Fairyland Feeple60 Discussion - part ten

That's what I would expect. I wonder if FL put the wrong measurement on the F60 Female table? I don't have a regular F60 girl for comparison, but the Moe flat foot is indeed 6.5cm.

Fairyland has the wrong measurement listed for the F60 feet. I remember this came up a few years ago and I did measure my girls foot. I think it was 6.7cm? I'd have to double check, but they're definitely not 6.0

 

You're welcome! Anything that fits a standard SD doll should fit your F60 girl fine. I've not had any issues buying shoes for my girls

Have you guys found that there is much variance in wig size needed between the different head sculpts? I bought a Luts delf sized wig and thought it'd fit my Soony, but it wasn't even close. ^^;

 

@Pantalaimon - I've noticed there is a slight difference. My Chloe head seems a little smaller than my Celine head.. I make custom wigs and it will fit on my Chloe, but Celine I have to smoosh it on... I wonder how the other molds compare?

 

I think Soony has one of the bigger heads, but I can't say for sure since I don't have one. I have Mirwen, Celine, and Rin and they are basically the same size heads. They all fit 8-9 wigs no problem. Maybe the wig you bought is a 8-9 and Soony might need a 9-10.

 

I had a celine in my possession for awhile, her head was markedly smaller than soony.
that said though, my soony wears an 8-9 from for my doll. even though her head is much larger, if the wig stretches it should probably be fine.

 

Yup. Soony seems to have the original big head, like her Delf counterpart (I have both Soony Delf and Juri 14 Soony).

On the other hand, Feeple60 Celine has a really tiny head! I was really surprised, when I owned one for a while, last winter.

Is there a suggested size for Leeke wigs? I have one, but can't remember if it was an 8-9 or 9-10. ><

 

I have a juri 14 Soony and she is now wearing a Leeke wig in 8-9. It is a little bit tight but this could be due to the fact that she is wearing a silicon cap too^^. I like her in this wig and I personally think that 9-10 would be a little bit big.

Denali Wind put up a bunch of review pictures of the Feeple60 male muscular body... That's it, I need a Feeple60 boy now! Or three... one on the normal body, one on the muscular and one on the moe body (ha...ha... wishful thinking). Could I request some boy spam? (I'd love to see an El or Luka boy)

 

@Hannah Bear I can't do El or Luka, but how about a Siean boy? He's on the muscular body and I love him to pieces!


@Lili-Cupcake I love your Japanese Chloe. I rarely see FL dolls modded or painted to look Asian. She's very pretty.

 

I can't do El or Luka spam either... but I have a Chloe boy on the muscular and a Lishe boy on the non-muscular ;A; I hope they will do....

*sigh* Oh, they're lovely, Ninjy! I want a F60 boy, had been thinking El, but Lishe looks so good here. *sigh* One day, they'll open them up and I'll have funds!

 

@krtk8: Thank you~!! Lishe is very good as a boy ;D It took me a while to get mine, but he came with the benefit of making a very good friend during the purchase~! >w<
I really hope they do re-open during a convenient time for a lot of us. I don't have a set doll that I would like but I wouldn't mind a Celine boy ;D or a possible new boy sculpt/fullset. I'm very biased towards boy bjds. xD;; I think those three F60 girls are the only girls I have. XD

 

I have both feeple60 bodies at home and i made a quick picture of the feet, they are quite the same. The old version is 6,5cm and the moe version is 6,4cm

 

you're welcome the moe feet is a bit widder, i don't have shoes for these girls, so i can't make more tests >__<

 

I have moe flat and heeled feet in case someone needs measurements, just let me know and I'll be happy to oblige. I love those curled toes to bits.

On a different note, I've sent my Soony off to a 'local' spa resort and her progress is promising. I can't wait to have her home. She might just be the fresh gust of wind I needed in this hobby.

 

I have a TON of Els but I haven't taken any recent pics of them in a while due to other newer dolls, but here is my boy Kyran from a couple of weeks ago

 

nice comparison @mewiefish I can now see how big the ankle ball looks like. Too bad I think my plan of having my reg F60 use a heeled feet pair from F60 Moe would not work (or did anyone tried that already?). Thanks for the help though

 

I do miss having a EL and Lishe, I hope Fairyland will have them again someday. They are my all time fave face molds ever.

 

Well, it's not an El or a Lishe, but I had a surprise head come home to last week--a Sionna dreaming head, that I fully intended to wipe and mod into open eyes. But she surprised me, arriving right in the middle of the Paris milieu, and insisting that I make a film about it...starring her, of course. After two intense days of filming, we are done.

My Sionna sleeping head is home! It was already dark when I was finally able to take a picture, so it's got quite a bit of noise but that's okay! Her OE head will get the same face up (but without the sun) as soon as the faceup artist is back and can take commissions. I am so happy she is home!

I'll eventually do another sleeping head with a moon... But I haven't decided on the sculpt yet...

 

I wish Fairyland would release more non-limited feeple heads. Compared to their big selection of minifee heads, the amount of feeple60 heads available are really sparse. :V I would love to more Nanuri 2012 A and B since they are my favorite F60 sculpts. Especially Nanuri A, I am usually not into SD sized dolls but I would totally get one if I managed to get me a Nanuri A head!

 

Wow, the movements are very fluid! I really like the closed-eye Sionna and am also fond of her FL faceup. Your Sionna is gorgeous, too @Animethemed ! I may get a Sionna some day.... so many Feeples >.<

 

So I was going to have to sell off my dolls to be able to afford Christmas stuff. But I got some good news and finances leveled out! I get to keep my girl! I'm so relieved!

 

You do always have the option of putting some of the older Delf heads onto F60 bodies if they're reasonably new. It gives you a wider option of heads and they tend to fit without too much need for modification (as long as they're type 2 that is). One of my friends has a Shiwoo head on an F60 muscular male.

Ninjy, your boys are both lovely. I love seeing the Chloe and Lishe sculpts in their male form! I was wondering what are the three bodies your girls are on, (I'm assuming F60 and FM60 and maybe a Delf body)? I really love the height difference in your crew

They are two F60 bodies and one FM60. I have one of each type of Feeple60 body~!! >w< (If FL ever releases more... I will have to buy them in order to keep saying this.... xD;;; )
My NS Chloe, Lena, is on the large bust F60 body w/flat shoes.
My TS Chloe, Chloe, is on the medium bust F60 body w/wedge sneakers.
My NS Celine, Aiyana, is on the FM60 body w/flat shoes.

I'm a HUGE fan of height differences~! Aiyana is my shortest and she's paired with my tallest bjd at 76cm. >w<

 

He still needs a new face up, but here is Xavier (Nanuri B/Elf Karsh) on the sexy muscular body.

Just another note on the feet comparison between F60 and FM60, I have the standard Feeple60's and finally got a Moe this summer who I'm finally getting around to doing the custom patterns and such for. While the foot length doesn't seem to be any real issue with shoes I've found, the Moe feet are a bit thicker, and while all my regular shoes fit, I notice some of them are a bit tight and they can pull a bit on the shoes.
I think the only thing I don't like about the Moe's is their rather clunky feet/ankles, honestly. The standard Feeple60's are a bit more elegant when it comes to that.

 

Thought I'd drop in and share of photo of Eithne in her new eyes and wig. She has such a sassy personality. (Sorry for the sub pad quality. Working off my cellphone lately, hehe)

 

She's so pretty. I definitely get a sassy vibe from her.

@LuckyXIII Thank you! She actually wasn't suppose to turn out sassy, but no matter what I do with her that's just who she is lol. Despite my frustrations I love how she took her original character and went a completely different rout.

@Calfuray Then you feel my pain on those bangs >.< such beautiful colors and just. Hair everywhere, haha. I was trying to go for a sort of "selfi" style photo there and it took me a literal hour of picking to get all that hair to lay how I wanted, just to get a crappy cellphone pic, lol.

@vermont chick I was hoping people thought so too! I didn't realize it would go so beautifully with her fs outfit, but when I saw it on Leeke I just new it would match her earthy personality. I love how the white really helps bring out her makeup and the reds contrast her eyes. Was not expecting such drama from such simple changes! But then again, that's why I love this hobby.

 

@LeeAnne I haven't received it yet, but it does sound like it's a bit difficult to manage And yes, the colors are really beautiful. How does it fit her head? Is the size okay?

 

@Calfuray It fits her head beautifully. It holds on really well and it's just loose enough to position it easily and take it on and off without having to pull on the hair. Like, I can slide it around on my girl's head all day to get the bangs right, but it wont fall off unless I want it to. My only complaint is that the hair can look a little "big" on her if you don't style it down around her face.

 

@LeeAnne Okay, that sounds good. I got it for my incoming Lacrima and I wasn't completely sure about the size. I've heard a couple of people talk about how LeekeWorld's 8/9 wigs are sometimes a bit too big for Feeple60 heads. But I'm glad it fits your girl nicely - despite you're trouble with styling it, it does suit her a lot I hope it will fit my girl too.

 

@Calfuray Oooooh that wig on Lacrima is going to look amazing! You'll definitely have to post pictures, our girls will be distant hair twins, haha. And I see how the 8/9 might be too big on a slightly smaller head, but if so, I could see a wig cap fixing that right up.

 

@LeeAnne Haha, yes! I'll be spamming lots of pics as soon as I get her. I bought one of LW's wig caps as well, just to be sure

 

Last pic for the day, I was having a lot of fun with her hair and eyes~ And, @Calfuray the bangs are a looot more managable with a spritz of hairspray. Seems obvious but I was terrified to try. Worked miracles though, haha!

LOL! I posted on Fairyland's Customer Service board a few days ago expressing my desire for them to bring back the old CP IF sculpt in Feeple60 form. I check back today to see three other posts requesting the return of the standard F60 and/or the original CP sculpts. I think I've started a trend

 

Can I throw out an odd spam request for guys on the muscle body?
I am super-excited to have fell into one by accident last night (was at a friends house and she said she was going to sell hers. It went home with me), so I can replace my Miho's body (he has my other F60) and my Elf Chloe boy can finally have his own F60 bod!! Which means for the first time, both my Nanuri heads will no longer be hybrids! *happydance*

I'm a little wary of the muscles tho, so I'd love some spam. XD

 

Muscle body spam?? Why aren't I home with my camera??? ;A; I wouldn't mind undressing Davin a little bit to show his off... the little guy is lucky today =.=

I just spent an eternity wrestling the neck-key off my shiny new body so my MD Miho can claim it. Putting the key back on the non-muscle body was way easier. Someday, I hope my poor boy will have clothes and I can spam. He's a cutie, I'm so happy to have him on a body that works now.

 

THAT WIG. She looks amazing. I can definitely feel the sass over here.

The sun sets too early here now, so the lighting wasn't the best, but guh. One thing I don't like about the fall in New England. ><

 

Sorry my girl doesn't have a wig, I couldn't find it yesterday, but here she is finally! I got my Soony Elf from Littlegreythings' giveaway at Flickr quite some time ago, I was so happy! And now this girl has face up by local artist. ^___^ Soony's name is Clearlace Sunglitter aka Lacey. I'm just so exited to see everyones dolls AND waiting for Fairyland have another event during Christmas time so I can finally order some bodies. If FM60 are available I'm definitely getting one, if they are without head I'm tempted to get more.
