Does anybody here know of a seller that seller bathing suits in YOSD size that will fit Littlefee? Need a bathing suit for a beach pic shoot that I am planning.

 

Want one cheap and fast? A lot of Barbie suits fit LittleFee! Look for one that is for Barbie, not Skipper and is stretchy. Sometimes I have bought a Barbie to get the suit. Here is one I found. If there isn't a selection at your Walmart or Target store, try Amazon. I have about 8 different ones for my littlefee - both boy's and girl's suits. The only one I found that didn't work was a shiny gold one. Spoiler is another cute picture.

I’m waiting until the last week of March to order a LittleFee, in case Fairyland decides to release a list. I hope their LTF molds and other supplies didn’t need *that* much maintenance, because they’re probably looking at so many panic-orders now.

She’s precious! Do you know how well other Barbie clothes for LittleFee? I know Kelly clothes fit PukiPuki.

Thank you! Many of their t-shirts, some of their shirts and dresses will fit. I have quite a collection of Barbie outfits for my LittleFees (and a box of naked Barbies! Lol!) LittleFees are a bit wider, so you have to choose stretchy items or loose fitting ones.

@Dollquest Oh my gosh, that Hello Kitty swimsuit is adorable. And so is your Chloe, for that matter.

I'd heard somewhere that Ken clothes often fit tinies, it is nice to know that they can fit some of Barbie's as well!

I panic ordered Pongpong and Pongpong2 as Fairyland does not seem to know themselves which molds they are going to discontinue and besides their production breaks seem to last a long time (except maybe a few specials that I may not be interested in). And I have no idea what their modifications will be, so better be safe than sorry. I ordered the boys without face ups or wigs or anything, so it may take a while until I manage to complete them. And I suspect the production time will be long, too, if lots of people order the event dolls or panic order littlefees for fear of missing their favorite sculpt.

So Denver Doll Emporium just announced the LittleFee hiatus on their Instagram and said they’ll release a list of discontinued sculpts once it’s “finalized”; I don’t know if that means they’re coordinating with Fairyland about it or if they’re having to wait along with the rest of us. Either way, it’s the first time a lot of people are hearing about it (a week away!) and they’re upset.

 

Well I decided to go ahead with my Chiwoo anyway, even if he escapes the chop, I'm def glad I'll have him & at least another body to share the fps among while the line gets overhauled. But as I could only do one ltf order I'm 100% sure I'll still mope when the list is released & I hafta reckon with who prob won't be joining the crew

 

I wonder how many Littlefee orders Fairyland will get when people order in fear of discontinuation and a possibly long production break.

 

Ordered my el elf on layaway, couldn't risk them not having it back ever!

So I'll be joining this thread properly sometime this year!

 

What material do you use for the modification? The result looks great.

I ordered my LittleFee boy and decided on Pipi. It was a hard choice between El Elf, Chiwoo, and Pipi. Thanks to all of you who contributed pictures! I didn't consider Pong because I just found a Pong PukiFee on the second hand market. Now I will be waiting with the rest of you all who decided to get in on this last minute rush to get them before they go on hiatus.

@JinCIncy I think your previous photo of Pipi is the one that helped me decide. He is adorable! I only wish I could order him in tan, but I will probably go for a little tow-headed boy since my Jack Straw has the dark hair.

I have a Pukifee Pongpong and a Pukipuki Pongpong, but I still had to get one in Littlefee size.

 

@spih And there Pipi is as a Tow-head! I can't wait! The Pukifee I bought will be my first PongPong. It's funny, I didn't like PongPong at first, but now I love to see him and I can't wait to get mine in the mail! I can see myself getting him in a LittleFee eventually. He is such a rascal! I would love to get him in a pukipuki some day too, but that is one doll that FL has not brought back for a while. This month, at any rate, I am done spending (except to make one last purchase to correct a silly mistake I made - a story for another day.). My wallet needs a rest! Lol!

 

How ‘old’ is your Littlefee? I only have one Littlefee, a Leah, that is the toddler child of my Feeple60 Rin, so in my storyline, she is about 2 yrs old. Anybody else have a younger Littlefee?

 

I think mine are styled about 7 years old. I do sometimes pair them with my Feeple60s though and then they “act” a little younger.

 

I've never thought of my Littlefees of being any specific age. They are certainly old enough to get into mischief. Maybe something beween 5 and 8.

 

I used Aves Studio Apoxie Sculpt, a two part epoxy clay/putty which dries rock hard. It’s workable for about an hour, and is fully set within 24 hours.

It does not look like Fairyland is going to tell which Littlefee molds will be discontinued - unless they do it on the last day. Only a few days left!

 

Just need to blow off steam here: I can't believe they're leaving this so up in the air in the last few days. I don't want to rush to buy something I didn't plan on - especially after they released so much during this event already. No real information on dates or what is being discontinued, no timeline, no information. I'm so miffed.

I really want a few littlefee - Lewi, Elf El and PiPi, but I'm just not ready to buy them now. And if I did rush to buy them and they ended up not being the ones discontinued, then I would have spent money I didn't need to. On top of everything, I wish they didn't choose to do this during an event that already had so much going on. Simply cannot afford it all. :/ I just don't know what the best course of action is and there's only a few days left. Makes me wonder if there's going to be a rush of littlefee orders on the last day.

 

I think mine range from maybe 5-9ish, to fit in with my other yo sized kiddos. Though my VE Rolly doesn't seem to have an age? They're hard to pin down anyway.

Oh wow, I hadn't been paying attn the last cpl days, but thought they would've released the list by now.

 

I think different sculpts have different "age" looks...Bisou, Madeline, Flora, and Rabi look younger to me, so I dress them in a more childlike way. Jack Straw, Chloe, and DES definitely look older to me, as do Lishe and El, and I tend to dress them in more mature outfits.

The lack of info about the discontinuation is a little surprising...they told us ahead of time with other similar changes. Makes me wonder if there are other issues afoot. I hope not.

 

This is totally how I feel, too; it almost puts a bad taste in my mouth. I’d *like* to have a LittleFee Pukisha one day, sure, but I have so many other things that are higher on my priority list. I would much rather put that money towards getting bodies for my multiple floating heads. I’m debating doing that instead and chancing it or coming to terms with missing out entirely.

 

As to Age
Stella my LTF Pipi has been "7 years old" for years now. I think of her pal Ianto as 8. And Selby? Selby is a genderfluid robot, so who knows how old Selby is.

I badly owe those three a photoshoot.

 

I'd also love a Lewi. I feel as though that sculpt will be on the chopping block...

 

I like Lewi and Reni, too, but I just can't get so many at once. I hope those won't be discontinued.

Semi-OT, but Fairyland updated their News & Notice with the return of PukiFee and exactly eight sculpts that will be available to order. Denver Doll is still implying that they will have a list of discontinued sculpts for LittleFee, with just over 24 hours to go…

 

Wow, deep cuts there. I pulled the faceplates off the Ala Carte site just in case they get greyed out like the PKF ones.

Oh no, if they discontinue as many Littlefee sculpts, lots of good ones will be discontinued. They discontinued Pukifee Pongpong, so I'm glad I ordered both Littlefee Pongpong and Pongpong2 as surely they will be gone as well.

 

My Littlefees would love having a friend like her. She is so pretty and cheerful!

 

I'm not sure they permanently discontinued pukifee pong pong or any of the others. I think that they will offer only a select few at a time in the future, but that the select few will change. They have said that they are going to discontinue Littlefee sculpts though and I imagine this will be like the minifees that they discontinued.

 

Guess we'll find out soon enough. Fingers crossed.

 

Uggghhhhhh I don't know what to do. I just remembered I have a YoSD-sized head preordered that's going to need a body (Element Doll Pitt L) and I figured they could share with a LittleFee, but I've gotten more acclimated to buying second-hand now and am thinking of how much money I could save...I guess I have until tomorrow.

...OR at least until 11:00am tomorrow, if they're following Korea time. I totally forgot about that until just now. Good luck everyone!!! (Edited to add that I'm on the east coast. Otherwise, it could be as early as 8:00am. Yikes!)

 

Ack! I just saw the notice about the discontinuation this morning and noticed a little bit of damage around Tamsin's joints yesterday. She's 9 years old and well loved (but perpetually six to continue the "age" discussion). Here's hoping her body holds out, because I don't think I could handle not having my best girl as part of my crew. She's had a faceplate replacement already and I was thinking I could just get another littlefee ante for the sleeping face and body, and just have a perpetual "Ship of Theseus" partial reshelling.

I had to get a LTF Elf Ante at the last minute. I have Ante in tan and always wanted a natural resin version as well. I don't imagine they will discontinue Ante, but not taking any chances.

 

I hope everyone managed to snag their must-have Littlefees! I put my order in for that LTF Chiwoo I've been wanting. There are several others I'd love to own one day, but I'll just have to hope that at least a couple of them make the cut and will be available again in the future. It was really hard to decide who to get.

Y'know, I hope FL isn't using the sales numbers from this event to decide which LTF are the most popular and which should be retired, considering that a lot of people seem to be trying to order the LTF on their wish list that seem the least popular.

 

Hmm. It's nearly 1:00pm EST (USA) on April 1st and the LittleFees are still available. Is that on purpose?

 

They are still available now. I'm just now getting back into BJDs, and I just saw the announcement of the LTF 'hiatus' and panic-bought one. We'll see if my order gets canceled. I ordered a Chloe, which is probably not one that they would discontinue. But I've been meaning to get my Chloe boy his twin sister for years, so also taking no chances over here.

 

Probably because 4/1~4/2（kst） is a holiday weekend and they are off, so maybe wait till Monday when they start work and they will close them.

 

Some Rendia spam, she's one of the less commonly seen sculpts that will probably get the chop.

Kinda poopie that they only mentioned the hiatus and culling in a line in the Sarang Event post. Something like this really should have had its own announcement.

 

I totally agree! I just found out today. Denver Dolls is still taking Littlefee orders until April 21, I will have to make a decision really quickly.

 

This was exactly my reaction. I always thought it'd be super easy to get a backup Littlefee Ante so no worries. Out of all my dolls I can't do without her. I am pretty sure Ante would be the last one to be discontinued, but it's still unsettling.

I love Tamsin, she is the sweetest!

 

Okay, I caved and pre-ordered a LittleFee Big Pukisha from DDE just now. I went with the four-month layaway option since it will likely take him that long to get here anyway. I decided to finally go for it because 1) I couldn't stop obsessing over my LTF concept, which usually indicates that it's the right decision, and 2) I have another YoSD-sized head on pre-order already -- an Element Doll Pitt L head through SpacestudioBJD that should be here in August -- and I'd need to find them a body anyway, and I knew that someone had used LTF. If the Pukisha doesn't work out, I'll at least have the body! Now to wait...

 

In honor of the discontinuation, does anyone want to share pictures of their favorite "underrated" sculpts? I only have one of the most ubiquitous sculpts (ante) so I won't be able to participate, but I'd love to see a Flora or a Rachel!

 

I'm quite fond of my Jude - it's a really sweet sculpt without being too cartoony.
