
