Having done a chest switcheroo like that myself, I can say that yes, the chests are interchangeable Not sure about the feet though!

albeli - thank you so so much! Yes, the eyes are urhethane from Mako, and they are 12mm size (mako's 12mm are tad smaller then for example standard glass eyes )

On the subject of shoes...I need another one of these face >>> as it sort of just started that shoes were the last thing I would get for my boys, but then I just never did...and now it is a thing among them that they don't wear shoes no matter how elaborate the outfit...I have been in this hobby for 4? years not including trolling around behind the scenes in college, and this month is the first month I am looking to buy shoes for one of them...oi

[MENTION=69411]Rocket[/MENTION] It is not currently possible to order MiniFee Moe-line with A-line bust or vice versa... FairyLand had an event in the past where they offered this option in a la carte, but they haven't done it again since.

As far as feet go, I think I've seen someone switch the magnetic feet out... here's a photo on Flickr showing both types of feet on one pair of legs... I would guess that they're both on the Moe-line girl body. I'm pretty sure the ankle pieces are about the same size, so it's not a big deal to switch them. I've also switched magnetic feet on my Moe-line boy body (I'm not fond of the Moe boy toes) and they fit just fine.

 

Thanks so much for the eye info! Sizing is really important, I think, to give them that special look you want. I think I may go down to a size 12mm on my LTF as well. I like for more white to show.

I love her! And her armbands look great, can't wait to see the rest. And I hear you about the shoes. I'm trying to decide between ordering moe shoes or just going ahead and ordering a line flat and heel feet plus the resin shoes FL makes.

I really think shoes are the last thing. LOL I just bought some dresses and tops, but just imagined what shoes would look like. Did I actually do anything about shoes? No.

 

All of my dolls got their shoes last... Some still don't have them!

 

This is exactly what I was thinking most people do. And I'm going to have to buy tiny little moe shoes OR spend the money to buy them regular size feet, probably heel feet. Plus the shoes. It adds up fast. So I'm thinking they're just going to be barefoot even when they wear dressy outfits.

I just bought a bunch of MNF size clothes and eyes and another wig, and no shoes.

I also bought some cotton fabric earlier today that I'm going to use to make a new quilt for one of my 9 year old's doll beds that I'm going to use for my dolls. The bed is supposed to be for 18" American girl dolls, but it will fit a couple of MNFs nicely. It just needed a less childish quilt. Don't feel bad for my daughter--she has two of these beds (from target) and all her dolls are on her bed with her.

 

I have some A-line magnetic feet, both flat and heel, on the way to me from DDE that I intend to switch with my M-line girls feet. I'll take some pictures as soon as they get here so I can confirm for you. : )

I have the flat mag on feet on my Mirwen and they are just fine. They make finding shoes for her a lot easier!

I still have my Minifee! They're all getting new wigs, soon which is exciting! And I'm going to be giving Van a new faceup eventually which will be incredibly terrifying, but it's still something I'm wanting to do.
I haven't taken a decen photo of my gang in months (I blame my dark house and dead camera)

I took advantage of the special hybrid event, but like was mentioned if you want to do this now you are going to have to set up some kind of swap with someone who wants a larger busted A-line or buy two dolls and sell off the the miss-matched parts. You should't have a problem doing either though, there are always folks looking to hybridize, it's just extra work of course.

As for the ankle parts my understanding is that they are interchangeable. The thing is the two have different attachment systems so you have to have the right ankle parts for the feet in question.
I'll check to see if the ankle cover is the same for both bodies (if I can, I've not dared to tamper with the notoriously tightly strung m-line legs) tonight and get back to you on that. Unless someone who already knows beats me to it.

 

I'm having difficulty with doing a face up on my Liria... She seems to be lacking the facial structure that the promo photos seemed to suggest, and I'm finding her kind of.. Flat? With a far pointier face than I expected, too. Now that many have already arrived, I'm requesting non-default Liria face ups to get a better idea how I can reconceptualize and hopefully figure out something better.

Nearly everything she is wearing was handmade by me! Her shorts are from a lovely etsy seller, and the wig is from here... Other than that, she's wearing about 40 hours worth of work!

I agree, hanging around here gives me so many ideas of who I like and what they should wear. And the fact nobody has actually arrived yet is frustrating. My DDE order will take forever. My shipments from Norway will hopefully not take long. I will have eyes, wigs, and shoes before I have MNFs to put them on.

You really do have some of the most stunning dolls. I've barely been "in" bjds, and in fact I got into it accidentally because my 9 year old wanted me to do a custom Pullip for her, and I saw some faceup vids by Andreja and was struck by lightning--I must have a Minifee!!!
So I started doing google searches for specific MNF dolls and yours were some of the ones I fell in love with.

Love her! MNFs are awesome.
