Thank you S - this is the first time I've used her sleeping face and I've had her 6 years - now wonder why I haven't used it before

 

Merlin's Mom, your photograph is so sweet.
The sleeping faceplates are great. I think they give the dolls a whole new dimension. That is what I love about the Fairyland dolls.

 

Thank you KoalaSam - I agree I only wish they would sell extra bodies separately.

 

Oh me too!!! - as well as one hundred thousand other people! We NEED to be able to buy bodies!!!!!
It is so frustrating to have floating faceplates.

 

I think that's my #1 doll company peeve....free head/faceplate gifts from companies that won't sell you an extra body to make a complete doll with it. My life would be so much easier.

Maybe someday.

 

I hear you! I'm always surprised when I open my "parts" bin and find event heads/faceplates that I had forgotten about. They want/need bodies of their own.

 

Currently I am thinking in my head over and over again "I love Fairyland dolls" while filing away at the magnet hole in my Pong ver. 2 sleeping faceplate. His faceplates have always been loose since the day he arrived from Fairyland. I finally decided to glue in the magnets today...only they don't fit in the holes!
Rant over. Time to go back to filing...

 

I hear you redmaiko - I have ordered extra hands for mine as I don't really like the open ones and they are too small to fit my existing dolls - I was very disappointed, but guess it is because they are older dolls. I also had that problem with some pukifee hands

 

Hi everyone! This is my first post to this thread, I have loved looking at all of your gorgeous dolls My daughter is waiting for a Littlefee Luna to arrive next week and we need to get new eyes for her (not impressed with FL default). Which do you prefer - 12mm or 14mm? Anyone have comparison pictures? Luna is supposed to look like a little girl, but still realistic. Thank you for any tips and/or pics in advance!

 

Yeah it would be great if you'd be able to order bodies on their own~ We only have one faceplate without a body here and it's already driving me insane... I mean they do offer separate Minifee bodies so it shouldn't be impossible to do the same with Littlefee bodies as well~

That really depends on your preference I'd say!~ I recently ordered a pair of 12mm Mako eyes for my sisters and my Luna since we liked 12mm more than 14mm ♥️ I'll add a picture of her wearing 12 & 14mm later! I only need to take them first!~

Hello everyone, I came here because I am the protector of a multi LittleFee faces! (1 body and 3 events faces and one with Chloe Fairyland makeup). I quickly looked at the last post, there has lovely dolls! I hope I can also achieve beautiful makeup (faceup?) because now I have not done anything for my Mi-Mi!

Aww, thank you >////< ♥ I really had a hard time deciding what size I wanted to get for her but since she is supposed to be a big sister for another Littlefee I settled with 12mm as she looks a little bit older with those ♥

15mm eyes also look really good!!

 

Those eyes are wonderful, she is so cute...

 

I find that the set of the eyes can help larger eyes appear smaller/more mature. My DES Morgan wears 14mm Everpurples, but they're set higher, so you still see quite a bit of white. That way, she keeps her more mature look.

Thank you! It's angora rooted into some kind of soft cap. Kinda feels like silicone? I always adored the color of his Fullset wig, but not so much the style so I had this made.

 

Discussion on the eyes is interesting, this is different depending on the model and the desired effect. I did not Luna, but I prefer the 12mm.

Morgan and Julliane are lovely! Felix has a very interesting wig, it is not easy to have a short wig snug! it's very cute.

I do always love lurking and checking out the spam, I'm usually pretty bad at actually contributing it though... but I did finally go through the photos I took back in September so I have stuff I can contribute to the call. Our local Renaissance Festival has a fantastic fairy garden area, so of course I had to take my little fairy Akane down into it for some photos!
