Lillan (without the i before an, lillan means little in swedish), is a Juri08, I bought her and received her with a modded nose, which still kills me a bit, trying to like her though.. Not a fan of her potatonose. <D

My friend is talented enough to mod the lips a bit, I got the head cheap so I'm not that scared! :--D

Thanks for the compliments, it was nice to photograph minifees, been a while! Now i'm waiting for my shushu to come home from the faceupper and then I will spam her here a bit.. May I ask for a shushu-spam, I wish mine was home already!

I know what you mean, @xenagirl83 - Keheley is a grail doll and one of two that I would never willingly give up. Her character-perfect faceup is about 4 years old and could use sprucing up, but the artist (according to the seller I got her from) seems to have retired.

 

@Bluemoonjules shes lovely! When I get my act together I'll finish the face up on my Sarang.

 

I'm moving today at such a slow pace that it surprised me by how long it took me to answer (sorry about that). Going up a size in wig is very wise and if it is a little loose you can always add a wig cap to Mirwen's head to make everything fit better.

Lovin' the shushus so far! The Juri will get her faceup removed if I can't get her traded in time, or i'll just give up on the whole mold lol.

I know you're really disappointed your Juri was modded, especially since you were trying to replace your old one, but as an observer on the sidelines, I have to say I think she's beautiful, her nose is beautiful (not a potato in sight), and I truly hope you come to love her as she is.

Also,your Shushu looks stunning.

LILITH IS HOME!
She arrived back from her modding/faceup/tattoo today and after a fun first restringing experience with my dad, she's back in one piece!



Vitta Vera did such a great job on her! I love my gothy demon girl so much! I still need to make her horns and work on de-poofing her wig, but she already feels so close to being completed. I'm so excited to take more pictures of her!

Fairyland finally announced the dates of the winter event, but no other details yet "2016 Winter Event is set to start from December 22nd, 2015 till January 24nd, 2016 (KST)"
I think I remember a couple people on this thread waiting for the winter event to order

I'll definitely be sending my dollies to Vitta Vera again in the future. I have a pair of Soom Mylo bunny ears on the way right now for my Ryeon, so once I figure out what kind of blushing I want on them, I'll probably be sending them to her as well.

I'm glad to finally have confirmation of a winter event with dates! I plan to order a PKF and PP as children for my Mirwen Sylvie.

She's based in San Francisco. There were a few weeks of waiting before sending Lilith's parts to her while she completed stuff for people ahead of me, but once she got my package, she completed the work in less than two weeks!

Hello, I have recently in the last year bought four minifee, and I have noticed that a couple of them that are in the M line have extreme bobble head problems. Looking closely at the dolls head, and then the key system you notice the head hole is larger/ key is smaller. I'm some what new to minifee. Are the head holes getting bigger, or is the key system getting smaller? Since I have had minifee sized dolls for about two years, I was wondering if I went through Denver Doll and ordered new key systems and re-strung the dolls maybe the new key system would be bigger?
I have ONE a-line, and she doesn't have this bobble head problem at all. Any advice would be great.

 

@Kirahfaye I had Vitta Vera do the mod on my Soony for me. I think she had to use a dremel in the end to widen the opening in the bottom of the head.

 

FL is using the old heads on the new bodies so that is why the openings are different. Since there are multiple bodies, it's hard for them to have them all be the same size, especially when putting the old heads on the mline body. I know it's their fault for not making the mline neck part the same, but the only thing you can do is do mods yourself. It's just a little sanding issue and really easy to do normally. I think all doll owners have to sand something at some point, so I consider it to be pretty normal.

Also DDE has stated that they cannot order the neck parts separately. You will have to order them directly from Fairyland. If you're not ordering anything else and want to save on shipping, I recommend finding someone who is already ordering from them.

As you can see. My minifee army is growing! I'm waiting on a tan Chloe, and am excited about the upcoming event, trying not to buy any more from the marketplace. They are so addicting!

@Loodles Thank you, I made it! It was fun, I made the pattern and everything, so used to creating human clothes, it's been different working in such small scale. I was thinking about selling some on the marketplace after the holidays, it's nice to know there might be an interest if I do decide to do that. I find it frustrating there isnt a while lot of fantasy/medieval clothes for mnf...

I just wanted to chime in that I got clothes from her recently for my minifees and they were awesome. Well made, great prices, I got 'em fast and she was pleasant to deal with. I like that she has a fair amount of clothing that is sort of neutral, that can be paired with styles both new and old. I'll definitely be buying more as my army expands.
