All the zoes are great!! Thank you! But i must ask, can I see some Luna's? I'm so undecided on who i like best!
All these photos of Zoe have been driving me crazy. I finally pre-ordered an a la carte Zoe from Denver Doll. This will be the first time I re-order a doll I sold years ago. Never should have sold her in the first place.
One of us, one of us.... Sacred Monsoon, here's my Luna, Samira. She was one of the first few PKFs to arrive at the Troop. SamirablueWC by clochette62, on Flickr
Yay, I think all us members of the 'Why did I sell my Zoe' club will be as eagerly awaiting her arrival as you are! @SacredMonsoon you're going to hate me for this but seeing as your taste appears to be similar to mine another sculpt I have been looking at is Rosanna. I've also been looking at Luna as well lol so your request has been most helpful to me too! @LadyMadrigal, @clochette, @TeaPartyRevolution your little Lunas are utterly adorable!
Took a few quick photos of Tuppence in the evening sunshine as I realised I didn't have any with her softer dusky pink lashes and darker eyes. The change of lashes was intentional as the black ones she had were too harsh, the change of eyes however wasn't. I accidentally dropped and lost one of the eyes she had but after trying a few other pairs it turned out these cheap brownish glass ones actually suited her better! Does anyone know where I can get some faun legs for a girl PukiFee? I wish Fairyland would make one, I love the ones they made for Fairyline. I know Daisy Dayes used to make some but I think she's still taking a break.
Tuppence is wicked cute, @Blodeuwedd - She exhibits the most joie de vivre I've seen in a doll. (I lost a doll eye, too. In the house, no less, on a wood floor where it should have been immediately visible and retrievable. Never found it.) The brown eyes suit her.
I am not a fan of the Pong sculpt in general, but Tuppence won me over. The prettiest, cutest pong there is.
Haven't been on this thread in a while and thought I would drop in and tack a picture up. This is Pio (ws) in his Blackbird full set that I so adore him in.
Awe, thank you guys My daughter has been learning how to do faceups and now her first "professional faceup" subject is Pio's sleep plate. I can't wait to see how it turns out!!
He's great, Kim! Pio is one you don't normally see, I look forward to seeing his sleep plate. I think the only vendor I know that made the faun legs for PKF size was DaisyDayes, I haven't seen her make those in many years. Your best option may be the secondary market. Now, there's a project for someone with 3D printing abilities......
She doesn't make them anymore, due to the varying sizes of PukiFee. I sent an email a while ago to Fairyland, asking if they'd consider faun legs for PukiFee like they did for Fairyline (so amazing). They said they sent the suggestion to their creative team for consideration, so here's hoping that one day PKF can get some full on faun legs. She's adorable!
I just purchased a pukifee spring 2017 event faceplate second hand. Never painted and in perfect condition. This is such a special faceplate and I am so excited to get it!
Thanks! I'm super excited! My collection of fairyland is growing! They got me with their pukifees Isn't it great to find event pukis in never painted condition? They're practically brand new!
My Ena arrived. I swapped out the white lashes for dark (I got the basic.) She's very, very cute. I think her name is Nineveh. ETA - darn. Sorry for the HUGE pic. I can't seem to make it any smaller.... Pukifee Ena by Beth Simmons, on Flickr
Oh, hopefully my Ena will be on her way soon! Something like this? Samira thinks she pulls off pastel fairly well Lavender Dress by clochette62, on Flickr
This is Kiki (my new Spring 2017 event faceplate) borrowing a wig and body from Rory (Icis) Kiki is sporting the Ena fullset outfit that I grabbed in the split I hosted. I plan a Pastel Pop colored wig from Frappzilla for Kiki, and this outfit is definitely hers. ETA: She doesn't have a faceup yet, I am not entirely sure what I am planning for her, but I am considering something with a hint of pastel colors.
Maybe a bit late with commenting on the fum legs but I can make faun feet with magnets of professional polymer clay I made such for Minifees as well. Please don't consider it an ad Basically Amelie and Aisha wanted to come by
Thank you! I tried to resist the lure of the PKF for a couple of years after they were first released (I hadn't really bonded with my LatiYellow girls, and figured it was the size), but once I adopted the first one, it was like potato chips.
I also only planned on one..... I now have two faces sharing one body and another two full dolls incoming......... <.<
I'm not sure of many that have a more realistic proportioned head ratio, perhaps AsleepEidolon's Cookie? The head is the same size, but they are a bit taller than PKF. I have quite a few 1/8 kids from different vendors, most are the same ratio, some even worse. For example, here's Addison, a Dollsbe MilkTea 1/8, next to my Flora girl, Kira: MilkTeaPKF by clochette62, on Flickr (sorry for the naked...I was doing a body comparison for someone)
Haha oh no! Well, at least they are so cute they're worth it! i still think ante might be the one for me, i'm just not quite sure yet! I love zoe, ante, luna, omg
I love that outfit!! I think all these tinies are that way. I just started collecting BJDs and I have 3 Tiny Delfs and now apparently I have switched to Pukifees as I have one on order and at least 4 more planned for my scenario. I can't resist the sleeping heads!!!!
Thank you...I agree, all tinys (including the YoSD/LTF size) are like that for sure. You start with one, then that one needs a friend, and then they both need other friends, and then you end up with a village worth of them and have no idea how that happened. They're so small so it's easy to justify to yourself that you can fit "one more".....
After what seemed like forever, my Ena is finally here! We'll be swapping out her eyes for something a little more visible, but she was quick to choose a name, which is unusual. Peyton by clochette62, on Flickr
Can anyone tell me if pukifee ante takes 8mm eyes or 10mm? I just got my first pukifee and 10mm seems bit too big but I don’t have any 8mm to try. ^_^
Cheyenne (show in the photo at the top) is wearing 10mm Safrin acrylic eyes. Sometimes setting them a bit higher so that a little white shows below the iris helps make the eye look more in proportion (you can see it in the pic of my Flora on this page as well).
Thanks! I will try setting them higher. Right now there is almost no white so the look of your girl above is more what I was hoping for.
I have a pukifee on the way! The faceplate will have to go off to a customiser but I'm super excited. I sold my only pukifee years ago. I'm hoping I'll bond better this time. Time to do some clothes, eyes and wig shopping!
I was looking for this too. I have plans to order a tan Ena and want her to have really dark curly hair and brown regular eyes. I was looking for any postings with Ena and normal eyes and couldn't find any. I just noticed an Ena above this post that has brown eyes.
She's mine, those are the default eyes which need to be adjusted. I know LadyMadrigal posted her Ena girl on the previous page, her kiddo has brown eyes as well
