Can anyone tell me please. If you buy a wig from Leekworld what wig will fit best 7-8 or 8-9?

 

My boy wears an 8-9 and it's a bit big.

My Leekeworld 7-8 wig doesn't fit my Rin, she wears 8-9. It may vary on the style perhaps.

My Mirwen wears an 8-9 Leekeworld wig. It's *slightly* big, but 7-8 is too small for her.

Ravenwolf, I love Nymeria's hair color! Is it a custom wig?

 

AHH!! Her lips are amazing!!

It depends a bit on the head, they are each a spacial snowflake when it comes to wig sizing, but my girls all wear 8/9 no problem or 9/10 with silicone wigcap (some need the wig cap with the 8/9 as well). I'd get a wigcap if you're not sure, and leeke makes really nice (and not too expensive) ones.

Hey, so I really want to get in on a Makoeyes group order, but not sure what eyes to get. I have heard they run a little smaller, and since I ordered Sionna, the closest it looks like to judge from would be Mirwen, so does anyone have any Mako eyes in a Mirwen in different sizes so I can get an idea?

 

I have 14mm mako eyes in my Mirwen... but I don't have any other sizes to try for you. Here's a pic of the 14s though...

I love everyone's gorgeous pics! About wigs, I've found that 8-9 fits the girls best, but sometimes 9-10 can work with a cap. For heads like El, 9-10 is often best, but with stretchy wigs like Leeke or Monique, the 8-9 is fine and sometimes better if there's fringe. Eyes I think 16mm in some brands works really well for the girls, but 14 can give a more realistic look if that's what you are after. El is also different in that he usually looks best in 18s I think so that there's no gapping, but some 16s are ok

 

Thank you so much everyone one for all the information about the wigs. It is going to be for my elf Rin so I will go with 8-9 and order a wig cap just in case. Leekworld does have some gorgeous wigs. Rin will leave for a face up tomorrow. I just can't wait so excited.

 

Re: wig and eye sizes... All my F60s will fit 8-9" wigs just fine, Celine and Rona I use a silicon wig cap with just in case. El and Lishe don't need one with an 8-9". I have a few 9-10" that those two will fit but I like wig caps with them. It also depends a lot on the company, I find Leeke wigs can run a tad larger than a lot of other companies. Like, their 8-9" will be a lot closer to the 9" side of things.

I haven't tried any 7-8" wigs on any of them, but I imagine that even if I could get one to stretch enough the scale of the wig would be all off. Bangs/fringe would be way too high, the length would end up a lot shorter than intended and I imagine they'd look pretty thin too.

I think I've currently got 16mm eyes in all my F60s, a combination of ED, Mako and Mystic and they all seem to fit really well. I think 14mm would be too gappy in any of the sculpts I own, but I could see them working ok for Mirwen and Sionna, maybe Luka

 

In regards to wig sizes etc: all my Lishes and my Nanuri A wear 9-10" (and my big BA boys do too, but they're not on topic for this thread), some with wig caps, some without and I have no issues with them. A lot of my wigs are Leeke, my Nanuri A was wearing a Leeke wig in her spam, a 9-10" with wig cap. Otherwise quite a few of my girls wear Luts wigs, which are great quality and we have 9-10s with those as well.
For eyes, all my girls wear 18mms - I agree with Ravenwolf - in my Lishes I much prefer 18mms, although you'd probably be able to use 16s (I just wouldn't).

I don't think I've seen owner pictures of a boy Luka in F60 size. Mine is a girl so I can't really help you. And there aren't any in the database thread.... Here's the most androgynous picture I have of Ami:

Does anybody know if the Feeple65 heel feet will fit on the Feeple60 magnetic ankle joint? Or if the 65 and 60 heel feet are outwardly identical in size? I want to get my Delf girl a pair of heel feet for her 10th anniversary, and I know the Delf and 65 flat feet are outwardly the same. I just don't want to pay over $80 and have the feet look undersized. I have to get the 60 ankle joint because that's the only one they sell separately.

completely different shape. Feeple65 has a rotating locking system, f60 is just snap on. I can take comparison shots if you would really like them.

And thanks everyone else for the answers about eye size. I think I'm going to go with 14mm for my Sionna and 14mm for my MNF Ryeon. Just seems strange they are going to have the same size. :P

 

does Mirwen suit 8/9 wigs? don't really like the silicon cap.. it's quite troublesome T-T

I have 8/9 wigs on my Mirwens and that seems to suit well. I've had Leeke, Monique, Switch, and fur wigs in that size on my SD Mirwens.

 

Rui, If you need a wig cap and don't like silicone ones you could try cutting the neck off a white balloon, not easy to stretch on at first but works well also affords protection against wig stains

So this might be a question to ask DDE, but does the Moe Basic come with hands #11 or #18? Fairyland says #18 and DDE says #11, so I'm guessing it is actually #18, but I want to make sure to order the correct extra hands.

They come with the #18's! I guess they didn't want to separate the Moe body and the Moe hands, but DDE wanted the tea drinking hand. Lol.

 

I have had Leeke 8-9 wigs and also Kemperdoll 8-9 wigs on my Mirwen, and they fit just fine without a cap.

 

I'll also add that Dollzone 8-9 fits on Mirwen. My Mirwen has a Leeke 8-9 and a Dollzone 8-9 that she alternates.

she managed to beat her wigs home, so she's still bald, but beautiful none the less
and hopefully her wigs will be here sometime within a week or so, along with some clothing and shoes that I ordered for her 'cause at present she still just has the celine fullset outfit...

 

When FL originally put the information up, they had the incorrect hands listed (#11) and that is where DDE took their information from. FL then replied to us and I think maybe announced that we would be getting the #18 hands and that it was incorrect. FL then changed the data on the thread.

Long story short? You'll get the #18 hands but DDE only takes the event information from company sites at the beginning and so has never updated it.

I will be ordering my Sionna tomorrow and have never had an sd or a Feeple60 any advice, tips, or pointers?

This after I finally have bodies either here or on the way for all my F60 heads.

Thanks for posting this! I totally have not been on facebook to see it ~_~ I'm so excited to get Sionna. The moment I saw her, I knew I had to have her and her fullset and I really doubt I will regret it, she looks awesome! And it was nice to see the sleeping head (had to jump on fb right away to see xD). She's going to be such an awesome doll, I'll be curious to see what everyone else does with theirs

 

I have just ordered my Full Set Tan Sionna today after seeing that pic I was trying to be good but it pushed me over haha Anyways so super happy I will be getting her

 

That's kind of how I felt when I saw her (just yesterday O.o). The fullset is just amazing, and I really like the mold.

But something bother me on V. Francés Facebook picture, the eyes makeup look so green ! on the Fairyland pictures it seems like a black smokey eyes,I never noticed the green ! Perhaps it 's only on the sleeping head ( or my screen color ??)
